Ordered two sets of strings online. 3 weeks down the line and not even a courtesy call to explain why the delay or offer a refund for inability to fulfill the order. Don't reply to follow up emails either. Highly unprofessional. Suggest using a more reputable retailer. That won't be hard to find

The person who served me was rude and not friendly at all. I went to get my tennis racket regripped and he charged me 75 dirhams overall. The price of the grip was 30 dirhams and hence he charged me 45 dirhams to just change the grip! What a rip off.

The owner and staff at Maximus Sports Apparel are some of the nicest and most pleasant people you'll ever meet. They take the time to get to know their customers and understand their needs, which is why I always feel confident in their recommendations.

Very bad service. Till this date (almost a month), despite of following up the refund.i don't get any response from MAXIMUS. They will just keep on giving you new contact number to follow up. But neither this cp number is not answering.

Don't buy in this store. I order sport pants over a month and half ago on their web store. I checked that the product be delivered with DHL in 3 to 7 days. After that nothing, no confirmation, I was trying to contact them on Instagram, they told me because of Ramadan they didn't deliver products and they will solve this soon. But of course nothing happened. Contact us, doesn't work also on their web page. Probably some scam sport store. One more time, don't order or buy on their web store.

There is a large collection of sport products. I particularly liked the variety of rackets they have.

As a software engineer I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, however I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and aerobic exercise was suggested by my doctor. I decided to give maximus treadmills a try because the store is near to my apartment. The service has been excellent and I can exercise without leaving home.

The Worst Service I've ever had. Ordered a Squash String Reel and it took 3 months of delay till I cancelled the order and waiting for a refund. The refund took over a year till it was transferred from Mashareq Bank to my bank. Never experienced this poor customer service and will never buy from them again.

The place might be a bit hidden, but they have excellent options for tennis and squash. The prices are competitive and they also provide services such as re-stringing your racquet.

Nice place with a mix of branded and unbranded (or lesser know brands) stuff. Prices are similar to any other shop, not very competitive.

If you’re into racket sports and can’t face sun & sand sports then this is the place to come to. Exclusive distributors for tecnifibre they have a wide selection of tennis, squash and paddle board rackets and related equipment and many other different brands. The place itself is more like a small warehouse than a shop, it’s a bit of a mess but if you can look through that it’s worth the trip. They seem to be happy to negotiate in price as well which is always nice!

Great customer service - Andrew is very professional and providing great, on time service. He helped me to change the string of my racket and replaced for free when it got broken a few days later.

A hidden gem for all your racquet needs. I use their services for restringing. They have a wide selection of strings, quick service but a little more expensive than the market rates, which is fine.

These guys took my money for an order of items they didn’t have, despite telling me they were in stock. They eventually agreed to cancel the order more than two months ago, they said the refund would take 30 days. It seems they have decided not to refund me and have just kept my money. So now I have to ask my bank to deal with them. Unscrupulous and dishonest. Buyer beware!

Pls dont buy any item from this shop. They will promise u warranty and guarantee and not once they will honour that.

The best place to shop for tennis and squash. Best items and the friendliest of service. Prices are negotiable and Andrew was very knowledgeable about the sports.

Very expensive due to no clear price policy, sales people will try to get as much asthey can out of you. You can get same item with significantly 2 different prices if you speak with different sales people or even the same person if you bargain. So bargain well. Good variety of products though.
