The artificial grass Maze has installed in our garden is just amazing. It took a lot of prep work preparing the ground and solid edges to ensure it is 100% even. Couldn’t have been happier with the amazing service from the beginning and to the end! Every stage was super professional! We started from visiting the show room and even though the ladies there said that the person responsible for the grass is not available right now they still provided us with all information, showed samples and answered all questions we had then. Next day early morning I was contacted by Jeff who was extremely helpful and was responding very quickly in regards to the quotation, grass choice and further installation booking for the date we needed. I want also to mention that there was a great communication from Maze team about the further steps (when the grass will be delivered, when the installation team will come, etc.). Installation itself was done by Tom’s team and that was amazing experience as well - we have a little bit tricky backyard which was in an awful condition when we moved to a new place and thanks to Tom and his team we can now enjoy beautiful and well installed artificial grass! Special thanks from our dog who is now happily spends most of the time there:) Tom also provided us with the full information about further grass care and was very helpful answering our questions!

They are really amazing. Quality of the grass is top notch. Highly professional crew. After instalation 4y ago the grass is impeccable and today I used their maintainance service and grass is like new I'm soooo pleased with the results. If I knew that those are the results would use maintainance service earlier.

Maze Grass are Fantastic.

They need to be commended for professionalism and help from the very get go. I will start with Nathan who was our first point of contact from the process of quotation to selection of grass and honestly what a delightful person, professional, savvy and to the point. Once the project was finalized we were then connected with another fantastic Englishman Tom who was assigned manager for the team working our site. Absolutely fantastic, nothing was ever too hard, mistakes rectified more/less straight away and any questioned I had or hesitations were explained/justified/discussed on the spot and never was I made to feel like it was a problem.

I have to say I am so impressed with the Maze and the team and if you are considering grass look to these guys, you won't be disappointed. I will also point out our Landscape design and project management was done by myself which required Maze to complete the work over two separate site visits over 100SQM spaced three months apart as I was completing a pool during the process and on both occasions the team were superb.

Grass looks amazing, faults and negative comments are so negligible there really isn't anything else to say than, job well done! Great Team, great employees and a very happy customer!

Maze Grass was recommended by a friend, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Both Steve and Tom were extremely professional, making good recommendations and being extremely attentive throughout the entire installation process. Overall great service and highly recommended.

We made a decision several years ago not to install and maintain real grass in Dubai, because of the water consumption.

During our renovations we took a look a look at all options in the market, from Dragon Mart to large artificial turf suppliers.

We decided on Maze Grass because their samples were the most realistic, they were competitively priced and the professionalism that Nath showed when he came to survey our property reassured us that we made the right choice.

The ground preparations, concreting the edges around the garden, glueing and grass laying exceeded anything that we have seen done before, in addition either Alex or Tom were constantly on site to manage the installation.

We are exceptionally happy with the finish results, and have already recommended the team at Maze Grass to our close friends for their landscaping project.

Absolutely top notch product with a likewise sales and installation team! I did the front lawn near the car porch and the 1st floor balcony with the Venice turf and the inside garden area with their Sienna turf and it looks and feels absolutely posh! All the guests that have come in have loved it so much that they wouldn't leave! I'm extremely happy with the entire process where I had Mr. Steve come in and take the measurements, give me an idea on what would go best and where, then the installation by Mr. Alex and his team which was done with excellent precision and no time lost and within all the deadline! The best test for knowing this is the best artificial grass is when I had all the samples from multiple suppliers and also maze grass put in the garden and I stood on each sample when the sun is on it at it's highest and maze grass turf aced it! The rest were smoldering hot and plastic smell wafting up was horrible. I have a 11 year old and a 2 year old, so getting the best was the right investment plus they have 15 years warranty on the product, what else can I say! I've posted a few photos of how good the product looks and it shows the professionalism in the installation. A big thanks to you guys to making my home even more beautiful and safe health wise for all of us, with the maze grass turf. Cheers!

Maze Grass have completed a refurbishment of a Villa in Victory Heights (I assisted in managing for the owner) and the process from calling to request a quotation to final inspection has been one of a professional outfit. Any Installation concerns identified were dealt with and corrected by Maze and I would definitely reccomend them for artificial lawn supply and installation.

Having searched dragon mart looking for a cheap alternative we decided to bite the bullet and go with Maze Grass as we didn't want a "quick fix" garden makeover. Well its been over a month now and we could not be happier we chose Maze and spent that little bit extra. Great service from start to finish.

The quote definitely wasn't the cheapest we received (not the most expensive either) but the grass they showed us was by far the best we seen. I endlessly researched artificial grass options and maze grass came out on top for many reasons. Knowing our young children & their friends would spend hours on the ‘fake grass’, it was number 1 on our list to ensure the grass was safe from chemicals, especially once baked under the sun. The peace of mind we get knowing not only is the grass safe for our kids (& made from the same as kids toys) but the quality of install, the appearance of the actual product & the durability - we couldn’t find a match anywhere. You get what you pay for & I would never want our house surrounded by cheap imitation grass from providers who can’t confirm what it’s made from.
We have had our grass for 2 years and it still looks as good as it did the day of install.
