WARNING Racist Company
Very pathetic and toxic work environment. One of my friend worked there. I planned to join but now I won't. The HR is useless. HR don't know anything about the UAE laws and process. Many employees are suffering severe loss because of this dumb HR.
The General Manager hires people with good note but once they join he implements new rules and make the work environment very bad. It's like modern day slavery rather than being a corporate level workplace.
They don't even provide you breaks for Friday prayers. They UAE governments provides it to all but they don't follow.
Don't join this company.you will regret wasting your time there.

It's a mafia, I have worked there for a month and they have deducted 40% of my salary for no reasons. For you there is no rights but for them they have the right to deduct your money, to let you work in a fixed shift from 12 to 9 although they tell you something else. They have the right to deduct 50% of your salary if your attendance is 94% so if you get emergencies you can be punished with 50% of your salary although you can't control emergencies. I can say the worst company ever I have worked for.
