The crews are very helpful and always willing to help. Food preparation is okay. Took a while but the waiting time is tolerable.

I love it and I went many time on this place really you will get good service and nice place for dine Evan my friend was happy to dine there
Also I was coming there you can find the car park very easy on this place

This is the outlet of McDonald's located in Deira Dubai, near Al Ghurair. It's primarily a delivery outlet but I love dining in here.

Visited this place with my friend and found really good. We took one cone and a Sundae. They were really good. The simple vanilla cone ice-cream soft serve of Mc Donalds is way better than kfc. I also love their mc flurry ice-creams and mc swirl. Great pricing and good taste.

They don't have a huge seating place. But they have good separators to maintain hygiene. The place is crowded with food riders all the time. Despite of that, they ensure a good dine in service. I love having their McChicken meal. The burger is like no one else They serve you with a smile which is just great!

I'll be sure to order from here next time and maybe dine in again too for a quick note craving!

Worst Service! Doesn't care for customer specially Rigga Branch, poor service you have to wait for 30 min after order. You can carry you fav soft drink they will not allow you in addition they will shout on you. Their behaviour is the worst in all food chain. I lost my love for the pizza due to this bad behaviour. I am avoiding this branch but whenever i am visiting it is becoming worst then last time sue to staff and their worst scratchy behaviour.pathetic i should say pathetically managed branch. Beauty with bad behaviour will never be liked.

The best meal at McDonald's by far is the famous Chicken McNuggets. Not much is better than golden, tender and juicy 100% white meat chicken.it has good food and best food you can any time.it has good food fresh meat and best French fries in the town. I was greeted at the door with a nice attitude and they delivered my meal to my table! I have never been treated like that in McDonalds before.

Such a lousy service from a crew named Euvert at Al Ghurair food court branch, when I ordered I clearly said 1 Coffee (the 5 Dirham) and two ice cream cone, and he punched two sundaes. To me this is common sense!

It's one of good MacDonald they have lot of sitting space available also they are food with food, parking is not available outside sitting also there. Different types of sits also they have free Wi-Fi speed is good, coffee maker are good if you want any coffee you should visit this place. No parking from MacDonald you Can use privet parking

Even though there are so many fast foods in the universe I can't resist not to drop by at mcdonalds. The fact that their burgers are so delicious and also the fries and all the meals are affordable and budget, I do love most the coffee

Big Mac is pure love. The food never bores me with its taste. It can be eaten any amount of time and the taste remains the same as always. The apple mcfizz is one of its kind of soft drinks for an additional 1.25dhs.

My all time fav burger chain restaurant. We all know how a Mc Donalds tastes so am not gonna explain about the food. This is one of the most visited Mc Donalds restaurnant which is nearby union metro station. It is spacious and it will be full almost everytime. All though there is no long wait in this place as the service provided by them is really fast and good. I would recommend this restaurnant.

The Big Mac Beef burger from this place is juicy and very delicious. Most of the times, i get crispy and moderately seasoned french fries. I'm also a great fan of their vanilla ice cream cones dipped in chocolate.

They did not served all my orders. I just remember when I got home. Until now I did not get for what I pay.

Staff are not aware about allergin policy: i have asked the taker order (lady) that i have allergy to sesame seeds: would you pls change the burger ban bread to a plain one or the arabic bread ban!? She had to call the supervisor and even the supervisor saying we dont have: question? How can you say you do t have and you do serve that bread in other order (with chicken)!? Pls revise your policy its just a bread ban.

Situated at the ground level just outside al ghurair mall.this particular branch attracts trendy customers travellers and students who use public transport. What most beautiful about this place is its sitting arrangement and interior.there is lot of space inside and outside in open.the place remains crowded most of the time due to its prime location.serving takes some time but it is worth waiting for.

I love Karak tea, paired with Double Cheeseburger @ McDonalds, Dxb. Notwithstanding, ambience of their dining area. It's homey and cool.

Try the delicious grand mc spicy here! The Mayo is amazing and the patty is awesome. Dip the fries in a mix of Mayo and sauce. It tastes awesome.
Also ordered the Strawberry Milkshake which has real strawberry pieces. Lovely!

By far, the best McDonald's I have ever to. In terms of food there is nothing different they can offer and have to maintain the standard guidelines but what makes this McDonald's awesome is the fun interaction they offer to the crowd. During one of my visits they conducted a Raffles draw by requesting customer's to write down their name behind the bill and had McDonald's goodies as prizes. If that didn't impress you then the random dance performance by the staff will definitely get your attention. Sure because of the games and dance the service was a bit delayed but it's totally worth if you are well entertained. The icing is this outlet includes McCafe so a win win for coffee lovers. Totally worth the 5 stars. Keep it going guys
