It was so fast and the staff was very accommodating and helping us to make it easy and quick.love mc do.

I've been to many places like Mac many, many times. Susemo was a nice and very helpful girl; she did a lot for me and my friends. I recommend coming here to calm down, relax, and spend a cool time with your friends listening to good music. It's not very loud, the place is super clean, especially the toilet. I had more than two espresso shots. The lounge they made was very good, and the blueberry cake was delicious. Thanks a lot, guys, and keep up the good work. My love and respect!

McDonald’s is one of my favorite fastfoods there are. I even like it when they’re located in a strategic area an they invest on expanding their way out there than just be at fastfoods.

I like their branch specifically in Jumeirah. It’s a great place to settle after you’re done exploring LaMer and the beac especially when you’re on a budget.

It’s amazing how they are offering rice meals now!

Nevertheless, McDonald’s always set its ground in this competitive market as one of the best fastfood chains.

I commend their innovation and the accommodating culture that can be seen in their staff. All the best!

Perfect place for kids events such as birthdays, school activity meet ups and gatherings. Very good and nice staffs and they have enjoyable activities and games plus gifts for the kids

I went to MacD today since it was my best friend’s last birthday with us before he moves out. So I choose to do it in Mac D because of the taste and mainly to get a warm wish from Mac D staff like you guys do. But instead of this the waiter just came by and asked me if we ordered the cake and just put it right there and ruined my expectations of the surprise. NEVER CHOOSING MAC D FOR A BIRTHDAY EVER.

Best Mc Donald's. It has an indoor play area for kids. Best place for food after visit to the beach. We loved the place. It is spacious, neat, and great food

It seems really backwards that in such a touristy country there is no food for celiacs. Being a franchise, I find it demeaning that there are not even French fries because they are not careful with cross contamination, when in other countries they offer a variety for allergy sufferers. Although the staff was very friendly, they are not prepared to offer food for celiacs.

I paid for my smoothie at 9: 43 and received my order at 9: 53. Then whats ths point of the drive through?

We frequently visit MC donalds.the burgers fries are supernice.but they jus launched something as Date Custard cake.the pic is amazing.but wat u get is an old dry cake, with no custard filling inside.

Asked the manager (ms. Alysa) to xchange it, but she was very adamant that there is custard in it.we opened n showed her that there s no custard, another staff says custard is mixed in the cake.then y such a deceiving pic.honestly, felt reallycheated n bad, never expected this kinda service from aMcdonslds.

You buy for a large fries and you will only be given with 1-2pcs sachet of catsup. Common sense guys, do you think this will be enough for a large fries

I understand the new policy but the way they interact with their customer is not proper.we are offended the way they treat us.

I understand that smoking inside the restaurant is prohibited. But why is it not allowed to smoke outside? In fact, it is an open area and direct to the fresh air and the public street, so it is impossible for outside customers to be affected by the smoke.
I love Mac Coffee and I like to have it with a cigarette during my break time.
Unfortunately, the rules of this restaurant prevented the pleasure of drinking my coffee, knowing that the other restaurants near to McDonald's allowed to smoke in the outside area.
As usual, the answer expected from your management is that it is the municipality's law or the company policy, so you should place this decree outside of your restaurant So that customers will notice your memo and go to another restaurant allowing the smokers to sit outside area. We ordered 2 sets of 9 nuggets meal with non salted fries with water and 3 ice-cream cones today through the drive thru. When we opened the packet found 1 salted fries and 1 dipping sause for nuggets instead of 2 non salted fries. We came back, gave back the salted fries the cashier guy apologized and the staff gave us 1 fries again instead of 2 non salted fries. Is it because they are running low on the fries or it's the new cost cutting policy.
Whatever it is we went back again and we stood with them till they managed to make our order right. If you miss any don't shy away. Please go back and ask.

McDonald's is nothing but food for teens now. More over its better when ur on the run ml and nthng else. Degrading each day is what I feel. Pizza mcpuff is the best thing they have come up with. Well I miss mcgrills. Please don't you try the mcsausage the corn buns are the most annoying thing on this planet.

We had a breakfast at this place, the place is clean and tidy and the parking is well arranged with good number of slots. The interiors here are excellent and staff is competent.

Very friendly staff, good quality of food and very spacious and is work-environment friendly. Must visit!

Best McDonald's I've been to so far! Had all the great options on their ordering machines and the staff was absolutely lovely and accomodating despite us being a big group! Fast food done right!

1 second after entering the establishment, I was greeted with smiles and helped instantly with any confusion.
The work environment seemed warm, fun and efficient.
The service seemed to make the food taste even better

Good Service, That Welcoming People is looking soooo cute. Taste and meal is all good as it is. But MacDonald is very Unhealthy, only go if there is no option.

Me and my wife got food poisoning from this restaurant. Both of us end up in the hospital and strong vomiting after eating here.
I called the branch and complained but sounds like they don’t even care

Had their spicy mc chicken it was great, very nice burgers, not oily or greasy. French fries were pretty crispy and seasoned well. The mc flurry is absolutely my favorite and their 1dh ice cream is totally worth it. So creamy and delicious

We are going very often to this place. The Mac meals are always perfect (this is not the case in all Mac Donald in DXB) and because the waiters are always the same and always friendly
