They have a great speach therapist who is qualified in AVT rehabilitation for children with CI. Highly recommended Ms. Enas as she knows how to help parents and direct them in rehabilitation of children. She is very helpful and is happy for be working in cooperation with teachers at school.

We have been clients at the MedEl Hearlife for 8 years now. My daughter who is bilaterally implanted with CI’s is under Sneha Thakkur’s care. She’s a fantastic audiologist who’s very thorough and patient with her clients! We travel from Pakistan to see her on a regular basis but she is always approachable on the phone which is very important when you have young kids with CIs. Couldn’t have asked for a better audiologist or a clinic!

I had an audiology appointment with Sneha. It wasn't my first audiology appointment as a person living with deafness/hard of hearing so I knew what to expect. Sneha listened to all my concerns including how attempting to turn the volume loud would cause some distress even though I couldn't hear it. I knew there were sounds I could not hear but would definitely cause extreme discomfort in my eardrums with vibrations. When we were done we discussed my options and concerns and she clearly explained my results. As I am not personally ready for the implant surgery and have had massive difficulty with hearing aids in the past due to my hearing profile, she respected my concerns and invited me to return when I felt more comfortable proceeding. Being deaf in this pandemic is extremely difficult since lip reading is impossible with masks and it was a breath of fresh air to be treated with some dignity. Administratively, all the insurance particulars were well handled by the front office before we arrived and the appointment was smooth sailing.

I am highly satisfied with this Hospital. The staff is highly cooperative plus Dr Sneha is best. Very caring and professional. If you need your hearing solutions this is the place to be.
