I don’t recommend Medcare. A doctor came for a visit and prescribed antibiotics. My body showed reaction to the antibiotic and I communicated with the team for 3 days to get another medication but they kept telling me the doctor will get back to me. After three days they asked me to pay extra money to speak with the doctor! By that time I already saw another doctor at another clinic and it turned out it was a viral infection and no antibiotic was needed. I won’t choose Medcare again because of misdiagnosis and their unprofessional and unethical behavior.

The nurse came even before the time scheduled and she was very professional and gave me all the info I needed. Very clean and fast services! Highly recommended:)

I’ve just had the PCR test at home and it was great. Since I have the covid symptoms I couldn’t go out to a hospital for a PCR test, so I informed Medcare and schedule the service for the same day. The nurse was amazing! She’s explained all the details and was gentle during the procedure. Thank you very much Medcare team!

The service is very reliable. From the first contact until the nurse come to our hotel to do the PCR test. I recommend you to call Medcare and ask them to get in contact with you if you are a visitor/tourist in Dubai because to submit the digital application form you must have a Dubai mobile phone number.
Everything is done very professional. The Hospital confirmed the appointment with you many times so that you will not fear to miss it. They even calculate the certificate validity time for you and give you an appointment accordingly. The nurse will contact you before a couple of minutes before she heads to your hotel. Our nurse Katherine was also quite on time. The whole PCR Test Procedure took only max. 10 minutes. Katherine was very nice to us and also the way she did the test. We are very satisfied with Katherine as well as this home testing service of Medcare and we can definitely recommend this service to all visitors and tourists in Dubai. This is the best address in Dubai to get PCR Test done at your hotel before you fly back to your home country. It saves waiting time and nerves traveling around.
