Worst hospital services ever. Their medicine delivery option is non-functional and I don’t know why they offer it. No one picks up the phone at the pharmacy and the call centre agents have been useless. If you are unable to deliver meds then don’t offer it as a service!

The nurses and doctors are lovely. The finance team and insurance team are a joke. Don’t bother with this hospital. Still waiting to leave because the insurance team did not upload procedures until after we were discharged. It was 2pm when we were discharged, it’s now four hours later and the incompetent team in the insurance department has not even sent the document for yesterday. Don’t bother.

Health check up service with Marife was very well organised, very pleased with service and follow ups.

We had bad experience with COVID test, first the form they asked us was very very long with unnecessary information that no other facility will ask you! Moreover, when we got the test certificate it was without our passport number! Which imposed delays on our travel arrangements! We had to call everyone trying to get the form fixed.
I always do my test at Prime Medical Center which is very quick, cheaper and professional. Unfortunately on Friday they were closed.

Mer Dr Imtiaz Ali (urologist). He’s attentive, helpful, nice, and never in a rush.

Febby at the pharmacy was super helpful. Insurance rejected my prescription refill, asking me to come back in 2 days, which was a pain. Febby helped me get the medicine now saying he’ll handle it with the insurance people 2 days later himself. That’s super helpful, thank you!

Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Mr. PRAVEEN taking time to go over the procedure for the Helath checkup. Highly recommended.

The Doctors I have visited either for me or my family members were excellent. The nurses and receptionist are trying their best. Unfortunately I believe the system that the hospital operates needs a major upgrade, the processes and procedures are making the patients and the customers annoyed. My recent couple of visits were frustrated due to these administration procedures. It reminded me of the old days were no proper system were used.

Great job done at the hospital - nice hospitality and service. I would like also to thank Dr. Manar and the nurse who was talking care of me.

I’ve been visiting this hospital for a long time now, I wanna appreciate all the doctors and staff for their dedication especially Dr. Assem for the great care that he’s giving me, Dr. Naima, Dr. Salvin and all the staff who are extremely nice and helpful, if you have any problems just reach out to Praveen he will make sure that everything goes smoothly.

I did lip filler with Dr. Nancy Labib at Jumeirah - Medcare Medical Centre, it amazing. She give me volume for my lips with natural look. I like it really.also she treat my face skin with laser pealing which help me to have glowing face and clear.

Got an excellent service from Mr. Imran at Medcare safa pharmacy today where he went out of the way and helped with my approval. Once again thanks to Medcare safa with an excellent service for past several years am visiting regularly and never faced any potential issue or delays. Keep it up and all the best. Muhammad Ilyas

It's a shame that a leading hospital like Medcare dosn't have enough parking space. And the only option is to pay valet 20 AED note that it was free. The other thing is that 30% of the parking spaces is blocked for the managers of the hospital. The management need to take an action about this.

I believe big hospital like this needs to provide enough parking by law.

Had my annual executive check up today in Medcare and the whole process was very efficient. Everyone was very helpful specially Praveen who made sure that all the steps are completed on time. Keep up the good service. Well done!

It was nice to see some reassuring words from Dr Nikita after the operation and good care from nurse Sudha (sweet and simple).

Visited, on November 2,2021, for a PCR test (Covid test), told them am flying out next day by Emirates, paid 150 AED, never got results, Got a flight by showing Toronto Lab results (Nice of them), Still no results, Very Bad

Great services, but don't give the receptionist (Basit Ali in my case) your phone, he posted review with my phone, while he was helping me with registration form, without asking me. (so i have too edit it later)

The service in the emergency department was very bad, my eye had a small spot, I was very uncomfortable because of it, I went to the doctor there, he said no see it because he didn't check it properly, just did a quick check, then he told me it was done, but the spot was still there, i told him to check it again but he ignored me, and said the spot was part of my eyes, how is that possible? I feel a lump in my eye! I'm very disappointed in the attitude of doing it

Very slow service at the reception, had to wait 15 minutes just to see the dr (arrived on my appointment, there was no other patient with the dr), after that, had to wait again to finalize simple exit process, and after that, had to wait in queue of the cashier to pay! Unlike any other branch of Medcare

Came for covid test at medcare hospital Mr.basit was there to solve my issues really a caring and well mannered guy keep it up

Dr. Nikola is extreme prejudiced and diagnosis was within 1 minute of conversation. When I mentioned my case again (persistent pain for 2 weeks which recurred after 2 months). He seems be getting agitated quickly. And dismissive. He says he is doing an X-ray just to “calm” you. I barely explained anything, before accusing me of not listening. His diagnosis is probably right but I don’t trust the judgment.

Not professional as well- when I’m on the way to hospital I get a 8: 45 call to reschedule my 9: 30 appointment as Dr. Nikola is late.

The place is not marked right, no map pin sent yo me.

Visited the wrong building.
Overall poor experience.

EDIT: followed up in another hospital and different Dr who mentioned that they need x-ray to check the spine alignment basics. A curving of spine shown to me in the X-ray due to a muscle pull. New Dr says over screen use with incorrect posture and/or acute angle injury could have been causes and reason is hard to establish. This is clearly an open minded way to communicate instead of criticizing “you are doing the wrong exercise” etc. I did medication, and physiotherapy for 8 sessions until I got some relief. This situation was definitely not something to be dismissive about by quickly saying “not a bone or nerve problem”.

Awful experience with Dr. Nikita & Management staff. No communication. I am still trying to retrieve documents with specific information from June 2021 and now it is October 2021. No one calls me back. I am given lots of excuses about information that should not be shared with patients. Absolutely awful service. I work within a healthcare setting and do not expect to be treated like this. If I could give minus stars I would. Thank you for wasting my time and energy. Plus the added stress of this which is so unnecessary if only people would communicate.

Dr. Nallasivam is one of the best doctors and great human being I've ever seen. He gave enough confidence to me before the procedure.

Have followed up for one report that was extremely urgent 100 times. No one sent an email. Every time I call, they say sorry we will escalate and report still doesn’t come.doctors casually using mobiles while patients are waiting.medcare is usually empty but staff so useless they can’t send an email for urgent matters? Portal? Lol portal is a joke never works.

Excellent service for the PCR test, the nurse was very professional and gentle, I could barely feel anything during the swab. Highly recommend this place, very happy with the service.

My Daughter visited Medcare to have 4 teeth removed under general anaesthetic. The registration process was very easy and we were quickly taken to the day surgery ward. The nurses were brilliant and friendly. They made a scared 12 year old girl fell at ease. The surgery went well and the aftercare was exemplary. I can't recommend them enough

One of the worst service I have ever seen, struggling to get the results of my son's blood tests, no one knows anything. This hospital is just a waste of time. PLEASE DONT GO FOR BLOOD TESTS my kid is in high fever and I dont know what to do so I dont hVe the reports so I can go somewhere else, already made 7 calls and no one knows how to arrange a call back with the dr so that she can suggests us a medicine.

No respect to appoitment timings and a few doctors here don't give you the right attention nor directions i.e. How long to fast for and what is allowed and not allowed i.e. Water etc.

Disappointing experience. Staff is not cooperative to say the least. Waiting time is quite lengthy. What is the point of making an appointment if I end up waiting for an hour.

Bad appointment timing, waiting more then 20 min and no one care, its feels like if you are almost dead, you will be buried there, bad one, nurse came finally after 20 min and said sorry we have only one room for examination, Whoa!

If I could give -1 I'd would be better. Absolutely no info flow, they schedule you for surgery, no one knows anything, no one try to do anything and try to convince you its your own fault. Bad bad bad experience. Go somewhere more professional. It is your health after all.

I did filling to one of my tooth in Medicare center motor city
Unfortunately i don’t feel comfortable after the procedure
Second day the doctor was off so I took appointment with another doctor in the main hospital
They refuse to do the adjustments and they told me to wait to see the same doctor
The manager Abdallla Mosa told me they are not responsible I told him I will call police and he doesn’t care.

Was told I'll have my imaging results on the same day, had to call 2 more times to get them. It took 8 days untill I finally got them. Very disappointing.

We are really satisfied by the services provided by Medcare hospital Dubai. Mr Abdalla Mosa Kasem Ali Mosa is always there to assist us with any query we have! Much appreciate the outstanding service.

Every experience I have this hospital failed me each time In a different way. However, if there is one thing they need to work on is that they need to be more accurate with appointments. There are times they will make you wait for 1 hour and they will be OK with that. They should also be more detail oriented when it comes to doctor picking. There is a few doctors who won't give enough attention.
