Terrible experience, had to drive 40 min to get there and be told that the doctor doesn’t know about our appointment and that we need to wait + we were then told that the doctor does not accept insurance (not mentioned on the website). Never again

Dr.arobena, jJose, Emir, ManasTheir transactions are fast and very good and dealing with them is comfortable.

I come here for my daughter's speech therapy and so far very happy with the dr and the whole management of medcare.

Dr aashim is the best, her treatment is awesome, I can feel my skin from her first treatment on August, now I visited her second time in December. Kind hearted Dr she explains very well about the treatment plan, I really appreciate her work best Dermatology Dr Aashim Singh. I would like to appreciate Ms Asma ismail for her wonderful work, she helped me through all the process starting from billing and approval for the procedure. Her customer care was top notch. I would like to recommend all my friends and family to consult Dr Aashim for all aesthetic treatments, Medcare Jumeirah

Absolutely pathetic experience and a waste of my time. The nurses do not and I repeat do not care about the patients time. My appointment was at 4: 20 pm for which I arrived on time and after waiting for 10 mins and asking the nurse again why aren’t I with the doctor, she goes wait sir the nurse will call you, I see the doctor casually walking outside. Another 5 mins ago by and I ask again, only then they send me to check the vitals and then once again I’m waiting for nothing, it’s now 4: 40 am I’m angry and asking why aren’t I with the doctor they check and say oh sir the doctor is seeing someone now, whereas there was no one there except me and two other ladies, one to the ladies was there to see another doctor but the nurses at the station wasted my time and let someone else get in my appointment before me.

If I wanted a later spot I’d book that slot.

Absolutely appalling service from Medcare and rest assured I would not even visit them even if they have the best doctor in the world.

Dr. Maha Sultan is very professional and experienced. I have been struggling for more than a year with acne issue.and I have seen more than 10 dermatologist and no one has been able to help me! And Dr. Maha Sultan with my first ever exam did a great job. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner and fix all my issues. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and patient. Thanks a lot

Had some procedures done by Dr. Maha Sultan, including PRP-G. She made the whole procedure very comfortable and the results are visible. She is an amazing Doctor!

Very bad service, I called three time to know the status of insurance approval they always telling me they will call back and they never did at the end they called me and the nurse told me it’s approved but the test in the second day of your period and I already miss it. I was waiting for 10 day and it’s approved but now body told me.

Not providing sitting stools for reception staff is a well known breach of health and safety in first world countries. It doesn't provide a good image and as a medical facility, you should know and be doing better to care for your staff - your assets.

I went in for a facial with Dr Mona at Medcare Medical center and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after the Hydra facial treatment and I would for sure go back with Dr Mona for another facial and try the 4D Fontana she explained it to me

I am very disappointed to find a Medical Clinic in Dubai which doesnt have a wheelchair access! So strange! I would expect it in a small market but not a clinic. The wheelchair way is available but a stair need to be taken to get into it. Following the measurements of wheelchair acceses, you need to be specific in regards to the angle percentage, door opening width and a way to pass through from the reception to the elevator. Dubai is considered to cater wheelchairs users and those with special needs across the nation. That's a shame!

Slow service. Pharmacy had 5 counters with only 2 operational. Too much chattering. Don't waste your time here.

Had some emergency, and the nurses weren’t caring enough to assist us. They let us wait for 30mins FOR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION! They told us that there were no beds inside that's why they can't entertain us. Imagine, in pain and no one is informing us! Terrible! Never again in this hospital!

Had a confirmed appointment. Was told Dr is off today despite getting confirmation SMSs. No apology, no alternative solution. Just told to come back Saturday. Not helpful when I've run out medication. They need to be more organised to communicate with customers and also teach their team to show empathy and look for solutions to help patients.

Some of the best doctors here. Doctor Swetha Das for dental is a gem of Dubai. She takes very good care of you and is extremely professional. Doctor Shagufta Zia for Family Medicine is diligent and brilliant as well.

Will never forgive what Medcare's Dr. Lubna did to my arm. I had two small bumps on my arm and she carelessly injected way too much steroid into them and now there are large deep indents in my arm. The clinic has not been willing to inject fillers to level the indents and my arm and mental health will probably be damaged for life. Avoid Dr. Lubna and dermatology at this clinic like the plague.

I have been looking far and wide for the past few months for a good dermatologist for my rosacea, finally after two failed attempts else where I stumbled upon great care, it's been a pleasure recieving treatment with Dr. Nancy, very professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and witty. She took enough time to listen to my concerns, explain treatment options and what to expect. I already started recommending her to family and friends and would definitely seek her care again.

Very very very bad experience, I'll never ever go this center again in my life!
It took me 54 mins to reach the center and after I reached there they said OH NO THE Doctor is in a SICk LEAVE! That’s it! Why no one called because you took the appointment through the call center and that’s it with two kids and too much suffering to reach that’s it that’s all what they have!

They don’t respect our time they told us we will be in waiting list but we wait more than one hour and we don’t see the doctor.

Body Hair removal results were extremely good, six weeks later I came for the 2nd session and the hair was still not grown! Very much recommended. Very professional team, Sandy is very cooperative and nice, she will make you feel like family and walk the extra mile to assure you get the best treatment and satisfaction, the rest team they will advise you and help you generously.

Also, Hydrafacial results were very good, will come back again for it.i would like to mention Jackie, she was very professional and took her time to explain all the steps and make sure I get the best treatment.

Went to Dr. Hala Aljaber - dermatologist, she just talk and give you life advices and dosen't care about your actual disease, don't waist your money. MEDCARE Please remove her.

لا انصح بزيارته اطلاقا.

كنت اجازة في دبي و مرضت هناك انا و اضطررت الذهاب الى مستشفى ميدكير فرع جميرا. حيث كنت اعاتي من زكام و احتقان متعب.

قام الدكتور الموجود بفحصي وطلب ان ياخذ عينه باستخدام القطنه لاجل معرفة اذا يوجد التهاب ام لا.

و قام بذلك. وكتت قد سجلت ابنتي ليقوم بفحصها حيث كان انفها في الليل مسكر. و بها زكام من يومين.

الذي لفت نظري انه قبل ان يفتح فم الطفلة ليرى اذا تعاني من احتقان ام لا قال بانه سياخذ عينه فحص لها ايضا! على اي اساس قبل التاكد من انه فعلا يوجد شي وقبل اي فحص توخذ عينه و قام باخذها بسرعة. رغم انه لم يفحص فمها قبله ليحدد اذا تحتاج اخذ عينه من عدمه!

و الاسوا عندما اخبرته انه انفها مسكر مع الزكام يومان وقبل اي فحص ومع انه ليس دكتور اطفال قال لي (ما رايك ان نحواها للاشعة لان اغلب الاطفال يعانون من اللحمية)!

رفضت ذلك واخبرته هو من يومان فقط!

اثار الامر استغرابنا انا وزوجي. بان الدكتور يحاول اضافة كل الفحوصات غير الضرورية. وفي خلال عشر دقايق زيارة لي وابنتي كانت قيمة الفاتورة قرابة 900 درهم!

صحيح لم ندفع منها الا ٨٨ درهم حيث قام ضمان ثقة مشكورا بالتكفل بنسبة %90 من المبلغ

الا ان ماحدث ترك تساؤلات عدة لدينا. وقد قمت بابلاغ ثقة عن ما حدث معنا

My Doctor is great, she has been very good and I really appreciate her and having her as my regular doctor. My complaint is with this centralized phone number and the absolute lack of follow up from the clinic itself to call back their patients when they are in need of medical advice. Usually when a call back is requested for prescription information, you need to call back the patient within a reasonable time frame. This is not the first time that we have had to keep calling the main customer care no. And keep complaining and chasing. This is absolutely not acceptable and needs to change as there are many more clinic options available. Please take action and fix this!
