Mr. Darshan Kumar was very professional and courteous, making sure that my healing progressed properly. His attention to details and patience made it easy to continue with the sessions. I have no reservation whatsoever to recommend him and Medcare JBR.

I would like to share my experience about this particular branch. It has been so far the most unprofessional approach I have ever received. I visited the clinic on the specific day of my cycle and spoke with doctor Ayona Barthakur requesting a progesterone test to be done and the rest of the hormonal tests at the beginning of the next cycle. She told me sure, don't worry, we will collect blood now and submit it for progesterone now and for the rest of the hormones you will visit us later but we will send approval to the insurance now.
Later during the day they called me saying that everything got approved and I have to proceed with the payment.
I paid and when I called them back to confirm they said that some of the hormones were not approved. I said why would you ask me than to pay for some of them, cause I can do the whole hormonal panel in any other private clinic then and it doesn't make sense for me to receive them partly. They told me not to worry and said they will be calling me back checking again. I asked to keep my payment pending until it's resolved and that I'm only interested in progesterone test in this case. Not only no one called me back but when I visited the clinic no one gave me the clear answer and now I received some of the tests that were approved for another day of the cycle which makes no sense.
So my payment was absolutely useless. When I was trying to reach out to JBR branch the agent would not connect me directly and asked million questions.

Money and time wasted. Extremely unprofessional and my problem is unresolved.

I would not recommend this clinic. Extremely unprofessional approach. Stay away from this place.

Doctor has been instrumental in our pregnancy process. She has effectively communicated, been very personal, and helped us solving any questions in a very knowledgeable way.

Dr. Ayona has been leading my pregnancy from the beginning, Im so lucky that I met her. Also, we had the best delivery experience together and Im very thankful for it.

During all my pregnancy and afterwards I trusted and trust her all recommendations and Im sure that if she says so, than we do it without any even tiny doubts.

I am shocked by the way I was received at JBR branch
when I came to see Doc Ankur for my son for the 1000th time.
I was asked for my son's ID when I'm not usually asked for it. Bad luck. I don't have it on me and this is when the questioning starts.
I make him understand that I have an appointment and that he's making me late. But he refuses to give me access to the doc until he has finished his interrogation.
I think this is out of place for someone from a medical reception. He has no place in this sector.
I'd have to look elsewhere.

I would like to commend the excellent medical team at JBR Medcare, specifically Dr Ravinder Verma, who handled my sinus problems and Dr Darshan Kumar who helped with my back pain. They were friendly, helpful and always forthcoming. Other staff including receptionists and nurses are also always polite and attentive.

I highly recommend the physiotherapist Mr. Darshan. Within a few sessions, through nerve stimulation, ultrasound treatment, traction and other exercises, he's helped me get rid of headaches due to cervical pain. He's given me useful advice (based on my issues and lifestyle) on better posture as well.

Clean facility and it's not usually crowed and the doctors are very polite and thorough. Our experience with pediatricians has always been good.

I have been consistently impressed by Medcare JBR's quality and efficiency of service. The physiotherapists, Mr. Raheemudin and Mr. Kumar have been very helpful and treated me with professionalism and individualised care. The administrative staff are always polite and efficient. I would recommend getting physiotherapy treatment here.

It’s more than 24 hours and still no updates regarding my insurance approval. I assume there is no lab test performed despite of my effort to give my swab and urine samples. I am still left untreated without any medicines/followups regardless of how many times I call the call center. I still don’t get updates. Communication is really bad. This is unbelievable.

Appointments are always delayed and never on time. They need to work on improving this. Other than this I have been coming to medcare for over 5 years and the doctors I see are always great.

I can highly recommend Medcare JBR for all facilities. Recently had physio for my lower back. Physiotherapist Mohammed Raheemuddin was very polite and knowledgeable. I was back to normal fitness after 10 sessions of physio and given exercises to do at home. Would definitely recommend this clinic and Mohammed to anyone!

The personal is really slow. Not good attention at all. A lot of forma to fill and service very disappointing. All the times that I tried to come was a horrible experience. Really bad. I will never come back again. I do not recommend anyone visit this clinic

1 hour waiting because they had "emergencies" while it's not a first aid hospital, just a consultation. Unacceptable.

So, when we decided to go to this clinic, we weren't sure, who our Doctor should be. And we met Dr. Anas Saeeda, a Doctor with conscience, deep empathy, gentle, highly qualified and so personal, you would want to think he is part of the family. Of course, the clinic staff too, esp the nursing & admin team are amazing too. A shout out to Dr. Anas and the Medicare team!

The clinic is managed very professionally. I have gained immensely from the expert advice of Dr. Anas Seeda, who has very strong functional knowledge in his area. He is also easily approachable and provides timely and very useful medical advice.

Mohammed Raheemuddin provided excellent physiotherapy to treat my mid back. He showed me new methods to relieve my pain and prevent further injuries. Would recommend to others and actively seek out for further treatment.

I am having a really good experience with Dar the laser technician assisting me in my regular schedules. She’s very accommodating and nice!

Took an appointment for a Pcr test at 16: 30.16: 22 swapped. 23: 40 results came! Fast and great treatment.

First time got a result back in about 6 hours. Then second time for returning home, it is close to 24 hours and missing a flight.this hospital is a total joke. If you need a turnaround time of less than 24 hours, stay away from this unreliable hospital. Now I have to scramble to rebook a flight, rebook another hotel night and what a mass, thanks to this horrible hospital services.

Extremely convenient location for those staying in JBR, reasonable price considering the location (150AED at time of writing this), and very straightforward process, just scan a QR code and fill in the form (requires an upload of your passport photo). Walk-ins are welcome, they accept card, there is free WIFI available, a seating area, and a water dispenser. Despite being busy, there was an adequate amount of seats available.

Test results are to arrive in 24 hours.

Severely inadequate!
Looks like a place from a 3rd world country and definitely not Dubai JBR! Booked an appointment and queued 30 min at the reception who were unable to cope with number of clients and eventually left as I was getting more sick there instead of feeling better. No social distancing of and kind and people are packed as a sardine can (remember this is coming y so people are here because they are sick). They should not book more patients than what they can handle. Greed got the best of them.

Dr. Lubna is very qualified and experienced doctor who takes special efforts and gives time to patient to make them understand the underlying condition and explains the treatment in details. Her follow up every two weeks is so supportive that as a patient we know the doctor is monitoring us at every step of treatment and that really is helpsful.
The laser therapist is also very gentle and ensures before every shot the patient is comfortable and gradually increased the power in next sessions. We are very happy with these treatments with positive results seen soon

I’m asking the PCR test but in their system they don’t have an option for Taiwanese Nationality. Counter said they can modify manually then after I paid the amount they told me that only can mention in China nationality. Totally wasting my time took me 1 hour for nothing.
Even their stuff heard my Taiwanese he just said Taiwan is China, please pay your respect for all of the nationality. It was very rude. Totally not recommend this clinic. The worst experience ever.

Do not use them for PCR tests. Medical services are good but PCR process is absolutely a shambles. Form to be filled through QR codes that gives errors, no respect to appointments and irrelevant information required. On top of this an exorbitant cost

Worst customer service ever! After having a confirmed appointment, I went there on time then after making me wait, they informed me that the Dr is not available that day! Better service is different.

If you go there for check up, please look for Dr. Nashwa Dyab. Her profile describe her perfectly. She is attentive, caring and you can many questions you may have. Initially, we went there to get treatment for our runny nose and mild cough. While checking and ask about family medical history, we found her is the expertise in treatment of diabetes. Eventually, we are looking to see expertise in this. We clicked right away and I found she is caring and soft spoken. She explained well and her communication with patients are excellent.

COVID-19 test received within 12 hours (they guarantee 36 hours). You need to make an appointment and come 15min early to fill in a registration form. Walk-in service available at 9am, max wait 45 minutes. 150 AED pp

HORRIFYING DERMATOLOGY EXPERIENCE
I went to Dr. Lubna in June 2020 to get smoother appearance on my arms. As you can see, my arms are bumpy. She suggested injecting two of the bumps with steroids, but she injected it so much that it has caused massive atrophic scarring. I’ve spoken to multiple dermatologists and they’ve said that the issue was that she overinjected the bumps, but one of the worst parts of this process has been that she didn’t want to admit this and said that it was an allergic reaction and I signed a form stating that I knew the risks when I had the procedure. The issue with having a dr not admit their mistake is that they won’t agree easily to fix it.

After much wrangling, the clinic agreed to do PRP for me in November 2020 to help fix it, but the atrophic scar remains and it has only gotten worse because it is now a blueish-red. Dr. Lubna suggested I use eucerin skin lightening cream and moisturizer to fix it, but I’m pretty sure this has made it worse. She also gave me a foundation sample and suggested I cover it everyday (I already knew I could use foundation to cover bumps on my arms - I wouldn’t go to the dermatologist if I wanted to cover spots with foundation)

The clinic says there is nothing they can do to fix it and they have not provided any compensation (though they gladly took my money to make a mess of my arm in the first place). I am so unbelievably upset when I look at my arm everyday, she completely destroyed my self-confidence. I’ll be raising a medical complaint. Please, please avoid this clinic for dermatology.

Hi I’m so happy with MedCare JBR Dr. Rahim who is helping me deal with my knee pain. We started physio, it’s been 2 weeks and I’m feeling so much better. I have also gone back to my work outs but slowly. There is much improvement on my knees. Thank you

Staff here don’t make any preparation for children’s vaccination even if you have taken an appointment in advance and told them exactly which is needed.

Avoid Rosalyn Karlsson - she claims to be a gynecologist but she has no knowledge. How did she get this job? No idea, words cannot describe how incompetent she is. Maybe she can check your vagina but do not let her advice you on your pregnancy. A disaster.

Good physio, I had knee pains and after few sessions I stated feeling better. Good care and advices!

A very good experience with the all staff and with Dr. Darius Yadegari (dentist) who is very professional, explaining what is the problem and solution, his attention to details and skills are remarkable. Totally recommend

Great nursing staffs they have. I consulted with Dr. Nashwa who is very professional and really take care of you. Good experience overall. Appointment slots fixed by central call centres are I believe bit short, which results in more waiting time for patients outside. But I saw staffs really workhard to cover up those delay issues.

I had pain in my shoulder for more than 10 days and I visited many doctors to treat my pain.

I visited medcare jbr one month ago and I was seeing by Dr nashwa she great and professional.as well the first impression which I got from the receptionist lady was wonderful.she really turned my mood to happiness I felt that I'm home and I will get great honest care. Cannot say enough about Dr. Maya Alwan my Obs & Gyno doctor. Her correspondence, gentle approach and bedside manner is just wonderful. Having her as a doctor has made me feel like I am at home in Canada. Her attention to detail and follow up surprises me every time. She truly cares and it’s such a rare gift she has!

Very good experience with my Dr. Amela B. /Internal Medicine. She's amiable, motherly and takes the time to get back to me if I have additional clarifications. Every visit was comforting and good service all the way. Same also for their nursing staff who are flexible and helpful with requests and queries. Good job MedCare JBR team:)
