I have been with Dr. Vinod Tahilramani now for fifteen (15) years. Vinod Tahilramani is a blessing. He is always professional and caring. He has a good rapport with people and does not rush you in and out; expect to wait because he listens carefully and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is a patient individual who genuinely cares about his patients. He explains things to patients in understandable terms. He works hard to ensure that his patients' health is as good as it can be. He is skilled at establishing trust with his patients.

It’s a great honour even to write about Dr. Vinod Tahilramani, most importantly the way Dr. Vinod Tahilramani try to improve as a better doctor on a day-to-day basis and keeping in touch with your patients is so heart touching.

I firmly believe that a doctor is not only someone who cures a patient's illness, but also someone who boosts the patient's morale so that they can feel better than ever. It is always present in his treatment. What more could one want from a doctor? He is not your typical doctor; he is a good man.

I consider myself fortunate to have known him for so long; I am grateful to him and wish him the best.

Highly recommended Dr Bassem Makkar the Specialist Orthopedic Doctor who treated my lower back and bilateral knee for a longer time. He will give you more time and effort monitoring you from time to time till you are pain free. He is best and highly recommended.

As first time pregnants and as a couple who had desired but took awhile conceiving, we were full of anxieties not wanting to miss the golden opportunity.

Our first 2 check ups were made with 2 other doctors from other hospital chains, extremely dissatisfied and with the wife having an internal bleed, this pushed us to look at other health clinics and all praises to God for leading us to Dr Nabila.

The difference in level of care is so obvious, our check ups then, from being anxiety filled, had then turned into something we looked forward to. The care was personalized, it was warm and welcoming, was filled with joy and hope and truly gave us the feel of being in safe and capable hands.

My wifes gdm was nicely managed, thanks to Dr Nabilas constant reminders, monitoring and sincere advises.

Our delivery wasnt the easiest with the wife’s condition, of which hope for a normal delivery has almost lost, but with Dr Nabila’s superb experience and knowledge, patience and sincerity to help, my wife has given birth to our baby boy safely via normal delivery.

Im forever in gratitude to your work, my child is truly blessed to have been born through your hands.

Mohammed has been a great help in fixing my neck problem with his physiotherapy sessions and exercises.

I did physiotherapy sessions at Medcare Motor City, the physiotherapist Mr Raheem was helpful in improving my condition. However, the physiotherapy equipments at the facility are very limited. With soo much advancement happening in this field the physiotherapy department should evolve and acquire new modern equipments.

Special thanks to Raheemuddin Mohammed for the very professional treatment that has led to fast recovery from my hand wrist pain. After few physiotherapy sessions, I could see the difference and Raheemuddin’s recommendations have helped in accelerating the healing process.

In medcare motor city you will find the best Dr. ’s and physiotherapists. As a family we always visit this branch as it is close to us plus the staff who works here are helpful and supportive till the end. Recently referred here for Physiotherapy. The physiotherapist, Mr. Mohammed has been brilliant, very knowledgeable and explains every step of the process. Although everyone wants quick results, for a long standing injury I’m already seeing remarkable results within only a few sessions. The equipment is modern, reliable and clean. Appointments have been easy to book around my work hours. Reassuringly also all appointments are on time. I’d definitely recommend this practice and physio.

Very bad experience.
I was in MedCare MotorCity for a Gynaecologist routine appointment. My first time.
I was let in without blood pressure or weight check.
The doctor asked for the routine exams, I did blood tests immediately, some exams had to wait for insurance approval. After one week I went back to the clinic with family. I asked about the approval, no answer on that, but I was told that I had to book an urgent appointment since my blood tests weren't good. I went back the following day, the doctor had no recollection of calling me for appointment and saw nothing wrong in the blood tests, during the appointment she shouted at the nurse several times. She was confused about the exams she ordered, she asked for new exams.
This was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I got a phone call from MedCare Motor City saying that my physiotherapy had been approved!
I'm waiting for mamography approval, I never went to an orthopaedic doctor.
Awful and scary.

My first and will be last experience. Two days in pain and I have been waiting for my prescription and their team asks me what medicine did doctor give you. No one knows what's happening

It is a human clinic with very professional doctors. I had to go there several times and I was very satisfied. My problem was solved at once and they really took care of it. There is also a very hygienic environment, covid measures have been followed. And not to forget their secretary Inass who was really nice and even speak a little Turkish which really helped me

Worst experience ever! Doctor does not understand anything there! No follow up, you call and again they ingnore!

Waited 20 days for an MRI appointment, after which I was told 24 hours to receive a call regarding the results.they called and asked them to call me back and 48 hours later I had to call again and I was told they added onto the system that they had explained the results to me! Outrageous! Very very bad service.

I am rating it for my sole experience with PCR, twice. Results have always been out in less than 12 hrs, although we’re expected to wait for 24-48hrs. So it’s like paying regular for an express service.

As one of the reviewers also stated below, one reception lady dressed in black was very courteous and responsive to my request & queries.

They are the worst, they only want to get paid they never care about customer satisfaction. I’ve been in derma clinic and had a very bad experience, they lack professionalism and honesty. After complaining i realized that their customer care service is even worse than the service itself.

I would never go there again in my life or recommend it ever, went there with a 40• fever at 7,30pm and the reception and the dr refused to see me cause they leave after half an hour. I was crying at the reception asking them if this is what the Dr oath about. The worst experience of my life.

Consultation done with a doctor in motor city and paid the money. But no relief, called the clinic for follow up. The same doctor will be available after 2 days. If needed a consultation with another doctor new payment is required. Why shall we allow to be robbed by an organization without an ethics. The worst clinic and treatments.all that glitters are not good. The interesting thing is that I went through reviews from different persons and found the same experience which I had was already here. Doctor asked for all tests including Covid test and prescribe betadine gargle for sore throat even having no complaint of sore throat, sinecod for a wet cough and brufen for a person without throat pain or fever. Charged fees of a specialist for a normal GP….

Best experience laser with Joshua, She's an excellent laser therapist. You will feel the difference from the first couple of sessions!

I came to Medcare in Motor City to do physiotherapy.
Dr. Raheemuddin was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explain 5he treatment, its benefits, and he showed me some manageable exercises to do at home.
His positive attitude is contagious and motivated me to snap out of my negative mindset and think positively. This really helped with my healing process.
I highly recommend Dr. Raheemuddin if you need to do any physiotherapy.

The best clinic in Discovery Garden. Staff and Doctors provide an excellent level of care. They are quick to recognise repeat patients and remembering their names. Very personal touch in patient care. 5 stars for all doctors and staff specially Mohamed Mustafa at Reception.

Dr Thaer dhaou is a miracle worker.i had a ENT surgery under his supervision. (for a pain i had for years.) I regret not doing it early. Thank you Dr Thaer.may your hands do more miracles.the recovery process was way comfortable and beyond my expectations

A Seamless and efficient experience that was coupled with courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. The registration process took 5 minutes, and the approval process took a further 5 minutes. A great overall experience, very friendly & knowledgable staff, and the facilities and the efficiency experienced is second to none. Keep up the good work guys! Truly impressive!

NEVER AGAIN! 3 of us gave blood for basic Sugar & cholesterol tests. Received 2 reports after several follow ups. The third report is missing even after 3 days. Have been calling several times in the last 2 days and explaining the same story to all the customer care executives with no luck yet. If you are expecting prompt response, I would never recommend this to anyone as And btw this is the second time, I am having similar experience

Very good hospitality on the clinic when you visit it, clean place and look wonderful and Peaceful. Unfortunately, they are missing there accurate methods of phone communication for updates of lap test results, they need to improve on soft-skills for the employees. I feel some of their doctor require more training.

The PCR test has be done more than 50 hours and until now I am not getting the results, I have called the customer service for many times and they are not able to reach out to the clinic to check the status, I am really surprised what type of clinic is this. I dont recommend it even for small procedure as they dont seem trusty

We have been going to Dr. Reena Sankar in Medcare Motorcity for several years for both of my kids - she has been nothing less than exceptional pediatrician. Dr. Reena and the whole Medcare MotorCity facility definitely deserves five stars and full recommendation.

I would like to thank all the staff and doctors, especially Dr. Syed Suhail the physiotherapy specialist, who helped me get better with my back and elbow injuries.

One star is even high, there should be option of no star or not recommended at all!

Hi I have been visiting Dr. Reena, the pediatrician in medcare motor city branch for my son since last 2 years. She is the best pediatrician and a great soul. My son loves going to her and get treated by her. Whenever my son got sick just one visit to her has got my son completely recovered. She goes extra mile to treat her patients and always follow up herself if the kid is doing well. I have visited so many doctors for my son and my search ended when i found Dr. Reena. I highly recommend her for all the kids.she has a great knowledge and at the same time she is very professional. Thank you Dr. Reena for doing such amazing work.

U come to small branches like this with hope to save ur time. But u end up waiting for up to one hour extra for ur appointment. Very disorganized.

We have been seeing Dr Reena for about 4 years now and feel in very safe hands with her. She always takes a lot of time when we go and I never feel rushed. I have three boys so we are at the doctors a lot! She is a wonderful paediatrician and I can even whatsapp her if I have a question- she truly cares and we’re very glad we’ve found someone who I can trust with the health of my kids.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The consultation is the least personal experience I have had. It took them more than 48hrs and 7 calls, and still no results. No one is accountable of anything there and there is very poor management. It's not possible that a clinic has such terrible and delayed response.

Dr. Teeb Al-Awadi for family medicine and recently I was seen by Dr Mutaz Alqawasmeh for a broken foot. All my visits have been met with friendly, caring and professional staff at Medcare. Keep up the good work!

I have a 6 years old son and a 3 year old daughter. She has always been very attentive and very caring. Always happy to answer my calls and WhatsApp messages at anytime of day, night or even when she was off whenever I needed, that def makes such a difference

I had a very bad experience with Medcare Shk Zayed branch for which I would not like to detail out. As a matter of fact I would have never stepped into a Med care unit had I not met Dr Syed.

I was unable to walk for over 1.5 months due to a knee injury and it was Dr Syed who motivated and did his best for my recovery. He went out of the way to get more sessions approved and today I am happy to inform I can walk normally

He did his best for the quickest recovery and people like him build trust in the brand.which honestly I had lost all hope in

I am rewriting my review as per current standard, Oct 2019- the staffs are absolutely amazing- nurse, reception. Unfortunately doctors aren’t great any longer. All the good doctors which I have been visiting is replaced with money making machine, not there to help, instead recommends MRI, X Ray, blood test, operation for slight problem. More over I would like to specify Dr. Mutaz Alqawasmeh is so unprofessional, everytime I have had an appointment with him they call up 15 mins before the appointment to reschedule for few hours later as he runs late most of the time. Which is a disaster. It’s been 2 times already. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital any longer it’s going downhill and not getting better for good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. Staff are trained to have a robotic response to everything. Had my appointments and tests done at Motor City branch and no one would even bother to inform if your results are out, unless you bug them with your follow up calls. Even had one customer care who got my call told me to just check their online portal to see the copy of my results and understand it by myself. It was only after 8 days after I got my copy and that too if I didn't complain and call them for hundred of times! It's confusing what is their process as after the test the nurse and the reception told me that results will be out in 2-3 days and the doctor will call the patient (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AT ALL!) and when you check and follow up the results in their customer care, they will inform to go check their online portal (which by the way until now my results were never uploaded there!)

They only care to charge your insurance company and the patient for consultations and to perform tests and after that they wouldn't bother a thing either what the results were and if you are going to be still alive! As long as they already earned their revenue for the day!

Would never go back to any of their branch and would never recommend it to anyone. AT ALL!

We always had the very best treatment at Medcare Medical Centre, Motor city and could not criticise in anyways. Especially OP Gynic doctor and nurses are doing a fabulous job.

Poor, I felt more like money making place where doctors has some target, we visited Pediatric and she wrote one medicine, totally in effective, our baby didn't got any comfort, we re contacted her and rather telling us medicine so that baby can feel better she wanted a visit next day again. Total waste of time and money.
