Worse medical center med care they have no respect to the patient appointment is very bad waiting time is 1 hour and above honestly u are paying money go clinics where they treat you right. Remember you are paying them and nor doing you a favor.

They not checking the eligibility before the consultation then they will ask you to pay cash even without checking the reason
Beside the doctors there refusing to do any blood test under insurance! With cash only even if you are usually doing the same tests under insurance with other facilities
Not recommended at all to west even one min in his place safe your time your money your life

I spent months looking for a good Dr in Mirdif and so pleased I found Dr Anna Jacob, she listens and not in a rush like most Drs, explains the results very clearly and makes you feel very comfortable.

The service is top notch excellent with clients never had to wait a lot of time, for the Dr.s

I’ve been in uncomfortable situations couple of times in your clinic but the outstanding customer service and the quick action taken by Mr. Abdel Rahman to cool down the patient is something I would respect and appreciate! As a businesswomen, I would be blessed having such a loyal caring employee who really cares about patient satisfaction and clinic image! I hope you people know his value and recognise him accordingly!

Never go for emergency or without appointment they will just make you wait with no proper update and undefined time

The customer service is terrible. From the receptionist, to the cashier, to the nurses and their connection Aster pharmacy.

Went to the pediatric doctor, Shireen, 6 hours ago. The aster pharmacy said that the doctor did not put the correct diagnosis in the prescription and insurance will not cover it. I went back to the doctors office and was told not to worry, the doctor will call you back. Its been 6 hours, my daughter is vomiting and desperately needs medicine. The doctor has not called me. I have called the main line/ switch board 5x. Each time they have said, just wait 30 min for a call back. I have not received a call back from the nurse or clinic. They do not provide patients with a direct number to the Clinic. I have also requested 2x for the clinic manager to call me. No call back.

I cannot risk my childs health, I will take her to the hospital now.

I am also contacting Dubai Health authorities.

My wife took 3 times medicines from GP.

All 3 times, she had to go to a different place to take medicine ‍️‍️‍️

I would not go to GP in Mirdif mall again because it’s just waste of time

The quality of ur services become bad every day and small thing like can't reach the clinic because the call centre doesn't have direct no! Strange

The call centre team gave me the wrong information about the cost of the flu vaccination. I had confirmed the price before scheduling the appointment for my son. He said it would cost AED 99 inclusive of everything. But during checkout, they charged me AED 119/- They said the promotion is already over and would be informed the call center team.
The second thing is after the consultation, the doctor printed the wrong prescription which was already prescribed by another doctor from their other branch. She didn’t even check it before giving it to the patient.

Totally disappointed service.

في الحقيقة اي مركز صحي لا يحترم وقت مرضاه لا ينبغي أن تزوره مره آخرى ، كان عندي موعد على الساعة 5 و صلت قبل الموعد ب 10 دقائق و كان قبلي شخص جالس ، مو مشكله أما أن يدخل كل المرضى اللي وصلوا قبلي ، فذا لا يجوز دخلوا 5 مرضى قبلي ، فقط لأنهم وصلوا قبلي ، و أنا واصل قبل الموعد ب10 دقائق

Worst medical experience ever, today my wife visited the clinic even though I had a later appointment, the reason of the visitation was my one and half year old daughter had a fever of 39.9 at the house it wouldn’t go down so my wife went to the medcare mirdif clinic which is close to our house. When we arrived the nurses checked my daughter but refused treatment due to that it’s an appointment only visitation. They didn’t a sign another doctor to help or check on my daughters condition even though they had the facility to help, they asked my wife to go to a hospital to get a better treatment now I don’t know if this normal or the patient has no right to see a doctor even if her condition can cause my daughter to go seizure due to her high fever reason be that that clinic is only appointment only even though we had an appointment at a later time.

I don’t think that’s justifiable to be honest doesn’t the patient come first.

Shout out to Dr Anna Jacob for being one of the best doctors I have ever had! Thank you Dr Anna for always being so supportive and going the extra mile to always putting my mind at ease and for being so encouraging always.

But very disappointed for the waiting time to get one document from doctor. I asked so many times, until i got fed up and at this time they took a decision to do my blood test.arrived at 9: 30am left at 12: 23pm

The old MEDCARE Center has been relocated to a new place (same mall). The new medical center is located first floor near the carfour supermarket.

التقيت بها يوم ٢٧ ديسمبر ٢٠٢١ وكنت تعبانة جدا ومنهارة بسبب وضعي الصحي. خففت عني وحولتني على طبيب قلب اختصاصي واستمعت لي. خففت من معاناتي بلباقة وذوق واحترام ومراعاة لمشاعري.

الطبيبة رائعة وحنونة وحاورتني بطريقة جعلتني اشعر بكمية من الراحة. اتمنى لها التوفيق والسداد. وكلمة الشكر لا توفيها حقها.

Seen the GP doctor who was very scared to come close as I had running nose and came back from travel even my COVID result was negative

Did not come close to me and after I insisted she listened to my chest and after three days I am now in another hospital to take antibiotic and do swap which she never cared to do ….

MOHAMED EL ZAWAHRY is rude and doesn't listen to the patient's question and talks with arrogance. He barely responds your greeting when you enter the clinic, he keeps saying with high tone "because you are not wearing a glasses, you should never take it off"! You don't get out from his clinic with good reasoning and you wish not to come to this clinic because you just wasted your money because of him. After that, I didn't go to glasses shop because I don't trust his findings because he didn't explain anything to me. Medcare is well reputed and he doesn't match Medcare quality.

Came for my coolsculpting consultation with Dr Hala at medccare barajeel, she is very professional and amazing team. Highly recommended

Medcare Mirdif is awesome. Great doctors and great staff. Abul Rehman on reception is always smiling and ready to help with great customer services.

Medcare mirdif is the worst branch the appointment at 2: 40 and the doctor reaches the clinic at 3: 15 and they don’t even apologize for the delay
The doctor recommended for the swap test and they (nurse and receptionist) without applying for it they answer on behalf of the insurance with rejection even though I offered 3 different insurances more over the Albarsha branch gets the approval for the test always and when I informed the receptionist in mirdif branch about it he rudely replied yes it’s excepted by the insurance there but not here

The worst medical center and no respect with the time of patients keeping them to wait for hours and hours and bad behavior of the doctor to call the patient to come early to be the first patient then the doctor coming late and again waiting.not coming again any more

I’m done the PCR test twice ant this clinic, it was relay easy and painless compared to other clinics.

I am a regular patient to medcare, I feel that they are like a family and all the staff always trying to help receptionist, nurses and doctors

Worst clinic, and DR Suha she don’t care about her patient. She kept me waiting for more than 1 hours while she was accepting her other patient who she invites without appointment. I Left even without seeing her. Anyway no one needs to be a patient for a doctor like this.

المستشفى منتاز ولاكن بعض موظفين الاستقبال لا يتلزمون بالاجراءات الاحترازيه من ناحية لبس الكمام + بعض مقاعد الانتظار غير مريحة

Poor reception.they ask u to fill a lengthy form on mobile with all details like ur work address passport and home address before they would even proceed to something. This was way too much information asked compared to other hospitals. Left from the reception and not returning anytime

Support staff are the main issue. Drs seem good.

I went in extremely tired and needed fast support. The amazing service by Radi at the reception made my process easy, comforting and fast. I truly appreciate his efforts. Dr. Sherine was so kind to even stay over time to see me and make sure I’m fine. Very very grateful!

The worst experience I have ever had
Before seeing Dr they told me everything is covered by Insurance and after spending more than 1 hour there
They told me nothing is covered even COVID 19 test
I wasted my time and no one cares at all

Called to make an appointment without issues. The Dr was not running late, like they do at most places. Everyone was friendly & courteous. They were very well organized & welcoming.
