I can say nothing but very positive things about the services I received from the team at the marina. From the amazing Dr Haytham though to the great Physio team led by Mohammed Abdul Nawax. My condition was dealt with quickly and with the maximum amount of care.

I did my physiotherapy sessions at Medcare Marina. The service and doctors are excellent, especially Dr. Sana.
She accompanied me throughout my sessions, always a good listener, very professional and super kind.
I'm sure she'll have a bright future.

While the doctor which treated me is caring and professional, the medical facility itself is a complete scam.

They promised a test result within 3 days and the a week later, they told me it would take another 2-3 weeks. At which point the result is useless for me.

After several phone calls of refusing the refund, they finally agreed to cancel the pending test and issue a refund. A timeline of "about a week" was given to me. It has now been another 2 weeks and I have not received any refund or been contacted from them in any way.

They've also stopped responding to my emails for an update. There is no direct phone contact to them and it just goes to a shared call center which will promise a "callback from a nurse" but never happens.

So I paid 400 for a non-existent test which was first delayed, then cancelled at the end and I will not get any money back. In other words, this clinic has defrauded me out of 400 AED.

EDIT: I’ve sent the email as requested and it bounces as non-existent undeliverable address. I guess it’s just another scam from you as a publicity stunt without any intention to actually fix things.

I would like to share my personal experience that can be worst experience for a pregnant woman to have with a recently joined to Medcare gynecologist Tetyana Palamarchuk. I would never consider going to a doctor who has no local reviews as well as no reputation but unfortunately that time my regular gynecologist was on vacation and since I found out that I am pregnant, I should have visited the gynecologist for a basic check-up.
At the appointment with Tetyana I didn't find her trustworthy however I came only for ultrasound and blood test for BHCG so it didn't matter much as I wasn't planning to continue with her anyways. The following day after the appointment, the doctor called me to say that something is wrong and I have to come to the clinic right away - I requested her to provide the key details for me to decide whether the matter is important or can be discussed via phone so she directly jumped to the statement that I have molar pregnancy based on the blood test result due to the high level of BHCG. Obviously I got scared, called my husband and we went to Medcare Marina branch immediately. During the follow-up appointment Tetyana was convincing us that this is undoubtfully the case of molar pregnancy, showing us the references from Google (so professional, isn't it?) and saying that we should perform abortion and chemotherapy but just to make sure proceed to better quality ultrasound before proceeding with pregnancy termination (highlighting that this will be the outcome anyways). At the end she apologized for bringing bad news to us as if the diagnosis was confirmed.
What I'd like to say here:
- first of all, a very unprofessional attitude of the doctor and bad decision making can lead to mistakes that can seriously affect patients (by the way we have referred to another hospital to perform all the necessary tests and ultrasounds and everything is great, no sign of anomaly there as stated by Tetyana) ;
- secondly, soft skills of the doctor should be improved - the way that she communicates such information is absolutely unethical especially considering that there was no factual confirmation of the diagnosis and she must not convince the patient about something that isn't proven;
- thirdly, I'd like to highlight my personal experience with Tetyana Palamarchuk to the higher management - I demand a personal call back on the situation and the meeting with the manager of the branch, and since this doctor has only recently joined to Medcare - maybe it's not too late to re-consider her employment as she can harm the patients instead of helping them.
I used to be the patient of Medcare for nearly a year but this horrible encounter with Tetyana Palamarchuk makes me consider moving my records out of this facility unless the action against this "doctor" is taken.

Dr. Volha Shauchuk is an outstanding gynecologist who exceeded my expectations in every way. Her ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and compassion, coupled with her extensive knowledge in the field, made my experience truly exceptional. Dr. Volha’s personalized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to holistic care set her apart. I felt heard, valued, and supported throughout my treatment of my cervical issues. I highly recommend Dr. Volha to anyone seeking top-notch gynecological care.

I have been visiting MedCare for almost 10 years now with all my family members. Recently your services are way worst than it can be described in words. And to make the situation be worst I was trying to login to the portal to export my report, which is BTW takes forever, I wasn't able to do so until I visit one of the branches! I don't think I'll ever use your services again.

I want to express my special gratitude to Dr. Volha Shauchuk, who conducted my pregnancy and took delivery! I had a difficult period in my life when I lost an unborn child, so I turned to Dr. Volha for help, and she immediately took control of me. She operated successfully, without negative consequences, and thanks to her gram treatment, I got pregnant and carried the baby. I was ready to fly to another continent for such a doctor! I have a second child and have a huge experience in the approaches of doctors, I can assure you that Volha's professionalism cannot be disputed! I want to share my experience with this sympathetic, kind, caring person and appreciate her great work, patience, literacy, professionalism, and wonderful hands! Volha gave me a beautiful daughter, whom I have dreamed of for many years.

Good neighborhood care! Very convenient, great doctors like Dr Haitham make this a great clinic.

I am very happy with the care we receive for my 2 boys, a toddler and a 2 months old baby, from Dr. Polixenia - our pediatrician. She is thorough, dedicated, attentive, gentle and gifted as kids are very calm around her. When we do vaccines she insists on doing it herself and has a gentle hand that makes the kids calm and content quickly after. I cannot recommend her enough

Don't come here for PCr, they are trying to collect a lot of date through a cheap website, they say the data is required by DHA which is wrong, you are not required to fill anything that is not on Emirates ID and address.

Wonderful service. Dr Haytham took great care of me and went above and beyond when it came to checking up on me and my knee. Highly recommended.

Dr Haytham is great Doctor, very detailed follow up on my knee injections. I even did not stop my cycling between the two injection, with no pain.

I really appreciate the efficiency of their tele consultancy services. Use the ap to dial a doctor and even the meds can be arranged to be delivered quite quickly.

It was first time first visit and staff assist me a lot for registration because my english and specialy mister Ahmad laalo the receptionist.

Admin and Support Staff are very slow. Nurses are not doing their job. Patient is struggling during whole interaction.

Whole of Medcare from the staff to doctors (except for a few), call centre and management have no professionalism whatsoever. Charged my wife fees when Dr Azhar Khan said 'not my speciality' and wrote a prescription even when my wife said she did not want it. Complaints go no where, staff make promises and back track on them. Staff manager at Medcare Marina Subasher (?) hang up on you abruptedly. Takes aaaages to go through the phone support and get someone from the clinic to call you back. Unfortunately nothing you can do except to avoid and go elsewhere.

Travellers do not go here - we have missed our flight as we do not received our Covid results on time - they say 10h-12h Covid test results but this is a lie - no answer on the phone, no help / go somewhere else!

Always a pleasure experience visiting Dr Hytham for muscle or bone wear and tear. Highly recommended for his expertise.

I am getting treatment from Dr Mohammad Abdul Nawaz, and very happy about his professionalism and sincerity. I totally recommend him to anyone looking for best treatment.

Very poor patient handling and incompetent staff. Someone needs to visit A class hospital and improve the patient journey, a complete overhaul is needed.

Although I’ve read some complaints about the timeliness of the PCR test, ours arrived within 6 hours and we didn’t face much of a wait at all when doing the test. Guess that the bottom line is that there is some luck involved as to how quickly you get the outcomes but no reason to assume you will not hear back within the promised 36 hours window.

Do not use for PCR tests! You will miss your flight. Horrendous service and unable to reach via telephone.

Me and my wife paid 300AED to take rapid PCR tests in the morning with the promise of 10-12 hour results. The results took nearly 24 hours to receive.

Only got the results the following day after a friend queued and waited for an hour to get the copies in person when we were already at the airport!

We would have missed our flight if it wasn't for our friend.

The worrrrrsst customer service. They don’t care about your health, just wanna charge you for stuff.
Tried asking the representative there for clarification on my results and he started raising his voice and being rude. Definitely wouldn’t advice anyone to go there

My husband met with forearm fracture (both bone fracture) and consulted Dr. Haytham. I have been amazed by his deep knowledge and down to earth nature. Doc have explained the situation to us very well and provided the best ever treatment with extreme perfection. Most of all, the doc have great sense of urgency and acted immediately upon the treatment plan to reduce pain. To be honest, Doctors across Countries fail to understand the patients pain in first consultation and take time to devise the treatment plan. I would say, he have super natural powers to evacuate pain in the air.

Most of all the Doc is extremely humble and serves above and beyond imagination. Unfortunately, the surgery turned into a complex one, however Doc have been patient and expert to make 4 hrs surgery successful.

Dr. Mohammed Abdul Nawaz is great specialist who cares about patient! He is easy to talk, and explained all my questions. Before coming to the clinic I had pain in my hips. I couldn’t even walk for long. Luckily I am fine now. Also, he take care of all insurance stuff. Sincerely recommend him!

PLZ AVOID. Doctors are fine but the front desk, specially a guy called Ahmed, is rude and unprofessional to the lowest degree. The clinic has no respect for patients. They are shameless.

Worst experience at Medcare, marina branch. This is the second time of their misbehaviour. They don’t know how to talk to their customers, they are so rude and have no manner. Even after misbehaving they don’t even have the courtesy to apologise. On the top of that, the person was arguing with me. In no hospitals I have seen such behaviour, disrespectful and making fun of the customer. Worst experience ever. This hospital because of their bunch of illiterate staff don’t even deserve a star.

Booked an appointment with Doctor Ayah: Still took 1 hour to see a general doctor for a throat infection. The receptionist (male) was possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He wasn't rude to me, but he was actually horrible to the female staff and female patient who arrived after me.
When I got seen I literally had no idea what was happening when the doctor walked out the door and I was left with 4 random nurses testing and prescribing me. I left actually not knowing what my diagnosis was, only a prescription.
Won't ever go back.

Everyone at the clinic is so kind and helpful right from Dr. Hytham to the physiotherapist and all the other staff. This clinic is definitely my comfort place

Dr. Haytham is very friendly and dedicated to his patients. I visited on two different occasions and he has been very helpful putting me at ease if there’s nothing serious to worry saving his patients the anxiety. Very professional and reliable.

I have been coming to this clinic for several months and the kindness received by all the staff and especially by Dr. Nawaz (physiotherapy and rehabilitation) is very pleasant, close and very professional. Dr Mohamed Nawaz is a great dr he helped me recover from 2 carpel tunnel surgeries in both hands. He is also a really nice always smiling and helpful.

Best experience so far. Ive seen three Doctors here on this Branch. Dr. Sherif, Dr. Nawaz and Dr. Jacob. All were very professional and pleasant to talk to.

Terrible.
Doctor was not helpful at all, and suggested all the tests under the sun to make money. That’s all they care about. Could not be bothered to even call or schedule a follow up to get the results.
When I went back because I still had pain, I went back and they charged me again for another appointment.
Avoid this place at all costs, Mediclinic is another world compared to mednet.

I had a really bad experience with the doctor Lininda Alhajwan, dermatologist. She didn't even properly examined my symptom (literally I was in for less than 5 minutes and she didn't even actually look into it - she flashed when pull my clothes down) and asked me if I have a pet, and determined it is a ringworm. The symptom didn't go away and spread even more after 10 days with the cream/med she prescribed, I went to the other doctor and it was pityriasis rosea. Took a new med and cream, I can already see the different after 1 day. The other doctor properly examined my herald patch, my back, and my leg, and did a blood test.
I don't feel this is the type of professionalism I expect from any doctor. She was not friendly or helpful but that was fine as long as she got the symptom correct. But she did not and I feel very disappointed about the quality of the consultation. Especially when Medcare promotes itself as a "premium health care" solution and charges 400 AED (I paid 75 AED as a 20% co-payment) for 5 minutes consultation. The doctor did more harm than good as I was wasting 10 days putting wrong cream/taking wrong med and it was getting worse. I would never go back and I don't think anybody should, especially for the skin disease.

Medcare Marina has very good doctors and they treat you well, I did Physiotherapy with Dr. Mohammed with excellent results and very professional.

Dr Mohammad nawaz the physiotherapist is so professional he treated me from an injury in my neck, I recommend him to my mother and my brother. He’s so trustworthy and gives the patent his full attention

Very pleasant experience. Dr. Nawaz is a great physiotherapist and he goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy and comfortable. His methods help very well in recovery and he gives great advice on long term recovery. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is easily accessible by metro and parking is free for the duration of the session. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

One of the doctors I really appreciate his decency and professionalism is dr. Nawaz. I’ve been taking sessions with him for a while now and each time I meet him I could see how far he cares about his patients.

Medcare Marina is a hospital in very convenient location and nice doctors and nurses. Recently I had good few Physio session from Dr Nawaz and helped me to recover from very painful and stiff muscles. Also nurse are very friendly and supportive. Medcare Marina, they will really looks after you well.

Exceptional & very fast service at this branch, all the staff and doctors are very kind, attentive & helpful with a flair for providing best care. Have been treated by Dr. Mohammed Nawaz (Physiotherapist) & Dr. Sreekantha Reddy (Gastroenterologist) who have offered best advice & treatment in a very precise & utmost professional way. Really appreciate their services.

From the moment you walk through the door, you know that you will be in good hands. The reception team are courteous and always willing to assist in a professional manner. My treatment for a broken bone by Dr. Nawas has been exceptional and the treatment plan I have had is extremely thorough. Definitely recommended!

Good experience with PT Dr. Mohammed who always has that jolly smile for his patients. Patient in answering questions and flexible on last minute scheduling changes. Not a lot of good experience with MedCare but this branch was easy and a relaxing space.
