Horrable experience! My husband went to Dr Ashish Porwal for his diabetic assessment. He did not even do the immediate pp test to chk whether he is eligible for HBa1c test but gave that test and also other tests for next day morning empty stomach. Nurse informed my husband that they will call him at 9.15 am morning then he shd arrive at the clinic however till 12.30pm they did not call and then my husband went to the clinic to chk then they said thy forgot to call.a person waiting at home but no response from nurse. Moreover they got sanction for other tests but not HBa1c from insurance which was oblivious bcoz he did not have any past history of sugar.he had to pay from his pocket for that test. However if they would have submitted pp test result day before then HBa1c would have bern approved by the insurance. The clinic does not have or the doctor basic idea of that. Now its 3 days gone my husband is still waiting for his sugar fasting, cholesterol and Hba1c report.called up clinic many times.response is we are sending… such a bad clinic and bad doctor.dont bother abt their patient’s health condition.

Excellent experience with Dr Elahe Goudarzi. We went there with our 4 year old in an emergency situation. Dr Elahe handled him with immense patience and calmed our boy down and did the procedure with utmost care. I recommend her very very highly.

I approached Dr Elahe for Pain in tooth and bleeding in gums. After thorough investigation she advised me to extract one tooth and go for bridge in that gap (bridge with three tooths). After the said procedure I had amazing results with her treatment in a short time. In addition Dr was also able to make my teeth cleaned and white after scaling. I am Very satisfied with her treatment and best results. I can confirm the the bridge what she made is really perfect and not able to find any difference between artificial and original tooth.

I had a great experience at the Al Barsha Medcare. I was under treatment from Dr Haytham for knee pain. He patiently explained the process and sorted it out completely. He has this amazing usg device and he showed me the problem areas. He gave me an injection but it was pretty painless. The albarsha clinic is bigger and nicer and I love th staff there. Thank you.

I approached Dr Elahe for a general checkup and with regards to sensitivity with my teeth. I had amazing results with her treatment in a short amount of time. In addition Dr was also able to make my teeth whiter just upon cleaning. Very satisfied.

I would give it a five star comfortably. The place is very well managed, neat and clean. It is located in the Trio Building on Barsha First Street right next to Grandiose Supermarket. Recently few weeks back they have started valet parking service as well. There is sufficient RTA parking as well on both sides of the medical centre. It is recommended to visit with prior appointment. The Aster Pharmacy located on the next door will be helpful for medicine needs.

I consulted Dr. Haytham for my frozen shoulder. I had severe pain and immobility. He advised me physiotherapy and one dose steroid injection. It worked really amazing and I am perfectly fine now. Thanks to Dr. Haytham and physiotherapist Divya.

Worse experience of my life! Took RT PCR test at Al Barsha 1 Medcare Centre and I paid using cash. I paid 500 aed and unfortunately I was not aware the cashier gave me counterfeit money as change! It was later in the afternoon when I went Grocery shopping that I got alarmed for using counterfeit money! They took me to the police station for questioning and they even put handcuffs on me like I'm some sort of criminal! Curse that Indian guy at the cashier who gave me the fake money! It was him that should have been jailed and not me!

If you want to get your pcr test result much faster go to ASTER. I did my pcr here in Medcare for the first time and was disappointed. Aster is more faster.

Worst place to do PCR test. I went there to get the test on 25/12/2021 at 6: 25pm and I didn’t get my results still. I had to call many times to follow up. I lost 2 days of work waiting for the results and still nothing. After almost 2 days of waiting they called to inform me there’s been a delay due to the volume of people doing the test which is very ridiculous. If you value your time don’t come here. You’ll only get disappointed and frustrated.

I booked an appointment for a PCR test from their website and I received a heads up message prior to my visit. I booked my appointment at 10: 30 to and the receptionist assisted me. If you’re going to have your PCR test, they will ask you to fill out a form digitally so ask for the wifi pw or use your own data if you have. It took me around 15 minutes for my PCR appointment and I received the my PCR results within 10 hours. The clinic is clean and has a lot of social distancing guidelines.

Worst clinic and service i've ever seen. Really bad customer service, long queue and only 1 receptionist. I suggested to have another receptionist to speed up process, and i hear response "if you don't like it, you can go to another clinic". Really? It took 30 min after i've submitted my ID to do the swab test. If you value your time, never visit this clinic.

Dr Haytham is so professional and friendly. It’s a Dr that you can totally trust (which sometimes it’s hard to find in Dubai as some Drs just ask you to have a lot of tests done to spend more money).

I would definitely recommend visiting Medcare- Al Barsha. I visited Medcare Al Barsha for knee issue. Met Dr. Haytam for the same. He is very good. He listens, shows great care and patience. His treatment and advices are very effective. My knee is so much better now.
I also underwent physio on his advice. The physiotherapist Dr. Divyasree is also very good. She is understanding and ensures your comfortable during the sessions.
Dr. Shaza (family medicine) is also very good. The nurses and the front desk staff are also courteous and helpful at this clinic.

I have been having my diabetic treatment at Medcare Barsha with Dr. Suha Al Hetary. She has been very helpful in keeping my diabetes in control not only by prescribing the most effective medication but also giving lifestyle advise. Thank you Dr. Suha for your professional and personal care.

One of the worst medcare branches! Tried it twice as it’s just next to my house but won’t do it again

I did my covid pcr test here. No queue, just make an appointment online. I received the result in 13 hours.

Great service. Fast and effective. Got checked for what was needed. Doctors and nurses very friendly and does their job well

Good place no rush, I did the Covid test there, It took me 20 min only for the whole process and the result came on one day, The charge is AED150

They have the worst admin services when compared to all other MedCare branches. I had to wait 40 minutes just for a prescription and still after that there was an error in it. If you have the option to go to any other branch / hospital that would be best!

The most worst service i ever seen, the result of Covid-19 will take more than 72hours to receive very unprofessional very bad service and very bad experience

I HV been calling them multiple time for my PCR test results but I haven't received any response yet.the helpline number wait is never ending, even after 15 mins of wait no one answers the call. I was told that I will receive my PCR test result with in 24 hrs but haven't received my report.

Worst Centre

Me and my colleague went to this centre for covid test on 18th January 2021. They asked 150 AED per person for the test and finished within 10 minutes for both.
Today (19th January 2021) after receiving sms result on mobile I went to same centre to collect the report.
I reached by 7: 00 pm and receptionist said to wait till they call.
I spent 15 minutes by waiting there and approached receptionist to ask why it’s taking too much time. She replied that she can’t say any time when they will be able to print the report and asked me to wait till 8 pm.

What is this!

To do report 10 minutes and to get the report 1 hour!

Very bad experience in such one of the biggest group like medcare. Covid test results in many other private facilities in Dubai take less than 12 hours. Even in Aster which is under the same umbrella group of Medcare, covid result takes less than 24 hours. I'm wondering why in medcare barsha it takes minimum 48 hours (as per them)!

Worst clinic in Dubai. Booked an appointment for my father (86 years old) for covid 19 test as he was travelling, we were advised on the phone that it will take 24 hours to receive the result or maximum 48 hours. Went before the appointment by 15 minutes, the receptionist was like, if he is travelling we can’t gaurantee the result in 48 hours, I told her but we were told on the phone the the result will be in 24 hours and maximum 48 hours, she said I know but it might not be ready in 48 hours, do you want to take the risk or leave, I told her that we will make the test then she was like but you have to wait for around 20 minutes, I told her we have an appointment so she replied, also the people before you have an appointment. After waiting for around 30 minutes, my father did the test and she charged us 150 aed and didn’t give any receipt, I told her where is my receipt she said if you want it you will have to wait again as I have the switch the system. And it wasn’t only us, everyone coming in the clinic, she was trying hardly to make them leave, try to send him to another clinic or hospital, worst service ever. After Medcare replied to this review, I emailed them on the email they advised, I got a non delivery receipt as the email they advised, only receives emails from certain email addresses and not anyone can email them. Even when they tried to show that they care for their customers, it was a fake. Truly disappointing.
