The fact that we were visiting Dubai for a couple of days was frustrating to look for a doctor. This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint us.

The waiting time was not long. The pediatric was very nice to my daughters and gentle through the whole process and made her feel safe and comfortable to proceed with the check up. She also took all her time and gave us all the time needed to inquire about all the details we needed to know.

What I like about Doctor Arianna Huerta is that she always makes time to thoroughly explain the reasons behind the medications that is prescribing to our daughter. And I like that she explains the possible reasons behind any infection or virus that our daughter may have. I always feel safe in her hands.

As a concerned father, I recently had the privilege of bringing my sick son to Medcare Paediatric Speciality Centre, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Anees and his staff. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and compassion, immediately putting our worries at ease. First, I live far away, heard about a good pediatrician, and got an appointment at 4: 30. The shock when I got to the hospital was that there was no system or arrangement. The worst hospital, waiting time for a doctor is a lot

Unorganized, overcrowded, unskillful queue management.
One of the worst places you would ever visit specially if it is a weekend.
It doesn’t matter if u came on time or no; You are going to wait my friend.
And when you wait you won’t find a coffee machine or water, kids entertainment was not functioning.

Please avoid if u can.

Dr. Arianna Huerta Martinez's knowledge and support are exceptional. As the mother of three children, I am relieved that we have found a paediatrician who takes the time to listen, conducts a thorough auscultation,  explains the diagnosis and treatment plan. She offers a safe space for asking questions and receiving clear responses. She welcomes the children with genuine warmth and consideration. Her follow-up exceeds all expectations. At some point, we had to go to the emergency room, and she was helpful. As a mother of three, I rarely write reviews, but it was such a relief to find an expert with such a big heart that I felt compelled to express my gratitude. The fact that she is fluent in several languages (Spanish, French, and I believe German) is the icing on the cake. Thank you Dr Arianna.

It is great clinic and the Doctors/staff are good, we have been bringing our kids to them for around 10 years now.
This one star is for the waiting time, as even though we had taken an appointment we had to wait for more than 47 minutes before getting called to be seen by the doctor. Honestly we understand a delay of around 15-20 minutes however this much delay is unacceptable for a Premium Clinic Brand for patients who have booked an appointment.

Dr. Lubab Jassim is very kind and professional with optimal attention to details. She genuinely cares about the little ones.

We came to Medcare for the monthly checkup of our son with Dr. Wafaa Faysal whose beyond professional. We waited for more then 45 mins and after checking with the nurse about the timings she informed us that 3 more patients have to see the doctor before us. Completely unprofessional when it comes to appointments. It ended up us leaving without seeing the doctor. Being there is just a waste of time. Worst experience ever!

I took my daughter to Dr Lubab (dentist). My daughter is 3 and was scared and refused to do the procedure and the doctor didn't know how to deal with her and suggested that she should treat her cavities under general anesthesia.

طبيبة اسنان الأطفال الدكتورة لباب جاسم محمد. جدا ممتازة بنتي عمرها خمس سنوات وكان فيها السوس وصل للعصب. عالجتها بدون ما بنتي تحس بأي الم. وطبيعي الأطفال بعد اول جلسة علاج اسنان يكون فيهم رهاب علاج الاسنان. لكن الدكتورة لباب من خفه يدها بنتي تسالني متى الموعد الثاني لعلاج السن الثاني الملتهب. والله ولا حتى صاحت ولا طلع من عينها دمعة. دكتورة خبرتها جدا واسعة مو من الدكاترة الي خلف اموالك. بنتي الثانية من كثر الحلويات تسوست اسنانها الاماميه. والدكتورة بعد الفحص قالت ما تحتاج لاي شي حاليا خلوها مثل ما هي. لو حد غيرها بيقول لازم نعالجها ونحط حشو تجميلية للاسنان الامامية نغطي فيها الشكل السي. انصح انصح انصح في هذي الدكتورة المتميزة

Worst experience ever. The nurse called me to ask us to come for our appointment earlier as our son was the last patient for Dr Hisham. We woke him up earlier from his nap & went for the appointment only to wait and wait and wait.our son started crying from being bored which didn't surprise me. I went to the reception to ask why in fact they've called me and asked me to come earlier when we actually have to wait for so long now. Their replied was that the Dr took 2 walk in patients before us so now we have to wait. I just wonder why nobody bothered to call us again to inform not to be in a hurry because they took other patients? ! Very frustrating & disappointing customer care. Obviously that was the end, we left and will not come back to a place where nobody cares about the patients (especially the little ones) only to suits the hospital schedule.

Dr Vivek Mundada is A great doctor with great experience in addition to his humble personality and his elegant style in dealing with patients and their families. He has patience and the ability to explain in a simplified manner in line with all social levels.

I went to see the pediatric doctor for my daughter after lots of noise about it. But to my surprise no one cares if the kids are in critical condition. After her PCR results showed positive and fever wasnt subsiding, I Called the hospital twice to speak to the doctor attended by the call centre person massage was conveyed but no one was bothered to call back!
I am here in dubai since last 13 years and never experienced such pathetic service from any hospital till now!
I wish i could give minus rating!

My kids have been seeing Dr Syed Mohammad Anees at Medcare Pediatric Clinic for the past 12 years. Dr Anees is the best pediatric doctor one can find in Dubai. His diagnosis is great. He is a great human being who is always there for his patients and truly cares about them. He has gone out of his way to provide guidance to us even when we were out of the country travelling. Overall I will give 5 stars to my experience with him all these years.

The hospital is good. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY COVID TEST ON TIME and had to spend money for another test. I can not recommend.

I was assuming that paediatric specialist should take care of kids and be patient for them especially a dentist.
I was very disapointed from doctor loubab, who do not have the experience in dealing with kids.

My daughter had a tooth root canal problem but seems doctor do not meet the minimum criteris to deal with kids 5 years old to convince her open her mouth at least.

I do not recommend her for any of your kids.

They ran out of second dose of Flue vaccine. All we wanted to know was the brand name of vaccine so we can get it elsewhere. We did not get our promised call back neither reply over email even after escalating complaints.

My daughter undergone an ultrasound, stool and urine test. I waited for 2 weeks but nobody bother to contact and update us. I called their customer service hotline 3x but after 3 weeks I still did not receive any feedback. Nobody is answering their landline as well. What very bad service. Never again and will never refer anyone to this clinic.

This is the worst place to take your child to for a Covid19 test. Please avoid. They said we would get the results of the tests within 24/48 hours, which did not happen. Our children’s respective schools and the parents are all under stress as well as our colleagues in the companies we (parents) work for, and Medcare and its staff (who We found unqualified to handle such issues) did not seem to care. We have been calling them for many hours to enquire about the test results and we have not been given any straight answers so far, in fact in many occasions they hung up on us because they had no clue! Please be careful who you choose before taking your children to take a covid19 test as you may well end up stuck at home for a long time hoping that medcare will be able to answer your question. Because once you declare you took a covid19 test you are not entitled to leave your home before the test results are out (negative). God bless you all.

Highly recommended Pediatric Clinic! All the Nurses and Doctors are very friendly and warm to the kids. I brought my child this morning to the clinic and I appreciate how professional they are from the Reception until seeing the Doctor and until blood extraction. They 100% know how to deal with kids. Best and friendliest clinic I could ever imagine!

The new location is convenient. The clinic is nice and spacious, and the doctors are the same, so we were attended to with the usual courtesy and professionalism. We liked the new layout a lot.

Unfortunately 90% of the time we come here we never get our appointment on time. There is always a delay. What is the point of an appointment?
