Good hospital and good service. All doctors nurses each staffs are very good and cooperative. Dr. Dildar is very supportive and good caring. Nurses Ameen also nice and supportive. I delivered my second baby in Medeor. Great doctors especially dr. Elizabeth and her team. They maximum tried their best to do my delivery naturally without inducing even though we got approval for it. Amazing nurses like sis Ebony, Anju and so many others … Dr. Kalyan took care of my newborn really well. Also, Nicu nurses were so helpful! Totally satisfied

I delivered my baby in medeor Dubai. Dr. Anu Bansal (Gynec) is my strongest pillar of support. My delivery was a prolonged and a challenging one but I was not pressurized or rushed to deliver soon. Dr. Anu Bansal mam, Duty doctors and labor ward nurses Miss. Yebonia jayakodi, Miss. Ramya, Miss. Reshmi, Miss. Prathida were very very supportive and very kind throughout. A very Special Thanks to Miss. Yebonia jayakodi (Labor and Delivery nurse) for being so calm, positive and guiding me every step throughout delivery. I truly believe that I delivered vaginally only because of the guidance and support of Dr. Anu Bansal Mam. She was just a text away for 24/7 through out pregnancy and her presence in Delivery room at the time of labor in the middle of night was really appreciable. Forever grateful to her.

Dr. Kalyan sir took a great care of baby. Explained everything bit by bit. I truly believe my baby is on safe hands. NICU nurse Miss. Ashwathy bindu helped me with the first feed soon after delivery which was such a surreal experience. NICU nurses Miss. Aruna, Miss. Jeeva supported a lot with breastfeeding. Heart felt thanks to each and everyone including cleaning staffs and cafeteria staffs.

I was admitted for cough, cold and infection. I'm happy with the treatment given by my doctors Dr. Hafsa and Dr. Saheer. They acted fast and got all necessary tests done on time for me. Dr. Saheer monitored closely and was very helpful full time. I have been able to recover faster and feel better now.thanks to him. Shout out to the nurses as well who accommodated all requests and took such a good care of me.

Special thanks to Nursing staff Ms. Rose Mary.she given a great support during my first consultation and follow-up checkups. She explained everything including diet plan, surgery preparations etc to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Service is the key of this hospital. Excellent service given to my mother. Every care was being taken pre and post surgery for her. Was admitted for severe abdominal pain and high fever. The emergency team was swift and attended quickly. Inpatient room was very adequate and all medical facilities were provided.

Dr. Kishore is very good and excellent in his service. He done the Functional Endoscopic Surgery for me and I am very happy.

I had an excellent experience from the day I started visiting Medeor hospital since my pregnancy have started. My doctor was Dr Preeti Tandon, she is an amazing doctor with gud experience and have tried to give me all kind of comfort.she tried her best to do a normal delivery till last moment, but due to complication I had to go through C Section delivery and Dr Preeti have operated so nicely due to which I'm recovering very fast. I would highly recommend to choose Dr Preeti Tandon. Along with doctor all nurses and staff was very cooperative. Thanks to Medeor for giving such good service.

I have visited the Medeor orthopedic department for my neck and shoulder problems for which I have seen many doctors and therapists previously with not much results. But in Medeor, Dr Manjunatha and physiotherapist Mr Faisal Sherwani has helped me a lot. My pain level has reduced considerably with short period of time. The physiotherapy department is excellent and I would recommend for anyone looking for good patient care and pain management.

I was treated under Dr. Dildar Hussain. Hospital management and faculties were really friendly. Regular cordination with myself from the day one when i got my appointment.

Dr. Kishore Chandra Prasad is one of the best ENT AND HEAD AND NECK SURGEON I have ever met. His accuracy in diagnosis and treatment of the disease is par excellence. So perfect, accurate and so professional. His surgical skills are so clean, precise and perfect. This is with my personal experience what I have seen and experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Kishore for any problems in head and neck region. He can treat any type of cases which even so called renowned doctors cannot treat. He is the best.

I recently visited Medour Bur Dubai Branch to meet Dr. Dhaval (Orthopedic) since I was facing worst knee pain for quite a long time. Also had some swelling on my toe. The treatment I received from Dr. Dhaval was the best.

Very humble personality. I have been following him since his previous clinic as had leg injury due to accident. Although it was a bit hectic for me since I stay far, but it was worth.

The pain just vanished after I had the first dose as I was not able to sleep due to the extreme pain I had.

I had a stomach surgery to repair previous damage from a USA hospital. My care was very good and the staff was helpful. Dr. J S Rajkumar was a good surgery. The nursing staff was good but I found not as attentive as another hospital in Thailand. But Medeor Hospital is far better than any hospital experience I've had in the USA.

I would love to say thank you for your help, advice and support and especially for your understanding on my problems. I found your service & efforts excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending you to my family and friends if they ever require physiotherapy.

It's been more then a year when I started feeling alive as I was suffering badly with breathing issues and visited few doctors without results, I was referred to Dr. Saheer pulmenologist by my Dermatologist Dr. Venkataraman since Dr. Saheer started my treatment I never faced breathing problem, moreover very few doctor are so caring and helping towards their patients, highly recommended by me Pravina and his his staff too, Thank you Dr for being always there for me you are my biggest support system in my health crisis time

I visited Medeor for the first time and was pleased with the way the hospital staff guided me all throughout. The registration and other formalities were done very quick. I consulted with Dr. Jamuna Raghuraman for my three year old daughter and I felt I was in safe hands. She listened to me patiently, diagnosed the issues and explained everything very clearly. My daughter felt pleasantly comfortable with her. She also provided me with an online prescription for an issue that I had forgotten when I met her in person. Dr. Jamuna had provided tele consultation to my husband's colleague's daughter when she had covid symptoms. That is how we got to know her. I am thankful that I have a trusted and experienced paediatrician to consult with for all my daughter's health related issues.

I also had an appointment with Dr. Seejo George, for my nose problem, the very same day with just an hour gap. Again, there was very little waiting time in both cases and I felt comfortable. The pharmacy staff also provided me with the respective medicines and did not make me wait much long. Overall, I am pleased with the hospital staff, the doctors and their services, overall. Extremely disappointing service. Medeor which is supposed to be premium hospital with premium services has been disappointing with their services from last 2~3 occasions. Doctor's consultation hardly takes few minutes but at their in-house pharmacy they take minimum of an hour or sometimes even an hour n half.n most of the times they put the blame on insurance providers while the reality is they 5 counters n only 2 or 3 functions at a time.further off late observed that a.for some of the medications they simply say it's not covered with insurance without even trying for it.n the simple example to this is when customer themselves call service providers they insurers approves it.but to them they claim.insurance provider have rejected it.so there can be 2 things - either doctors knowingly writing a medication which is not covered or the pharmacy not getting it approved n charging customers.so it seems Medeor is just money making machine n doesn't bother about their customers at all.
