They are working really hard

This is near the Chinese court inside the mall besides DEWA and other government service centers. They charge additional Dhs 110 for normal ie 2 business day results or Dhs 300+ for same day result besides the Govt charges already paid.

They give you a token and when your number comes you go the counter and pay for the service. You should carry a copy of your medical letter and payment receipt. They didn't ask for the passport. Once the payment is done Xray and blood draw was done in another 10 min.

The most friendly staff I have seen in Dubai, very polite and helpful. Busy or not, the team manages to stay positive and solve all inquiries with a smile on their faces. Thank you and well done to the Manager, he built a strong team, bless them.

The best medical centre ever, Mr Mark at the reception was so nice, everything was real fast and easy.

Ridiculous behaviour by the staff. 2 days in a row we have been denied entry. On the website it says open till 7.30pm. We were denied at 7pm and 6.30pm. When we tried to speak to them they just hung up rudely and spoke badly with our maid.

Was a very unpleasant experience. The men at front desk openly mockingly discussed my appearance & how I didn’t look like my picture (because I wasn’t wearing makeup). They spoke in Arabic because they were fully convinced I don’t speak the language. I’ve lived in Dubai for 20 years, I speak Arabic fluently. Very unprofessional. Absolutely upsetting…

I visited medical center. Local arabic guys there are very very co operative and talk very politely. Much satisfied from the service.

The staff at the center are friendly, courteous and prompt. The only thing that’s not good is the way the medical examiner takes blood samples / medical test. Three weeks ago I got my blood sample taken and it was extremely painful. At first I thought it was probably my stiff arms or something else because a lot of blood came out and it left a bigger bruise / swelling than I’ve had before in my entire life. This week I had to take my wife for her blood test and she experienced the same. It did not hurt her perhaps the same way but for the first time ever, she observed a lot of bleeding afterwards and a big bump / bruise / swelling in the same area. We haven’t experienced anything like it before, in any clinic. I would not recommend this center for this one reason alone.

Good Quality service all the time. Staff is always ready to support and help. They have full coordination among each other. Samrat and his team deserve the five stars for their excellent work.

Extremely poor service. Tokens are not served in the sequence, priority is given to customers that have completed typing already. Had to wait more than 1.5 hours and left without using the service. Don’t use Medical Test Centre at Ibn Battuta Mall if your application is not typed already.

Despite not many people fr9nt desk who issues tokens made us wait in queue for more than 30 minute s just to issue token for medicalntest which already applied for. Reasonless bottlenecks.

Ok so i have tried most examination centres particularly when applying or renewing residency. The staff in Battuta are the best, they are friendly, efficient and professional. The medical staff are engaging and fun you are not left waiting aimlessly wandering whats going on, they communciate which seems simple but is in my experience a novelty. The employee did not allow us to enter even before 30 minutes from the closing time, this is our 2nd time here
The 1st time we came here, we stand on long queue And when we reach the counter, they informed us that the system is not working, at least we were expect someone to inform us before we waited all that time,

It’s one of the worst experience we had ever!

One of the best centers for medical tests have been taking all my clients. The entire team is very helpful and professional. Deserves more than 5stars.

I would like to give them 5 stars. The service is great and fast. But I think they need a bigger space. They have a great team. Only one thing to be mentioned: they never never ever pick up the phone, so if you need to ask them about a small thing, you have to drive to them.

A huge thank you to the whole team for their welcome. The staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. The wait is very short and the service is very well organized. Everything is fluid from the entrance to the blood test.

It is rare to see a center so well managed, where everyone is so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I am delighted with my experience in this center!

Before you reach this place, please note:
1. To be patient and gentle to everyone including the staff. Others work and time is as important as ours.
2. Carry Cash with you.

Managed by highly efficient and patient people who are well experienced in managing crowds and priorities.

Sometimes it could get very crowded and since the center is very small where they have a blood extraction unit for testing and an X-Ray station.

There are limited waiting spaces inside the premises. There is a separate ladies waiting area.

During the Pandemic due to the limited seating the waiting visitors line creeps outside. But individual waiting time is very bearable.

Visitors are managed and prioritized very efficiently. There is no jumping the queue. However, if you opt for a priority service by paying a premium service charge, you will be walking/flying right to the front.

The nursing staff are extremely talented and skilled and the blood extraction was such a painless process.

Overall a great experience. A big thank you to reception staff and the nursing staff at this center.

Here you can make your medical exam- very quite and clean. 430 for normal service and 650 for express test. Highly recommend
Situated inside Ibn Battuta mall, take china court entrace or go to the left inside the mall once you exit the metro until you reach costa coffe, than turn left again.

Extra charge for faster result, but I did not get my results with 24 hours, it is already 4 days and I still did not get anything, and they not pick up the phone.

Note Emirates ID scanning ONLY AT AL YALAYIS DIP, THEY GIVE WRONG INFORMATION DON'T GO TO AL QUOZ OR AL BARSHA

They dont pick calls. What kind of operators they have. The phone keeps ringing n then they pick n put it off again. Dont they understand someone may desperately wanting to get some information. Otherwise the center itself is v clean n they maintain social distancing.

The place is good to get things done smoothly, but a bit more expensive than others (at least 130-150dhs more). The best part of our experience there was the very friendly, patient and accommodating receptionist (Filipino man). He treats everyone with the utmost respect, does his job well, and is an asset to their team! Thanks.

Worst experience ever! I haven't recieved my report on time! Moreover at 9: 15 on Subday. The phone automatic message says they are closed!

The place is for high end. They only have express/urgent medical reports for visa renewals. Though it is delivered in the same timeframe. So be cautious if you are on a budget for the visa renewal test

One of the best services I have ever come across, and all the credit goes to Ms Iram Khalid.
I was really stressed to bring my Parents for Medical during this time as the waiting queue are long. Ms Iram assured that the application will be taken care and my parents will not have to wait. It happened exactly the way she had explained. We reached and she saw my parents arrive and helped them to the waiting area and fast tracked the processes. Kudos to the Centre for having such an individual that extends her help and goes extra mile.

Very streamlined and organized process, I got my medical test sorted for the visa process incredibly easily.

2nd time here and thoroughly impressed with this Goverment service. Place is super clean and comfortable. The receptionist Iram Khalid was excellent, the service was fast and the information provided quite thorough. I received my results via email in just over a day's time. I will definitely advise everyone needing to do their medical test to come here. Centres like these help make the Government's vision for happiness a reality. Others can definitley take example from the way this center is run. Wifi is also available so that's a plus!

Very good examination center to process household medical test for visa. Very fast service ever. I was there on Thursday, there was no rush at all and it took only 10 min to finish.

They charge 110 AED extra but it is totally worth it. The best thing is the location inside Ibn battuta mall with a lot of parking spaces available.

Very poor and uninformed staff. I spent time while the clerk was entering the EID transaction to discover that he cannot actually receive the charges because they forgot to top up their bank account! Had to waste time (over two hours) in commuting and waiting, and leave without achieving anything.
