Medical Fitness Centre Al-Muhaisnah

The Salem centre is moved to another location, around 3.5 kms from this centre. 10 minutes drive from this loaction. Behind the grave yard. The service is exceptional. No rush and quick and fast service. The staff and security are super professional with high customer staisfaction ettiquettes.

The medical service moved to new place @ Salem centre sunapur. Experienced very bad service in new place, they need more then 2 hours to serve one person for blood collection. Staffs not cooperative

Few of the staff was really helpful but some of them are really Rude.

If you are looking for Medical Fitness Test for the UAE (DUBAI) visa and have a car, choose this center and drive late night this center is 24 Hours except for Friday prayer and Sunday Night. Very neat and clean and you are done with in 10 minutes.
If it is for a female person, be there before 10: 00 PM as the Lady Doctor will be there only till 22: 00 Hours.

It’s not open 24 hours. On Sunday I went there and I have been told that it will open only at 7: 00 AM. Please update your data. Waste of time and money.

First of all it doesn't provide services for 24 hours, it has working hours, also working days. Like Monday 10 AM to Thursday 12 AM (for ladies 10pm) then Saturday 10 AM to next Thursday 12 AM.

We were guided by P. R. O that they're working 24x7 which was absolutely wrong.
They should update on map but they're not doing it, despite everyone facing the same issue.

Disappointed with the service. Actually the staff were very rude and unprofessional especially the security staff. We were treated like animals. Inside the centre i felt like i am in a third world country. I hope that no one face this experience like we did.

Absolutely horrifying experience. They treat people like animals. DHA authorities might inspect this place once and they'll realize what I'm talking about.

The worst Medical Center I’ve been to. Their staff are very unprofessional and no manners at all. Nurses are very disrespectful and impolite. I remember I asked this nurse in room n# 6 about the reason why I had to do another tests after I did my initial medical test she just rolled her eyes on me and told me to wait for the results after 4-5 business days. So unprofessional.

Everything is good except the timing shown on internet. Sunday working hours starts from 07: 30 AM not 00: 00 as mentioned on their website. We went all the way from Sharjah when we reach there on Sunday at 00: 30 the security staff told us to come morning 07: 30 AM. Appreciate if some official can confirm the same.

I was very intimated by the fact that I have been called for follow up, I was unaware as to why was I called there but turns out it was just for a revision on my blood test, everyone was super nice from the guard at the gate upto the doctors inside, the guy handing out the tickets is a little rude but maybe he was having a bad day hence why 4 stars otherwise overall very professional place.

Today I went with my family as at mention on Saturday from 3pm to 11 pm I reached there around 10: 20pm security guard not allowed he said it’s closed I requested please I came very far there are so many people came for medical but not allowed why at mention closed this time it’s very bad service

So wiered place for ladies. The security/reception staffs were not friendly. They said 'not this place' without even asking what exactly we are looking for, I argued with them saying we got the message to visit the same block (7) then they let us to talk. The place has lots of mosquitos, there is no enough waiting area.

I went there for follow up up check up which was sputum test.they said the results will be 4 days but it has been 10 days no email for tthe results yet. So sad as it cost me alot going back there as my place was a bit far.

Excellent center for Dubai visa medical test. Need to go after typing with application number and passport.

There no rush after noon and direct entry (without queue) for ladies.

Staff is very supportive and helpful.

Why my medical no in the system before 16 days every time I calling no answer I gave payment not free 322Aed

We did follow up Medical last 7th February, the place is very crowded, we are waiting on queue, and then they said their system was down and we need to wait more.we waited for 3-4 hours before they fix the system, they are not giving priority on Senior Citizen and people with kids.the staff are not friendly.and they said the result will be sent to registered email after 4 days.its been more than 7 days now and we did not receive the result yet.

This is a very very busy place with very fast service. Thanks to the government for facilitating these privileges and considerations and it took only 10 to 20 minutes to complete the whole process. I was wondering how the token system was managed so efficiently. The main advantage is that, Medical Center operates 24hrs.

There is an ATM facility right outside, Cafeteria, restroom was also available both for females and males. Parking is available but during busy hours it's a challenge.

So many staffs are there to guide people. Coordination is wonderful. Bring your passport with you without fail. Typing center is available inside. Please avoid visiting on Saturday and Sunday.

This facility is mostly dedicated to the Labors who is living inside Sonapur camps. Families are better to visit Medical Centers in another locations. The staffs will quickly arrange wheelchair support if required.

Just for Info: for new Visa stamping, Blood test and X-Ray and for renew or company change, only blood test required.

The wedsite says its open 24 hours on friday, however the center was open untill 10pm only. Which made our trip not worth.

Old place but clean, labour type visitors, road Around are narrow, families are better to visit another locations, staff will arrange quickly wheelchair if you require and support, if you require doctors support better to visit during day time working hours

Been here 3 times and all three times the Staff and team are well cordinated and supportive to process everything fast and efficiently.
Completed the process in less than 15mins with moderate number of customers.

Yesterday i went and completed all procedure within 20min. All staff and security is coordinated well and processing faster.

In the website it is mentioned, operates from 12am Friday. Can anyone confirm that because I am planning to visit. Thank you

Too much puthatak place very bad very very bad experience. I have tested 96 hour ego but till now no report. Showing Follow up in process. But why?

Just coming back from this medical center without conducting medical as new days off and timing was not updated by them. Since this is an official site and I am wondering no new working days and timing was updated. Still it is showing Live and people are following the same.

Update: the place changed a lot, not crowded anymore and the service is fast. But I would not recommend going there for Female as the place is full of single men who keep staring at young girls and women.

Iam the security guard in al-muhaisnah medical fitness center. Sunday to Thursday open 24 hours. Friday closed 10 pm. Saturday fully closed and opening Sunday morning 7: 30 am.

The building is very old & the services are very poor there is no maintenance and the washroom is very dirty

Very bad experience, staff don’t know how to behave, especially the lady nurse in X-ray section have bad attitude towards people

Ramadan they open after 8 pm.
Atleast there should be some notification online. People especially families come from far end up waiting for long in queues. Hoping for better service in future.

I have been told that in the evening its mostly free and you will be done in 5 minutes. Contrary to that there wer many people but I was amazed to see the queue was going very fast. Bring your passport with you without fail. There is free parking outside and madeena store is also available for snacks.

VERY BAD! When the woman took my blood she didnt press good to my veins. I have an hematoma! Very bad service really!

The worst service and experience I had in Dubai for the whole 29 years I was living here. The Sudani staff there was very impolite, rude and unprofessional! Totally don’t recommend this place for any one and try to go do your medical test somewhere else.

Today I been there for my medicals. I got priority in a long queue as I’m a women.it’s always proud when we get these privilege. Thanks to government for facilitating these privileges and considerations.and it took only few minutes to complete the whole process and all the staff were very helpful including security staffs and they directed me very well so that I could process things very fast.very organized.

Staff are rude. There is no priority lane for my pregnant wife. Employees do not provide clear instructions and they don't have a standard instruction or process to assist pregnant clients.

Best to go early in the morning or from about 6pm. If so you will typically spend about 30 mins.

They give token only for formality, if any known or local is comming, they will take her first and make you wait for ages. Not very fair and unexpected.

People are very cooperative. Dr was Pakistani and very helping and couteouse. Over all I like the place.

Please check typing centre service inside medical building. They make fraud mainly in night times. They collect more charges. Like scan photo and one printout application black/white they charge 21dhs.
They give bill bellow written that passport size photo and service tax.

Lesser queue's and friendly staff. Did they change the staff. 2 years before this wasn't the scene. Happy with current process.

Its open 24 hours, so odd hours there is no queue at all. Quick service than before. Hope staffs become more friendly with all kinds of people.

Security at Xray entrance at night on 1/10/19 at 10: 00 pm seems to have no knowledge of the duty he is assigned.

I came for my visa renewal and I have seen at Area 8
X-ray section entry there was a men standing there to ask females to fill form which says last date of periods etc. Which is totally unbelievable there must should be female for female attendance as it's private matter. I request Dubai Government and DHA to take notice on this matter. Rest everything is good and well maintained. Thanks

2019.10.22 at 10 o 'clock at night, we have 10 workers were very bad unfair treatment, we queued up for a long time, the Egyptian staff in R05 window, incredibly refuse us to participate in the examination, wants to investigate processing, let these people who can't service for people laid off, because dubai is a city of tolerance, especially in the public service units.

I went for amer for typing medical they said to visit muhishnah medical inside typing i went there and wait for almost 2 hours for typing medical after that application got reject
For photo change again i wait again for 2 hours for photo change its was bad experience for us and also i don't know the purpose of making us waiting so long time

I went for my family visa today. It was nice experience. Best system of the world. You will never see the system like this. Very good discipline, Cooperative staff. 5/5

I went to there today (Saturday) evening for my wife’s visa medical (renewal). It was nice experience. We finished everything within two minutes. Everything is good including staffs attitude.

Place is crowded, But i feel it's ok.today wednesday i went 8 am to block number 1 no line for token, after within 5 minutes called for registration, for blood sample registration i need to wait around 15-20 minutes, for giving sample need to wait in line for 5-8 minutes Done i am happy.staff is ok not good or better but security staff having good knowledge about process.now days we are expecting too much service from everywhere.thanks

Client escorts not allowed to enter and they are waiting in sun without AC.
This location is not reflecting Dubai.hopefully someone from top management or someone from Dubai health authority will review this message. If there is zero star i will give it to this place.

Quick Service -Crowded Aera _Needs more of a modern clean front_ renovations maybe will help to make it an impressive building!

TOO MUCH CROWDED INSIDE AND PARKING ALSO. TRY TO USE ANOTHER FACILITY FOR YOUR MEDICAL FITNESS TEST IF POSSIBLE

Very bad and slow service! You need to spend a day to do your application. The employee are taking lot of rest and the people are waiting.

It is difficult to find parking there always crowded inside and outside you have to be ready to waste your time there good luck for all.
