I got some one else covid test result. (SMS and Mail as well) I don’t even know who received my report. I tried to contact them through mail, phone call and WhatsApp massages, but they are not willing to provide any clarification or any answers...

But I want my Report by SMS link.if send me it's better for me. One of the best laboratories in Dubai.

اسوأ خدمة حكومية مرت عليه ،، لا الشكاوة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار ولا العميل. طلبت ايصال عن طريق مركز الاتصال وكل يوم اتابع الموضوع ورفعت شكاوى لكن ناشي فائدة القائمين على الوزارة مو مهتمين ل عملائهم.
