I've been a loyal patient to Medical Village for a number of treatments. Each one has been exceptional in terms of the overall experience and the results I've noticed. So far I have tried their slimming treatments, facials, aesthetic treatments (botox), laser hair removal and skin care laser treatments. I have incredible things to say about my experience in each and every one of these treatments.

I would definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a trustworthy clinic with gentle and experienced doctors and technicians to book an appointment!

Thank you for Dr. Huyam, I got amazing results from the sessions.i did only 3 sessions and my stretch marks are almost gone, and my abdomen is well sculpted now. She is honest and not materialistic. I highly recommended her. She is truly amazing.

I recently visited Medical Village Clinic and had a positive experience overall. The clinic's location is convenient, and the staff was friendly and professional. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, creating a clean and comfortable environment. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of medical services. The only area for improvement would be the waiting time, but it was still within a reasonable range. Overall, I would recommend Medical Village Clinic for quality medical care.

My experience with Medical village has been amazing. Dr. Anahita is one of the best dentists i've ever encountered.when i had a problem with my tooth, all the other drs i consulted with scared me while dr Anahita comforted me and gave me the best treatment for my tooth.shes not only concerned with how the tooth looks but also how healthy the tooth is from the inside which wasnt something i noticed with other dentists. She's really so great and so professional.its obvious that she only wants whats best for her patients.

Honestly I’m so glad a relative recommended me to go there for laser. They are 100 times better & professional. They do NOT waste your time booking/scheduling appointments. All of the staff are wonderful.

I have been going to the Medical Village for almost 8 years now and I must say that I was never disappointed and I am always happy to see the welcoming and attentive receptionists and professional technicians (Cherrie and Lordess. Everyone at the clinic is extremely nice and polite and the clinic is always clean and well equipped. Special thanks to Dr. Hamid Taghaddos for making my experience a wonderful one.

It’s an very old clinic and it has its reputation, the laser machines some of them new and other are old ones, all the staff has a medical background/experience. They are so alert and careful. But the prices are so high compared with most other clinica (am talking about hair laser only) however I go to this clinic from more than 3 years and results are amazing and it’s worthy cause I have eczema and sensitivity and they never hurts me in any means or burn me. I would recommend this for only people who has such skin.

Zero star. Zero professionalism. Zero quality products. Extremely poor service and staff lacks efficiency. Dr. Sidra is a fraud. Just for money she can go to any extent. She gave a very unprofessional treatment for pigmentation but 5 days have gone and no effect. Beware of this clinic and especially her.

The best in town!
After getting introduced to Medical Village and realizing the HUGE difference in terms of quality and experience, I can tell I will never think of going anywhere else! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience has been outstanding that I couldn’t not share. Let me start with the amazing facility and care which is extremely important during this time. My temperature was a bit high as it was hot outside, so they made me wait for 5 mins to cool down and only allowed me into my consultation when it was retaken and was normal again. My first appointment with Dr. Hamid was so informative and honest. He managed my expectations regarding treating my scars and explained all my options. My second appointment was with Dr. Luis, who is very professional yet friendly. He put my mind at ease and addressed all my concerns. Finally I went ahead with fillers and Botox combination for my face and I was beyond thrilled with the results. His technique made the procedure almost painless and the end result met my requirements of seeing a difference yet being very natural. Couldn’t recommend him enough. I was very worried of getting fillers done, but he understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Such an outstanding experience! Would never even consider going elsewhere. To top this all, they had a promotion which I saw on Instagram which made this even feasible and way much cheaper than your typical Dubai ripoff places! If you are undecided, book a free consultation and you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly, I have never seen such a big scam in my life, all they want is money, they negotiate the price, and I'm talking price reductions from 1500dhs to 1000dhs, for a procedure that costs 300dhs from a much better clinic.

Hamed tageddos is more interested in making Instagram videos, and experimenting with new potentially harmful techniques on his clients, to show off as some New innavator.such as how he experimented his new stitching method that he made created on my wound after a lipoma removal. He told me that if he videod the procedure, the cost will be for free. But sadly left paying 1000dhs:/

Also the nurse was rude the entire time which you can see from other feveiws aswell, she has a lot of attitude, and acts like she doesn't want to be there.

Poor customer service.
This review is for microdermabrasion facial! I was not impressed at all. The technician was sloppy and rushed through to the part when she put the mask and left for over a half hour. When she cleansed and applied product she was sloppy and not did not do a complete job of apply to face and neck. Extremely disappointed.

Great service starts right from reception. All staff are friendly with great smiles. Second treatment here. There are always on time with minimum waiting time. Dr Hamid is professional and friendly as well. Will continue my picosure treatment here ️

Receiving treatment for acne scar for months now. Seeing improvement and happy with picosure treatment results Like the consistent approach and enjoy my treatment every visit. All the beauticians are just friendly and I can’t thank Dr Hamid enough. This professional team rocks. I went for 10 sessions hair removal, and from the 8th session I noticed my hair is growing back thicker. I told the nurse about it and she literally did not have any response.
Their laser technology does not work and they are just marketing to make money. Stay away from Medical Village.

Don't waste your energy, time or money here. Not even what seems like a great deal is worth the lack of professionalism, common decency and a complete and utter disrespect you may very well encounter along with it. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I truly don't want anyone else to experience what I went through

Horrible experience.
I went for 20 (painful) laser hair removal session at Medical Village.
Now, my hair is growing back thicker and darker.
When I told the nurse that I am not happy with results, she responded sooooooo rudely. I seriously do not recommend Medical Village to anyone!
The owner, Dr Hamid, does not know anything on patient care and patient experience! ZERO STAR.

Not a fan of Medical Village. The lasers they use for hair removal is the least effective out there. Their teeth whitening machine is the same as the ones in the middle of the mall but for a much higher price. The staff and management are unprofessional. There are many other laser hair removal places better than Medical Village. Got treated very poorly coming here, will not step foot again.

When I first talked to the woman about my tattoo removal, I was very clear that I had hyper-pigmentation and was concerned about burn marks. She assured me that their process would NOT leave any marks and would completely remove the tattoos.

After two treatments, the residual burn marks remain as I feared they would, given my dark skin. Now I will have to cover up the new marks which are worse than the tattoo marks.

I would not recommend MEDICAL VILLAGE to anyone with dark skin, who tans easily or has hyper-pigmentation with brown spots.

Their attitude on the third meeting was rude and disrespectful. The woman who actually did the work apologized for the other rude person. Promises not kept.

I had my laser hair removal last 2-3 years ago and even bring my friends to try their service and everyone are happy with the result of their laser hair removal and it was not painful compare to the last clinic we went.after my last laser sessions i dont have issues and i feel confident.the clinic are clean and has good ambience.keep it up

I have been getting Brazilian treatments here for about a year with decent results. Until last week. I went in for a touch up and got severely burned. During the session, the charge nurse could tell I was in a lot of pain. Instead of turning down the voltage, she said she was just trying to be thorough. When I was checking out, come to find out, they got my chart mixed up with another client's and put me in the wrong room with the wrong laser. Two days later, I have burn marks and scabs EVERYWHERE. I contacted them and they told me to come in to do a check up. When I did that same day, they just said it was superficial and gave me an antibiotic cream. I looked up the cream and realized it was just a weaker version of Neosporin. That was it, no apology, nothing. What kills me is that they had me see the charge nurse for the touch up because she was suppose to be an expert on the charge of the laser and would be able to get the stubborn hairs. I have two sessions left out of my package but now, I'm scared to go back

They don't know how to sell their service with any integrity.
I never bought anything from Medical Village because there were enough warning signs to detract me from this place and thought to help consumers here. I was visiting Dubai and went to their Jumeirah clinic.
I specifically had in mind wanting to know about their laser hair removal services. They provide a free consultation and trial before any commitment. I took that and met with the receptionist, and for not able to recall her name.
She gives off a bad vibe, unwelcoming, and is condescending with her behavior when you ask questions. She actually never knew any of the answers including the prices, but that is her job to share this with a prospective client. She also wore a shirt if you want to call it that showed nearly her breasts protruding out. Really inappropriate and awkward. When the nurse took me to the back, she talked too fast and seems to not be aware that orienting a prospective client would be helpful.
I was brought back to the front desk and dealing with the same receptionist. Once again the condescension continued by her
. This same receptionist also pressures you to buy something, whether it is one treatment or a package, yet she does not know the pricing and the very pressure projected by her shows control and manipulation.
It certainly turned me off, and I walked out.

Worst clinic in Dubai!
I went for Laser Tattoo Removal to Medical Village.
NO RESULTS after 5 sessions. The area of laser is now darker and ugly.
Not recommending Dr. Hamid.

I don't recommend Medical Village. Very bad customer service. I went for 8 sessions of laser hair removal, and my hair is growing back thicker. I asked for a refund, but the front desk said the owner would not agree.

Stay away from Medical Village. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for procedures - especially Coolscultping. I spent over $4000 for 4 sessions - Upper arms and double chin with ZERO results.

I understand that Coolsculpting has varying results however, during my initial consultation having minimal to no results was never a discussion. After my final "after photos" which proved to show no results I was in no way compensated even after being told I would be.please save your money and do not go to this clinic.

I went to Medical Village for my laser treatment for four time, but my last treatment it's really pain. After I got home I found out. My gosh. I lost my eyebrow on right side, it's one spot, but look very funny when people saw it. Very disappointed.

The fourth session of my laser hair removal was very painful. I got red spots and the nurse told me it is because I was close to menstrual period (it’s a distant week). Any of you have experienced this?

After 8 sessions of laser hair removal, I decided to update my review for Medical Village.
The customer service is REALLY poor at this clinic. They do not care about quality of patient care. After the 8th session of my laser hair removal, I got red spots on my skin, I called the clinic and asked them what should I do, they said Dr will get back to me.
NEVER HAPPENED! I did not continue the treatment since I am really concerned about these red spots that have been on my skin for the past 3 weeks.

A year after my laser hair removal, my hair is growing back thicker! I think the technology just does not really work that well.

I have to let everyone know about the horrible experience I had here. I went into Medical Village for Dermal filler (Juvéderm), it came out uneven and lumpy.

First off, they made me wait 45 mins for my appointment, I was scheduled at 6 pm and did not go in until 6: 50 pm. Not ideal. Then they took me into a small room that was extremely hot, I could barely breathe and felt very nervous. As I walked in Dr. Taghaddos was still talking about the patient before me and didn't say Hello or hi, nothing! He finally said hello, and asked me if I was doing Botox, I said no I was doing Juvéderm. He didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing and had no bedside manner whatsoever. As he was getting ready he was dropping things on the floor etc, this made me even more nervous.

He then proceeded to put freezing in, as he was freezing my left lip, the needle scratched me on my cheek, he or the nurse said nothing, I don't even think they noticed! The rest of the appt went ok. The next day I was quite swollen which is normal. Now a week later, my left lip is way lower than my right lip, it looks totally lopsided and wrong. He injected the filler way higher in my right lip and lower in my left, I have no idea what he was thinking.

I have now booked an appt at Dubai dermatology center to hopefully have this fixed and injected with something to break it up. Please ladies do not go here, I hope you will read this review and have a proper dermatologist do your injections. This has caused me a lot of personal stress and worry and now extra $$$ to fix it. Stay away from Medical Village and Dr. Hamid Taghaddos!

All sales, consultants will push you to buy their sessions. One time they were saying that one of the consultant is a doctor. You know anybody report that to the ministry knowing that that "doctor" does not have a license. If you notice there is no bad reviews, well the marketing director and his team deletes bad review apparently yea. Very bad.

Long story short DO NOT go here if you have any melanin in your skin. It's been over six months and I still have scars and have not received a refund even after I was told I would receive one. Really wouldn't recommend for anyone.

So I'll start by saying the nurse who did the laser on me was nice and friendly. However, I really just think fraud places like this aren't going to have the equipment necessary to get good results. Combined with the horrible experience I've had trying to get my money back, I would say just avoid all laser aways period.

So I bought a package for Brazilian, Armpits, and upper lip back in June. First two sessions went fine, didn't see any hair reduction but I wasn't expecting any quick results. That is until I came in for my third laser session. Right off the bat, I noticed the laser hurt WAY more than normal. I repeatedly asked the nurse if it was normal to be in this much pain and she said they increase the laser each time and then went on to say it could be because my period is near and my skin is more sensitive.

So, I let her finish but I was literally in tears by the time she was done and had to take several breaks in between. Before I left the location, I could tell my skin had reacted badly, it was really hot, red, and bumpy. The nurse left the room so I could get dressed, but when she came back in, I showed her my irritated skin and she didn't even glance. She said its normal and it's because my hair is coarse and she gave me some hydrocortisone for me to put on when I got home. I was rushed out of the office so she could make it to her next appointment.

I get home an hour later after being in excruciating pain on my drive home. I take off my clothes immediately and I already have huge black marks everywhere she did the laser.

I immediately called Medical Village, but I was told the nurses had left for the day, but someone would reach out. Of course no one got back to me that night. So, I go back in the next day to show them what happened. At this point, my skin was even blacker and blistering on my entire brazilian, both armpits and my face.

I see the same nurse and she was shocked and I could tell she felt bad. She said I had reacted this way because I had fake tanned or was in the sun. Mind you, I am an African American woman and I have never fake tanned in my life, and I wasn't in the sun, especially not my brazilian area and my armpits. The nurse didn't take any responsibility for the reaction, she says that skin with melanin often times reacts this way. She even said she talked to other nurses and this has happened before! Please keep in mind, I do my research, and I am hesitant to do any cosmetic procedures for this very reason. During my initial consultation before I paid, I asked if the necessary precautions would be taken because I knew that laser could be dangerous for darker skin tones. The nurse at my consultation said, it wouldn't be a problem and reassured me they had the proper lasers. IF THE RISKS WERE COMMUNICATED TO ME DURING MY CONSULTATION I WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED FORWARD WITH LASER HAIR REMOVAL.

Although the nurse who did my laser has been nothing but nice during my recovery, I truly believe that my burns were due negligence and to her not using the proper settings for a couple of reasons:

1. When she did the first laser on my upper lip, I literally jumped and said "its never hurt this much before, is this normal? " Her response was "we increase the laser setting each time"

2. When I came back in after I was burned, she said "I actually used the same settings that you used the last two times you came in, but this reaction just happens. " obviously there's some inconsistency in these statements

3-4 month of healing and they provided me with some cream that was supposed to help with scaring but I used the whole bottle as instructed and I still have obvious scars in my Brazilian area.

Anyways, it's now six months later I'm no longer in pain but I do have scarring still to this day and I STILL have not received a refund.

This clinic is run by nurses and physician assistance. The doctor is ALWAYS on vacation.
Before payment, they promise you that everything will be under supervision of Dr. Taghaddos, but in reality you will NEVER EVER see the Dr.

With the amount that you are paying, you can go to a decent clinic and an actual doctor will come and see you. These people do not appreciate their customers. ZERO START!

Please Stay away from this place. Taghaddos is a total scam. He is very rude, not professional, and cheats on Botox. He dilutes Botox, doesn't give you the dosage that you pay for it.

Hey were running a special on cool sculpting. I would not suggest getting it. Cool sculpting is overpriced and you won't see any results. I was told to get it done a second time if I wanted better results. The before and after pics didn't show any difference either. The staff was polite so I'm just rating the procedure. I would suggest going to a plastic surgeon if you want to visibly see changes.

I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to. Dr. Taghaddoswas kind and good personality. But he is NOT good in his job. Also he does not care after the apply botox and filler. I will not go back to Medical Village ever again.

Awful service! Do NOT GO HERE!
I had laser hair removal done at this place to remove a FEW coarse hairs under my chin and neck area but after 8-10 sessions it got worse! Like really bad! It went from just a few tiny coarse hairs to now having to wax my whole neck area every few days because if I don't.it doesn't look nice.
Oh and let me tell you every session took less than 5 mins and that confused me at that time but I thought maybe thats because its a small area and it should be fast lol. Yeah the tech had no idea what she was doing and she just wanted to get it over with.
Right now I'm trying to find another place to fix this and help me out. Again, do not go here if you want hair removal. But If you want to be hairy.go right ahead because they'll help you out with that. Lol

Girls get educated before going anywhere because of the cheap price. A lot of doctors tell you that bruises is "natural" & it can happen to anyone. But it's not true if they don't know how to properly apply fillers they will hit a vein and cause a bruise.
