Paid for a service 4 month ago, as per the clinic they can't make the treatment anymore, waiting for my refund since 3 month now. No customer service or management.

The technology used in this clinic. I have not seen any where else in dubai. State of the art.good job

Rude management, terrible customer experience and always and only “tentative” appointment

The owner pretended to trying to resolve the patient’s complaint over poor appointment making procedure but privately had no shame of ill treating and disrespecting female customer daring to accuse a customer being at fault and the worst in his own office despite the fact that his doctor has already admitted that it’s not the patient’s wrongdoing. Afterwards the owner forcibly grabbed the business card given to the patient from her hand and yielded at the patient that she doesn’t “deserve” his card.

Small business being small business. Hard to believe such business survives in Dubai.

It’s a great pharmacy and location is good as well. They have everything you need and the staff is super helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

They also offer home delivery which is great and they accept insurance as well.

The only Dental Clinic that offers not only the best digital treatments in one zone but also offers VIP treatment to all walks of life.

Wonderful staff, very friendly but professional at the same time. My experience with Dr. Shehab was great! I got my appointment the same day I called.
Really appreciate the follow up that they did the next day to check on me.
I truly recommend this clinic!
