I have had a great experience with Dr Rachid. This is coming from someone who is mortified about seeing a dentist. He did an exceptional job with my tooth implants, the procedure was pain free and seamless. He is very friendly and makes the experience so easy, walking you tougher very step of the way

Today I had a fantastic home collection service for some lab tests done by Nurse Amal from Motorcity Silicon Oasis Medicentre. Amal was so kind, understanding and courteous. She skilfully found my deep embedded vein and I did not even feel the prick of the needle. Thank you Amal for such a smooth experience.

Terrible clinic, had an appointment at 9 am and doctor decides to come at 9: 30. Nurses were rude and shouting at my daughter. Will never go again.

My daughter has to do physiotherapy and her therapist Rana is very kind, caring, knowledgeable and diligent. She really takes her time! Would definitely recommend.

Dr Aspasia was so helpful and supported me when another clinic was claiming I needed invasive surgeries and testing. She sorted the (what turned out to me a minimal issue) 'problem' in about 3 minutes. She is always available on WhatsApp too. I am glad I came here for a second opinion-I would recommend all the women I know to see her for gynaecological concerns!

So grateful that we have a good clinic like MEDICENTRES close to home. And especially grateful that dr kutaiba is coming here now. Thanks to him I am pain free for the first time in 20 years. Thank you Dr Sumeet for always giving us the best advice and doctor recommendations.

I live in motor city and I am been there to visit several doctors.
In my opinion it's an outstanding Facility, never had issues Infact they always went out of their way to accommodate me for my appointme nts and physio
2 people who certainly are super stars are Vanjya for physio therapy and Dr haider for general medicine highly recommended

Highly recommend this clinic. Super professional team, literally everyone I met from the reception team, insurance team, blood test team, Dr. Dejan (Orthopedic), Dr. Haider (GP, true gentleman), and the crown jewel Dr. Vanja (Physiotherapy). I have been to numerous physiotherapists in multiple countries to treat my injured shoulder (frozen/impingement), Dr. Vanja has been the best, without a doubt.

I Had a good experience spending time with Dr Haider Ali. He was very professional yet personable and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend seeing him as a doctor if you’re in Motor city.

Had over 10 physio therapy session for my ankle. The facility is convenient and clean. Parking could be better but can be found inside the building to the right. Dr. Dejan homed in on the problem and put me to work with Craig who engineered my recovery. Feeling confident doing sports again and learned from the best on how to maintain it. Thanks Craig, second wind!

All staffs are well trained from booking an appointment to billing. The nurses are all friendly. All the doctors my family had seen are highly skilled, knowledgeable and experts. Best doctors ever! They explained and guide us thoroughly everything and gave us some advices on how to deal with our medical concerns. Special thanks and mention to Dr. Amna Butt she is very informative, knowledgeable and approachable. Dr. Carolina my son’s pediatrician, she is so accommodating and I’m grateful for her advices. Dr Rashid is the best dentist I have ever been to the way he earns the children’s trust my children actually look forward to come the dentist now because of dr Rashid, he is so good at what he does! Highly recommended especially for children if your child is scared of the dentist bring them to dr rashid!

My bay has a tongue and lip tie and after searching for the best doctor, we decided to consult Dr. Delphine and we were so thankful and happy that god lead us to her. She explains to us everything prior to the procedure and after the cutting, she gave us advice on what to do during the healing process. She even sent an email to check the progress of our baby.and what makes us more thankful was she didn't charge us for consultation considering our situation. She is so kind and approachable doctor, I really recommend her as one of the best doctors in UAE. May god bless you more Dr. Delphine.

Dr. Ruchita Shah is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel comfortable. I’m pleased that Medicentres Motor City decided to add psychiatry to their list of services. I think most Motor City residents are still unaware of the availability, unfortunately. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ruchita to anyone seeking these services. Her calming demeanor makes appointments (which are often tedious and stressful in other clinics) enjoyable.

Dr. Aspasia, is a warm friendly professional Gynecology Doctor. Will a lot of time for her patients and clearly explains every issue and treatment requirements to the full.
The whole of Medicentres staff are friendly and helpful from beginning to end of the visit.

Medicentres Motor City provides an excellent standard of care and customer service. Dr. Ruchita Shah, psychiatrist, has provided me with thorough and knowledgeable support. I am very happy with my experience here.

I cut slice from my finger and was looking for the clinic who can help me. We tried 2 clinics and there was a lot time to wait and very expensive but then we called to motor city medicentre and they were ready to help me immediately. The receptionists were so nice and the nurses were so kind almost like my mom) and doctor Deyan also so kind. Thank you guys, I am so grateful?

Reputed hospital and very good doctors BUT EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Michelle from the reception is very unprofessional addressing people ATE (she could have call them by first name), doesn't know how to empathise knowing the call is for emergency case (broken tooth) and even refusing to assist in booking an appointment for the patient. We ended being assisted by Johana who willingly assist and booked the appointment for the patient. Michelle was also very rude for telling that SHE WILL DISTURB THE DOCTOR AND ASSISTANT where in fact I initially requested just to be transferred to someone else or the manager as Michelle was already being rude but Michelle clearly said no one else can assist - and decided to transfer the call to doctor assistant - even if its not part of their protocol.

Escalated the matter to her manager Razane but got a reply denying the complaint. I just hope that no other patients / customer will experience such unprofessional behaviour as MICHELLE IS OBVIOUSLY RUINING SUCH A REPUTED ORGANIZATION.

Absolutely unreliable service. Booked an appointment with Dr. Delphene and they conveniently chose to cancel it the day before and give it to someone else. When asked the reason, it seems they tried calling me once (they claim), didn’t get through and hence cancelled. They really need to get their act together. I’d strongly suggest to book your visits anywhere else as long as it’s professional and reliable.

Glad to have Dr Sumitra Mani as a paediatrician here. She is not only a very astute and thorough Doctor but also incredibly warm and reassuring.

Too bad I'm trying to contact them for home pcr test since 8 hours but they are not responding. I will never call again.

We have been visiting Medicentres Motorcity since me moved to Dubai back in 2013 and we can warmly recommend them. Our last experience was with Dr Sumitra Matri (pediatrician). We visited her because our child was inexplicably losing weight and feeling thirsty and tired - she has been diagnosed with diabetes. Initially, we just wanted her to prescribe the tests required by our European pediatrician as we tend not to trust local physicians. We were biased! Dr Sumitra showed a high level of competence and an even higher sense of humanity. Her diagnostic was confirmed by the UAE specialist and the UK and Swiss professors we had access to and all were amazed by her good judgement as she is not a specialist in the field of diabetes. Although we were immediately directed to the nearest hospital, she regularly inquired about the health and well-being of our daughter, something we had not seen before, neither in Switzerland not here in UAE. She may have saved our daughter's life by pushing to get some of the results we were expecting and that were delayed by the nasty game between laboratories and insurers - this despite having the highest available coverage. Thank you Dr Sumitra for your outstanding work, your diligence and your support! We of course hope not to see you too often, at least at your job, but definitely are relieved too know that you are nearby in case of need ;)

I had my first experience with Dr Sumitra, paediatrician. She was very detailed and patient to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was very happy with the consultation for my children with her.

Dr Rachid has been my regular dentist for 11 years in Motorcity. Great experience, ethical, truthful and very professional.

Not recommended for Dentistry, they took all my insurance for a simple filling! Spent around 2000 AED while other clinics take just 250 AED, and sure the filling will not last longer than 6 months.

I have recently been here teeth whitening, the results were amazing! Highly recommended. All of the staff here are super friendly and helpful, and all proper precautions are being taken. Dr Rachid is fantastic and I’m now switching to him as my main dentist.

I came to Dr. Rachid with severe toothpain and even though he made 2 separate xrays he failed to recognise that my pain was due to 2 still existing cavities in that very tooth!

Imagine: he wanted to just do a root canal straight away on a tooth that still had existing cavities! He did not even attempt to save the tooth or remove the cavities first. He falsely claims on the website that he is a biological dentist -when i asked him about it he said that he has some training in holistic dentistry and quoted tooth extraction only! Luckily i did not buy into this root canal talk and went to another dentist who managed to remove the cavity, calm my gums and save my tooth!

Run as far away from this dentist as you can.

Also the reply written by medicentres is just for “show”, as they did nothing to resolve my complaint even when I reached out to them. They even changed the narrative of the story claiming they intended to do the same treatment i ended up getting at another practitioner, only AFTER I had forwarded them the treatment plan I actually ended up getting (as i had asked for a refund they had asked for this information). I’ve never seen or even heard of such a nasty business practise in a medical facility in my lifetime and do not recommend this experience to anyone else.

We have been regularly visiting Dr. Naima at Medicentres Motorcity for our entire family’s dental needs. She is very patient and experienced, especially amazing with little ones as she doesn’t rush with the treatment and handles them very gently.

The clinic functions very smoothly. Appointments to Billing, everything is handled in a professional and prompt manner. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the clinic, Dr Sara Khwaja is one of the best doctors we have seen she is always helpful and explains everything in detail. The clinic nurses are very helpful and the reception area is well organised so we dont have to wait a lot.

Our family never trusted a doctor like Dr. Rachid Najm. Very professional, fast, honest and simply the best.

Saw Dr. Delphine Dupuis (lactation consultant) this is my second appointment (follow up). She is very knowledgeable and kind and friendly. Great at assessing the problem and explaining it to me clearly. My baby is improving everyday Alhamdullela. I love her.

Better than visiting a big hospital where you just get sicker, I had a very good experience plus no waiting in line for any useless policies.

Terrible service, AC is always too cold, and they make patients wait more than 30mins of their appointment. They never call to inform when your test results is ready. Wouldn’t recommend.

Clinic shows they are opened from 8am. I’m trying to call them but phone line is still not opened at 9: 02am? It’s very difficult having a child who is sick and can’t even get through to make an appointment.

I had a very bad experience with this business center, since they cant call it a medical clinic.
I took my daughter for emergency case, she fall down and had a cut over her eyes.
We teach expecting someone to help, a doctor came after 20 minutes, he took a look at my daughter without even touching her, he was standing 2 meters far from her, then he ask the nurse to just cover it.
I had to take my daughter other clinic, and the funny thing that when i left my review on the receiption tge doctor called to tell me that he is not specialized with babies but he just saw us because there is no one else to do it.
If there was no doctor why they didnt tell me.
I really hope that i find a way to raise a complain to the health authority because they dont deserve to open the clinic
