My family has been visiting Mediclinic Dubai Mall for our healthcare needs since last 4 years. This is a great place, with ambience, helpful staff, wonderful doctors and very conveniently located in Downtown area.

Dr. Chandan Tickoo is my wife's gynecologist. We first went to her during the pregnancy of our first born. During the first meeting itself, she spent considerable time getting to know my wife, understand her complete health and family history, and then recommended a very customized approach. As a first time parent, we were very nervous initially, but she used to explain everything in detail and very easy to understand manner, making sure to put our minds at ease. With her, we felt very confident that we were in safe hands.

She was very, very helpful throughout the entire course of pregnancy and beyond. Even during delivery, she went beyond her duty to ensure my wife was as comfortable as possible. In fact, it felt like that she was taking care of her own kin rather than her patient. We give her full credit for making our entire journey of first pregnancy very smooth.

She is an amazing doctor, whose knowledge, attitude and mannerisms are second to none. Moreover, she is simply a wonderful person who deeply cares about her patient and makes you feel like a family member. We would highly recommend to anyone who would like a personal care.

We visited the clinic today as tourists with our 10 month old son because of an unpleasant cough. Registration and waiting time was approx. 15 minutes, after that, Dr. Shahid Ali checked up on out son. He did a precise exam and was extremely friendly to our son and us. We were in and out under 30 minutes. Great service, very nice and friendly nurses.

Just an average service level in Dubai, compared to those in Australia. In terms of price tags, it is much higher than those made in China.

Very convenient location, always efficient and wonderful doctors especially the specialists.

I had my health package visit on the first week of this month and Reem, the patient administrator, was outstanding! She was very accommodating, and she provided the “VIP” feels and experience that I normally don’t experience elsewhere.

Dr. Arja, the cardiologist explained my concerns clearly.

Their nurses who assisted me were excellent too, Daisy - very professional and friendly, yet skilful and gentle in the needles; Anitha very accurate and helpful during the treadmill, and the lady who accommodated me in my ultrasound.

At the end of the process, Reem handed out free healthy snacks and walked me out of the clinic. She was all smiles althroughout.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I had a filler replacement and cleaning done. I am satisfied with the process as well as the result. I will come to doctor Akhavan again if I need any more dental treatment.

Doctor Chandan has been my doctor since 2017 and I’ve never trusted any other doctor since then. Apart from her job, she really do care about her patient. Whenever I visit her, I feel pleasant for the undivided attention in spite her busy schedule. I was always remain thankful for her best treatment for many years.

I had an elbow fracture playing football and I have been seeing Dr Yacoub who has been great! I strongly recommend this clinic.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Amer Helbaoui (Consultant Internal Medicine Doctor at Mediclinic Dubai Mall), Dr. Amer is definitely the best internal medicine physician a person could visit and get treated by, he is very knowledgeable, with wide expertise in health-related issues and diseases, myself and my husband dont trust any other doctor in UAE on our health since almost 10 years! Dr. Amer is very professional and keen on the health of his patients, he is an amazing physician and an amazing person! I do recommend Dr. Amer to anyone seeking a professional, experienced physician to look after his health as he is absolutely the best! I have a long experience with Doctor Amer as patient of an autoimmune disease, and Dr. Amer does all the needful and with his kind efforts i have been medically stable for years.i get back to him along with my husband for any health related issue seeking for his opinion and treatment. Dr. Ghada Al Batran from Obgyn is absolutely amazing. She is very kind and patient. She is very positive and will patiently adress any concerns.

Just shows that the doctors like to have use your insurance!
Doctor Hibba told me to use the medication for 7-10 days and to get back to her!
Then why did she prescribed me 9 boxes of 20 sachets for acid reflux!?

Crown was done perfectly, color and fit doesn’t show difference at all from all other teeth. Very professional work.

Dr Anjum Ishaque is simply one of the best Doctors in Mediclinic, and I’d say even all of UAE. I’ve been here 9 years and have yet to meet someone who is so diligent and professional. Dr. Ahmad Yacoub is an amazing doctor (orthopedic surgeon), very kind and caring, explains each thought and action in a very relatable way, very knowledgeable and good hands in dealing with affected limb, respects the patient and listens to them, alleviates patients rational and irrational concerns, I had a surgical procedure and found him to be of high quality of expertise

Your Dubai Mall staff bedside manners are horrendous. Doctors are amazing but the rest of your staff have no empathy, are not discreet and just horrible service. There is 1 nurse that was good but only after 20 minutes of an horrible experience and waste of my time I met her. My 2 friends also had the same horrible experience and 1 of them was treated even worst. Terrible, horrible service looking how to report to Ministry of health.

Update, after you replied to my review to send an email and that someone will contact me no one did. You are pretending to care but Dont.

Dr. Gemini is the best gynaecologist I ever visited in my life so far. She is a professional who builds bond with her patients that are rooted with trust and would always discuss with me the treatment options and share the insights. And also, she would never miss a chance to go an extra mile for you.

I highly recommend Dr. Gemini Mahajan to all ladies who wants to become mother, as she came into my life like a God and I am blessed with a healthy baby.

Me and my wife visited Medclinic Dubai Mall branch and the hosting was amazing and so fast we had everything done in less than 30 min. I would like also to thank Dr. Amer Helbaoui for his sense of kindness and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for GP. I normally don’t like Hospital but this branch made me feel so confy.

Our doctor was Dr. Zara Arezu Akhavan and she was extremely helpful. She guided us to which procedures we might need and contrasted the prices between AED and CAD. She was overall very sweet and our nurse was as well!

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Chandan tickoo (Gynecologist) for last 5 years and based on my experience with other doctors as well i feel she is the best Gynecologist out there. Her patients are always her top priority and gives apt advice and best treatments.

3 hours of my life that I'm not getting back, waiting for the doctor in the reception, waiting in front of his room, waiting inside the room, waiting to pay, waiting for medicine. I never wasted such time in any clinic or hospital in Dubai

Dr. Gordon Bland is the best family doctor in Dubai and the UAE. I’ve had a rash on my leg for decades and I went to dozens of doctors, even specialists, to try to remedy the rash. Dr. Bland was the only doctor to give a thorough look and prescribe something that has actually worked.

I only go to Mediclinic Dubai mall since the last 5 years and always the doctors are amazing and welcoming us. But Today I booked an appointment with dr mazin aljabri I went 10 minutes before my appointment and he cancelled the appointment. And I appreciate the emarati supervisor who met us in the reception he tried to convince the dr to meet us but still dr mazin refused and postponed our appointment.

The most unprofessional hospital ever.

They hold your tests results awaiting the doctor to call and guess what, he never does unless you call 1 times and wait 20 minutes on the waiting call.

Just a fancy looking clinic that cost a lot but provides the worst service in Dubai.
The nurse forgot about me waiting in the treatment room and only when I went around to find out what’s happening, she realized that!
The PCR test results apparently takes upto 48 hours and if you need quicker results, this is the last place to go to.

Worst hospital in Dubai, they dont respect the patient time and very rude.

I'm going to the Mediclinic Hospital to see Dr. Chandan Tickoo, a gynecologist. My house is far from the hospital, but I still make it there on time for all of my appointments. The best thing about Dr. Chandan is that she helps you understand every process, reduces stress, and she ensures that you are comfortable, healthy, and well informed about everything.

It’s the worst experience and costumer service I tried many times more than one week to called them and no one answer they don’t follow up with patients and didn’t provide information I lost my appointments because of the worst service that they have

I have been going to Dr Chandan for awhile now. She is the most gentle n comforting doctor that I have visited. She is very knowledgeable and makes a special effort to explain and educate me about my condition thereby ensuring that I am at ease. She does not believe in over medication or procedures.
I would highly recommend her.

If you are in Dubai and need a lab for PCR test or any other medical issues I do recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall

Do not go there for PCR testing for international travel purposes. Because they don’t provide QR Coded PCR Test Certificate. They will give you only certificate without QR Code printing on certificate. I visit there and told them I want to go to India and that’s why I need pcr report but they don’t have information that QR coded report is mandatory for international travel. And I used online service for again PCR Report.

Even though this was a tough time for us, Mediclinic made this our best experiences in the medical aspect. Right from the admin, the nurses and offcourse the doctors it was a flawless response.

Our special thanks to Dr. Bassam Noah for showing utmost care and attention dealing with our case. Will definitely recommend.

I’ve visited this branch on multiple occasions whilst under the care of Dr Chandan Tickoo and have been impressed by the service received every time. Dr Chandan takes her time to address the concerns that my husband and I have and also takes the time in the appointment to educate us on the issues at hand which is always great! We always leave Dr Chandan’s office with a new pocket of information, which is incredibly reassuring! I have been under Dr Chandan’s care for the last year and a half and found her and her team to be incredibly professional, empathetic and supportive. In addition, her approach to treatment is on the calmer and non-invasive side which we appreciate. Without a shadow of doubt, I highly recommend Dr Chandan and her team!

After an unfortunate accident that left some of my teeth damaged, I went to see Dr. Ritul Agarwal at Mediclinic Dubai Mall.
He is by far the most professional, competent and thorough dentist (in the large sense of the specialty group) I have seen. The high quality of the procedures, the satisfactory results obtained through the treatment, as well as the time Dr. Ritul took to answer all my very numerous questions (very important for a patient after an accident) are the drivers behind this well deserved 5 stars recommendation.

It’s first time for me and waiting more than one hour without informing me the delay and I leave without checking out.
However will not come there again

My experience with Winnie was amazing. I went for a Brazilian hair laser removal and she took the time to explain me the whole procedure and risks. I felt very comfortable under her care. Will definitely visit again.

I would like to highly recommend dr Ritul at the mediclinic. We came from Tanzania and had very little time and Dr Ritul was soo amazing and accommodating. My husband who is quite scared of dentists said it didn’t hurt at all and his work is the very best we have seen so far! Definitely reccomend him. Mt husand had veneers done.

Dr mazin rasool is not professional at all, not following up with patients have contradicting decisions he advised me one day to take a medication and when I told him but I knew that this medication will affect my results if I did the test again and he said ok don’t take! And when I told him so he is saying I have 500 patients sorry but are you in to quantity? !

My wife and I went to Mediclinic Dubai Mall to book our Covid-19 test, mandatory for travel. Once we entered the premises we were impressed by its size, set up, cleanliness and the way it was organised. The young lady who booked our appointment was very friendly and efficient. We got our requested appointment for 5pm two days later. On arrival at the clinic at the appointed time we were directed to a very friendly young administrator, Ali Haddad. He asisted us with the required form filling and directed us to the testing room. Test samples were taken by a friendly nurse within under two minutes for each of us. Next morning by 11am the result was forwarded by email. Since we needed printouts we returned to the clinic in the afternoon and once again Ali Haddad happily obliged us without any hesitation. On the whole it was a pleasant experience. I can certainly recommend this clinic without any hesitation.

Just want to share a thank you to Dr. Iyad and his nurse Niru who have taken such great care of me over the last few weeks. It is so much appreciated and will not be forgotten, you are both a blessing to the clinic. Thank you!

They have the best pediatric doctor, Dr Gassan Soud. He is so good with kids and he knows how to treat them. I am dealing with him from 2 years now.

8/3/2020 - with everything that is going on, i had a common flu and they still couldn’t issue me a sick leave because a problem they had with DHA or their printer.i contacted the following day, and the staff did not cooperate and asked me to come for another appointment to get the sick leave slip.last time there

I only prefer to go to Mediclinic Dubai mall for all my health check up needs. The doctors are very professional and does amazing job especially Dr. Eleanor Curry. Also, on the other hand I always get the best service from there patient administrator Anne Misalang.

I would recommend that if you have an EMERGENCY! Never go to Mediclinic Dubai Mail as they cannot handle and their reception does not tell the truth - doctor is coming but he is so busy that he can not come for 90 minutes.

The Mediclinic at Dubai Mall is fantastic. The facilities are immaculate, the medical care is first rate, and the staff are very professional and courteous. I want to thank Angel and Anne Melonie for once again going above and beyond during my recent visit.

I was visiting Mediclinics Dubai Mall for check up. I had trouble in getting medicine from the pharmacy near my home. I just called Ms. Anne and amazingly she made it happen including calling insurance, updating new systems and coordinating with pharmacy. Everything happened after the clinic’s working hours so that I have my medicine available that day.

This is the second time I have tried to see a doctor here’s. The first time the call centre forgot to put in the right rate. The second time - No care given to patients time. Kept me waiting for 40 mins with no line of sight on when the doctor would see me. Only when I inquired did they inform me of a delay. Basic courtesy isn’t adhered to which is sad. Some of us take time off work to see a doctor all we expect is that our time is cared for.
