Nurses Rinita, Anu, Eva, Sheela, Sheeba and Incy are so very caring each time you visit the clinic and always deliver service with a smile. I have never come across a Dr like Dr Jim who goes an extra mile and calls the patient personally until the recovery stage, also Dr Jims pattern of restructuring the medicine schedule as per the patients comfortability is truly commendable, Dr Jim ensures that every small aspect is taken care while he executes the medicine schedule to the patients thus ensuring that the patients are happy with the changes and are not facing any challenges. Thanks to Mediclinic for having Dr Jim at ghusasis clinic.

Dr Mahalakshmi Meenakshisundaram is expert in Gynec. Humble personality in dealing with patients. Dr is know for special care, due diligence, attention to detail, listens to patients and very kind personality. Would recommend Dr to anyone. She keeps patient and husband in confidence throughout the journey. Kudos to the entire team very professional.

We have been visiting Mediclinic Al Qusais for an year now. The staff here are so supportive and friendly, we had really good experience with the medical team.

Our family have visited Dr. Jim Internal medicine, Dr. Ranjit Rajan ENT, Dr. Vimala Vinod Dermatologist and Dr. Kavitha Sundarrajan Paediatrician at Mediclinic Al Qusais clinic. All doctors are excellent at their profession and also in communicating with the patient. Even the nurses and front office staff are very friendly and caring. One of the best care giving facilities. All of our family now visit this clinic before going to another facility if any service is unavailable.

Everyone here at the clinic is kind and helpful. We have had great experience here. It gets a bit busy on the weekend but weekdays everything is smooth.

I visited Doctor Senthil Nathan, who is one of the best orthopedic in Dubai, he is the doctor of my family members since long time. He advised me to go with Physician Dipti Vashisht, Therapist from physiotherapy department, she focuses on manual and exercises plus cupping and needling which really helped with my neck, shoulders and back pain.

Had my dental procedure done with Dr Vernie and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Smiles

The doctors in the clinic are good. However this mediclinic branch the appointment system is very poor. For all my visits I had to have more than half an hour wait. This is after taking an appointment and being there 10 minutes early. It defies the purpose of the appointment system. No one updates you why there is delay to take up the case.

Dr Ravi Gupta is the best oediatrician we have met. Quick on diagnosis, patient listener and my child recovered well under his care

10 years of wait after my First Daughter, 2 deaths of our son’s and 1 miscarriage we almost lost the hope.

We have known Dr Mahalakshmi for more than a decade. I found her very good and safe. She is very judicious in prescribing medicines. I have no hesitation in recommending her for any gynaec related ailments.

This is a good and caring hospital for me and my family for the last 15 years including the former name Welcare hospital. Highly recommend to visit them for your health issues and feel the experience. Healthy living take you long.

No medical ethics.only looking for money. ENT consultation itself costs 585 Dirhams and other charges extra for the procedure / treatment.

I went for my PCR test here and visited the opthalmologist, Dr. Priya Sankaran for my daughter's eye check-up. The staff are very professional and courteous. The doctor made sure we were comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Subash and the staff were very friendly and they ensured and gave me confidence during my very first visit and were able to resolve my case after a minor surgery. I would have no qualms in recommending about the treatment and commitment towards their patients to all my known friends. Would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Subash and staff nurse.

Our relationship with Mediclinic is now 10 years old. Especially this clinic has always been our favorite clinic considering the doctors, nursing care and waiting time. I have especially noted the improvement in the staff behaviour. I had a visit for ankle sprain and the nurse (dont remember the name) and Ms. Ragitha from the front desk went out of their way ordering my medicines from the pharmacy and helping me reaching out to my ride. Ms Ragitha even offered to bring my car from the parking and assisted me getting in. I was really humbled by the amazing guesture.
Furthermore, the experience with Orthopedic doctor Oomen Methew was also great, he described the situation in detail and suggested options with clarity. I cant compare my experience here with other clinics I visited (as mentioned in my other reviews).

Not happy. One of my friend suggested mediclinic.i think Mediclinic Al qusais branch is not up to the mark.they don't have pharmacy.nurse said we will deliver medicine to ur home.they didn't deliver on time. There is no proper follow up. After some time we called hospital then only they are raising a complaint and delivery person called.but delivery person said he can deliver later tomo only.what is use of visiting a doc when ill.

I am traveling from US & I got an infection. I was worried about what to do, since I had no local number and or permanent residence. This place took care of me with immediate attention and response. Dr. Jim Mathew & the team here were incredible. They made sure to diagnose all parts of my health to make sure nothing else was wrong. The doctor even went above and beyond to schedule me another appointment just in case. I am highly impressed with this place & if anyone is traveling from out of country and is experiencing some health issues, GO HERE.

Excellent doctors and service. I have been showing my kids to the pediatric department for more than 5 years now and have always found the doctors, nurses and admin team extremely good, the service reliable and the doctors always prescribed minimum medicines but ensured they track till my kids get well.wish i had 6 stars.would recommend to anyone blindly. We have read in multiple sites regarding saliva test for young children is available in mediclinic al qusais branch. When we called to recheck they confirmed the same and when we reached the clinic we confirmed this again and made the payment only to find out that the nurse walks in with the nasal swab for my 3 year old. The nurse told us there is no such thing as saliva test for kids, they wasted our time. They are extremely unorganised and gave us false information.

Mediclinic Al Qusais is a family clinic and has got a team of talented and experienced Doctors, nurses and admin staff. That's our family clinic for the past 9 years and highly recommend the below doctors.

The facility is very well taken care of, very hygienic. The staff is friendly and extremly professional. Overall its very welcoming. Highly recommend.

One of the worst clinic in Dubai ever seen. No medical ethics followed. Actually these clinic are looting the insurance companies as well as patients by not giving any proper diagnosis and medicines only interested to take the money which are 10 times higher than other clinics. Clinic Manager doesn't show any interest to listen for the patient reasonable issue? I had very bad experince today and he was not even bother to listen and solve the issue. I feel DHA and insurance companies should strictly check their internal activities which are against the medical ethics.

Doctors here are good but waiting time is too much. Today even though we came on time for 5.30pm appointment, we had to wait for 40 min before nurse calling us for baby's height and weight checking. Later we quickly finished seeing doctor but again at cashier we had to wait for 15 min just to complete formalities. PLEASE NOTE ALONG WITH ME NOT MORE THAN 7 PEOPLE WERE PRESENT AT THAT POINT OF TIME WHICH MEANS IT IS NOT PICK TIME. A LOT OF TIME SPENT SITTING IDLE. They need to improve the service.

Waiting time in this clinic is horrible, even if we are having a proper appointment and had arrived to the clinic 15 mins prior to the appointment time, don't even dream that you can see the doctor on time.you have to wait atleast 30 to 45 mins post appointment time. I have been visiting this clinic for more than 3 years from now nothing has changed so far. Doctors are good here that's why I prefer to visit this clinic and not giving 1 star.appreciate if you can consider in handling the patient waiting time.hoping to see some improvement in near future.

The doctors are good especially Ravi Gupta for Pediatrician, Shyam Shakuja for Dental, Subash for Dermatologist and Mahalakshmi for Gynaecologist. These are the doctors with whom I have dealt with. The worst experience is Orthopeadic who try every opportunity to make money out of customers through scans, bands and other medicines. Even if you don't have symptoms, the doctor can create and scare you. The staff are very helpful and smiling but waiting time is always long. It is definitely very expensive (3-4 times) as compared to prime health center next door
