Mediclinic Al Sufouh

Dr Myrna El Shareef at Mediclinc AL Sufouh branch is the best dermatologist in Dubai. After she treated my case, she kept following up with me regularly to make sure that all my case has been perfectly cured and until today I'm grateful for her. She was always very professional and I referred her to my friends who were very pleased with her way of treating them. THANK YOU Dr Myrna.

I would like to thank Dr Myrna El Shareef who was always so caring with her advice and was following up with my case regularly. She is one of the best Dermatologists I have ever seen and I referred her to a lot of my friends who were so happy with how she treated each case. Honestly, I trust Dr Myrna blindly with everything regarding my skin. She is simply the best.

Please stop using 800 pharmacy for delivery of medicines or take some responsibility or notify patients that delivery via your chosen company is sub standard, over 24 hrs and my 4 year old has not received the prescription medicines, we are only running between 800 pharmacy and theor call center executives, mediclinic has no clue or control over non delivery of medicines.

Extremely bad service, Asma from billing counter, keeps on chatting with her colleague asked me to wait while she’s not doing anything in regards to my transfer. Knowing that I am on 12 hours fasting because of the blood test requirement. Veryyyyy disappointing service!

Thank you Dr. Arun being such a humble and caring, who always gives priority to our concerns and very well explains and sorting out. Apart from this really grateful to you nurses especially vaccination nurse Teena chacko being so professional and kindness.

I am always visiting Dr. Sparsh and Dr. Arun for my daughter! I always find it extremely helpful for my daughter whenever I visit for her. Very welcoming clinic, would highly recommend for childcare, place is pretty nice too with Free parking:)

Dr nevine imam has been of great care and assistance since the birth of my son, and I have been going to her for anything related to mansour for almost 5 years now- if you are looking for a kids friendly pediatrician she is definitely your go to.

Today, i came to visit Mediclinic Al Sufouh to see Dr. Nourallah Qaddoura, where he provided me with the best Services.i thank him for that, as well as the Receptionist Mr. Mohamed Al Maghribi who was very very helpful as usual.

Had today an excellent experience for the first time at this clinic. Everybody is very friendly, it is clean, well organized, and the physician was also kind and caring. Worth all the 5 stars I gave.

I just want to say that I had the best experience in this clinic mainly because of Dr Ghada Albatran. She answered all of my questions and made me at ease. She was there all throughout pre and post surgery and she’s so lovely. She’s very accommodating even her nurse. I’d definitely recommend Dr Ghada.

The experience with the hospital billing team is very bad as they have approached me and chased me for a dose administered 3 months back.

King. One of the best mediclinic and one of the best doctor we are fortunate to meet Dr Mehnaz Mumtaz. We have been seeing Dr Mehnaz since last 8 years. A thorough professional, amazing eye to analyze the diagnosis, always find her well informed about latest medical happenings, uncover the underlying causes instead of going through the standard indicators of reports. Very humble, kind and always goes extra mile to help her patients. We as a whole family feel rest assured with her advice, guidance and feel so blessed to find such a great doctor.

I visit the clinic mostly to see Dr Myrna. I highly recommend her as she’s an expert in her field of dermatology. Always gives the best advice and her treatments have worked wonders for me. The clinic can do with a facelift though it feels very outdated and can be modernized.

I've been going here since 7 years. It used to be very professional. Since 3 months it's become a complete mess. Not enough staff. Everything takes forever. Had to wait 45 mins for a blood test. They don't call back & nobody knows what's happening.
I've decided not to go here anymore due to the slow service

The best pediatrician in town Dr. Nivin Abadrabo. My kids love her and she is so sweet and kind and patient with them. Always greet you with a smile and you step out with a high positive mood! God bless you from Rafa and Mika

I have been visiting this clinic for more than a decade. And trust me I have never been disappointed with any of their faculties.
I would specifically like to mention about a a doctor who isnt a thorough professional but also a great human being and she is Dr Mehnaz Mumtaz.
Dr Mehnaz is a genius. She listens to all your concerns patiently and treats you equally with great enthusiasm. Mediclinic should treasure such doctors and value their services.

Super confusing and unprofessional doctor, I was booked me with a female dermatologist Myrna. S so if u have a rash on ur thighs she wont take you because she refuses to check male patient. To: Mediclinic and the doctor, please work an only female clinic and save urself and ur patients the embarassment.ridiculous x

I went to see Dr. Amer Iqbal. He was really good, I am impressed with the professionalism and the way he approach to the patient.

The doctor was 40 minutes late for a video consultation with my son who is 8. Furthermore he was meant to give him antibiotics as he had sinus infection and a temperature for 2 days. The doctor left the surgery and didn’t do any prescription. I spent my entire evening to get the prescription which he didn’t even put through.

I have never had such an awful experience especially with a doctor who couldn’t care less if a child is sick and the clinic took a consultation fees and never called me back either. It is absolutely appalling. I am taking my children off their record and never visiting them again.

I will also let my friends and colleagues know about such poor uncaring experience.

Quite disappointing to see such a decline of service and professionalism in this clinic in Al Sufouh. I called the call center to book a PCR appointment after waiting for more than an hour a woman picked up and then transferred me again and then someone dropped the call. I came to the clinic as I have heard the available timings from her but apparently there is a new rule of no walk ins even if the clinic is completely empty and the slots are available. And Mohammed in the counter was not able to professionally explain or be any help except the: Management said no walk ins, read the paper response.

Excellent service at every level and point of contact. Charming, helpful staff, and connected systems and processes that make it an effortless experience. A special mention to Dr. Marco Raber who has gone beyond the call of duty to make everything clear and easy.

No punctuality. Even if you have booked an appointment, u have to wait for 10-15 mins always as either staff is busy or there are other patients. Requested them many times but no improvement.

Did PCR test for my son at Mediclinic Al Sufouh. Waiting for results for 2 days as well the number is not reachable.

My PCR test was done after his at Aster Tecom and report came on same day.

I was attended by Dr. Marco Raber at Mediclinic Al Sufouh. Dr. Raber was an excellent physician who attended me with respect, courtesy and friendliness. He answered all question clearly and concisely. He performed a thorough and professional exam and provided excellent guidance and feedback. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and clearly cares for the needs of the patient. An excellent physician and I highly recommend him and Mediclinic.

All the time searching for parking! Crazy expensive for simple consultation. Besides this good.

We have been coming to this clinic for a long time now. Its has a convenient location and very quiet. Had never had to wait in a queue. Always easy to make an appointment. All the staff memebrs are extremely friendly.
I would like to mention Dr. Nevin in particular. She is an amazing pediatric doctor. We have been using her services since my son was born and until now, he is almost 6. She always puts us at ease no matter what is the issue on that day. Being a parent is all about making the right decisions for your child. We definitely made a good decision by sticking to this truly devoted pediatric doctor all these years. Knowledgeable, professional, easily accessible, super friendly and kind Dr. Nevin.

I am a patient of Dr Nouralla Kaddoura, and a loyal client of MediClinic.

My confidence in the healthcare group (MediClinic) was reassured by Dr Kaddoura’s efficient and knowledgeable handling of my visit.

I came in with a recurrent longstanding eye inflammation, to which I have been treated in the past, with no significant improvement.

Dr. Kaddoura identified the root cause my case and guided me with such grace through a seamless sequence of diagnostic tests that revealed the and targeted the underlying issue.

His human interaction and personal care were not less than his sharp knowledge and ability in addressing my long standing concerns.

I walked out with comfort that I have the right treatment prescribed and the appropriate follow up planned out.

I was also impressed by Dr Kaddoura’s timely follow up, which he concluded with an excellent wrap up during my second visit.

I visited Medical Clinic Al-Sufouh for some visual disruptions. Dr Nourallah Kaddoura performed a detailed retinal examination and prescribed eye drops afterwards that tremendously improved my visuals, great doctor and very friendly nursing team.

Amazing clinic and very professional nurses and reception staff. Kind and friendly. Their communication was clear from the moment we came to the reception till we left. Would definitely recommend Dr. NIVIN EMAM pediatrician who made our son feel comfortable and actually enjoyed his time at the clinic. I have been visiting many doctors for the same health issue and finally Dr. Nivin managed to cure it. Would definitely come back to Mediclinic Al Sufouh and to Dr. Nivin whenever I have any concerns with my children or myself.

I have been to the clinic several times for different check ups and procedures, Service has always been great. Employees are warm and efficient. No delays. Doctors and nurses are very professional and helpful.everything is done swiftly, much faster service than other places.

Always my first choice when it comes to Paediatrics. The access to the clinic, the ease in booking, the speed with which things are managed when we get to the clinic is something that I have always a reason al sufouh is my go to. The courtesy of the staff right from parking till the pharmacy is heartwarming.

I have always trusted Mediclinic as my healthcare provider since I have been here at the UAE. The staffs are very nice and friendly especially nurse Maridel who always shows exceptional knowledge and skills in handling the case of my baby. Her sweet and gentle approach gives a reassuring vibe to my daughter whenever we visit for a check up. Kudos to mediclinic al sufuoh for such a great facility!

I tested positive with Covid-19 unfortunately. The Dr prescribed me Ibprofen and some other wrong medications. I waited all day for someone to call back without any hope. I am very dissatisfied with the call center and procedures.

I wish I could give a 0. Worst service ever so far I have experienced. Just to follow up on a blood test took more than 3 days, delay in communicating about medical insurance approvals, utterly careless staff and they will keep you waiting for nurse/doctor for no reason. The doctor I visited for my wife's consultation wasn't helpful either. I had no other choice but to take a second opinion from another clinic. The doctor also seemed non-interested, just doing formality without any proper diagnosis.

I had a very good impression about Mediclinic but I would not recommend Mediclinic specially Al Sofouh center.

Even tho Dubai Mall Branch is newer, I prefer the Soufuh Branch more. As they didn't charge me for treatment like DM Branch does. Love that they accept my insurance and I don't have to reimburse later

Before this experience I used to recommend everyone to go to mediclinic now I never will.
One of the worst clinics. I did a medical test a month ago and been following up for the result and with no feedback. No one has ever called for the result. The doctor is careless so are the nurses. The operator is super rude everytime and it is definitely the last time I go there. He says that it is the wrong number written down although when I gave him my number he found my name and details and an Sms was sent before for the appointment.

They even had the audacity to send a form for feedback and didn't even bother reading it or else they would have solved the issue at hand.

I can give a zero star I would've.

And don't reply saying to get in touch with you. I don't wana waste anymore time to get in touch with you.

What's a waste of time going there.

If I could I would give a 0 stars but sadly it’s not possible. Horrible experience and total misleading. On their website it says clearly that you can do an antibodies test, it has a price and schedule. I tried to call them about 5 times to confirm the info but nobody answered the phone. When we arrived there, they say that it’s impossible to do an antibodies test for anybody except for Chinese (!?). The receptionist was rude and tried to make you feel like it’s your mistake, not their. No apologies, nothing. All she said was “you want to do it? Go to another place” and when I asked why you don’t say it on your website she said “sure we will change it just for you” with a very bad attitude. And one more time I wanna highlight: information on their website says anybody can just walk in for an antibodies test. So you’re taking time off your work, driving there just to meet a rude receptionist and find out that because of your nationality they will not do the test. I don’t see any reason to have a totally misleading information on your website and never pick up a phone, we are paying customers and coming to do not a free service. Minimum what you can do is to provide a true information on your website and answer your phone. And please educate your staff because this kind of communication is a total nonsense.

Had severe lower back pain. Visited Dr. Seyed Jamalian (GP) and he resolved the issue on the same day and even followed up afterwards. The team overall was very attentive and professional.

I’ve only been there once but I was so impressed with how caring the nurse was to me. She made sure I feel comfortable. The gp was really good too. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Their phone number system doesnt work - no matter what number you call it doesnt register. I have been trying to book an appointment and you cant even call them on the phone as none of options work.

I have been in the hospital 2 days ago and visited ENT doctor with symptoms of runing nose almost one week and little painand told him that my neck part is swollen he checked my nose, my ear and throught. But he didn't check my neck that that part is swollen and increased. And he said just clean ur nose with spray and use some other medicine. Even I showed him my mucus which very bad. And I even have to pay for consultancy due that my insurance not ready. For what I paid 600 aed, just to look into my ear and nose. And now I have to go to other hospital and again pay as now after cleaning nose which now is totally block and my ears very paining, and still my neck swallen and I I have a pain in my Jaws. Will not advise to go to ENT doctor.
