Mediclinic Creek Harbour

Very low quality of the service!
First time I went to see doctor Sujata who prescribed different medication (4 of them!) which nothing helped at all! Had to go to another clinics four days later and get the right diagnosis!

Today went with my two newborns to see doctor Wing Chu who I had a really good experience with with one of the babies two weeks ago.
Today they refused me because passport is not ready yet and birth certificate was not with me which was not a problem two weeks ago.
Told that bringing it next day since we live close. But no! Not possible according to the staff and “manager”!
On call while making appointment no one mentioned that we need that! And now you lost three clients!

Very very very bad service and uneducated and incompetent staff!

Never ever recommmend to anyone!

Too bad because really had a good experience with the pediatrician!

If you're looking for a gynecologist, I highly recommend Docteur Zenat at Mediclinic Creek Harbour. She's an amazing listener, she’s patient and takes the time to listen to all your doubts and questions. She's also very gentle and professional.

The hospital medical service is quite bad.
The appointment of patients are not respected. When a doctor cant be at his appointment for any reason the hospital should inform the patients in advance for them not drive all the way for nothing. Unfortunately I drove for more than 45 min to know that my dr is not available. Not only that i was first registered in and took all my vital signs and was sent to wait for my appointment to know later that Dr not around. Really bad hospital management

The reception, nurses and doctors were great. Almost no waiting time for appointments and insurance approvals done promptly.
I want to specifically thank Dr. Zenat Nazzal. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor I've met. She has excellent bedside manner and she made sure all my questions were answered.
I would recommend Dr. Zenat Nazzal without hesitation.

Staff at Dubai Creek Harbour are more interested in being on personal mobiles and eating at reception. The nurses and doctors are great but your first and last impression is let down by the reception team. Spoke with Manager and she quoted policy instead of providing personalized service. Will not be back there.

Incompetent staff every time it takes hours of waiting to get any appointment done. Today I waited one hour with a baby for insurance approval for a mandatory vaccine that did not need approval according to billing.last time we waited two hours. There is also no parking

My son got sick. He's 2 years old. The Child had a temperature of 39.5 (for three days in a row). We went to the clinic to see Dr. Ketharanathan Saravanan. He diagnosed it with a virus. The next day, the child became worse, the temperature was higher. My mother insisted on coming to the clinic again. Another doctor looked at us. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his face, since he was wearing a mask, perhaps it was Muhammad Abdur Rehman. He conducted a more thorough examination, and it turned out that the child had bronchial inflammation! We started giving him an antibiotic. Thank God, after two weeks my son is feeling better! He's still coughing though. But the carelessness of the first doctor could have greatly worsened his health. If my mother had not advised me to visit another doctor the next day, I would have waited for the virus to go away. We need to examine children more carefully!

Went to see Dr. Katheranathan. Pediatrician. He was amazing. Really recommend him. He is great with kids.

I visited dermatologist Dr Lamiia, she helped me with my skin problem by explaining on a high level about my condition, she knows all latest medications and guidelines. I highly recommend her

I am really happy they opened a new branch here and it is very accessible for me. My insurance only covers mediclinic and i dont need to go to other branch for checkup. When i passed by to see the facilities and what services they offer, i think it was John the manager who toured me around. He was very good and very informative. Keep it going mediclinic! I hope they will have emergency department soon and will open 24h!

Faye was a fantastic help! Answered all of my hundred questions, and never once lost her smile. So nice to have such good service right under our doorstep.

It’s the worse clinic ever!
I made there 2 times appointment with physiotherapy. 2 times I came there and they said that the doctor is not on duty! They just tried to send me to another doctor without informing me about that!
After I told them that it’s already 2d time they booking me for a wrong appointment and I just needed to visit Dr. Sarah, they said that they don’t know anything and they are sorry. I lost 2 weeks of my time, first to wait for 1 appointment, and after -one more week -for another one. And at the end they didn’t reschedule me for the doctor Sarah, and didn’t tell me where and how I can book for her!
Very upset with that service! They sitting 3 people on reception staring at computer the whole day and not able to schedule a simple appointment!

I visited Dr. Hiba Dabbagh twice, she was very very kind and took me through all the details of my concerns, she explained each and every point clearly and gave me all the time I needed for my questions to be answered. She showed true care and that made the whole consultation process very comforting!
Also I must add that this clinic is so beautiful and gives off a very positive impression. It is super clean and the staff there are so nice and helpful.
