I just wrapped up my physiotherapy sessions with Ms. Regina, and she helped me so much! I definitely recommend coming to this clinic for physiotherapy!

This clinic needs to hire two pharmacists. It is often closed for breaks. They also don't have a good range if medication available which means you almost always need to go elsewhere to get your medication.

My experience with the physiotherapist Regina Correa was amazing. I had come with a bad hip pain and right from the first session i was convinced I was in good hands. As I finish my final session I step out happyily and thrilled coz I have recovered and can get back to my routine. Every session was a happy one n I used to look forward for the next one coz of the positive n jobial vibes she radiated effortlessly.

Me Aijaz Khan is a very professional Optometrist in Mediclinic Deira and his friendly natures ensures a great customer experience trajectory for the patients. Overall the center provided good quality services and they have a free valet parking service as well.

Mediclinic staff are usually accommodating, and offer friendly approach in every possible way towards everyone who needs their services.
But just a while back, a telephone operator named Reyna/Reina/Reena sounded rude and unfriendly when I inquired about health package. Her way doesn’t fit your core value - Trusting and Respectful. You may want to check the recorded call (if there is any). But as far as I felt, that is not the Mediclinic way.

We are satisfied we the services offered by Mediclinic Deira. We also want to commend Dr. Girlie and Nurse Yuan for providing excellent care everytime we visit the clinic for consultation.

Previously I had seroius neck pain. Thru doctors assesment, I was recommended to have physio therapy sessions on weekends which lasted for almost 9 weeks. I think long term treatment thru proper mobility & strenght training exercise helped me recover. Also, thanks to my therapist, Regina Correa.

A well kept modern facility and all the staff are friendly and professional. We have not experienced any long wait. Dr. Henry Galuba is a specialist indeed. He has taken care of our medical needs very well over the years.

I am very grateful to this Hospital and Dr. Shahid Alam's excellent approach towards his skillful treatment care and diagnosis.

Unfortunately a bad experience for me with my previous set appointment with Dr. Vimala in DCC branch who are unprofessional in following set schedule. Not recommended.

I guess mediclinic deira consider themself as entertainment center or chill spot very casual. They take their sweet time to update patients on the test results and even medication prescriptions.

I had a bad ear ache due to flying. Saw Dr. Elias Younes and followed his instructions from A to Z and by all honesty he is one of the best doctors in town. He understands you so well. Super professional and also makes you understand what you’re actually going through. I love the fact that he actually cares. Looking for the best otolaryngologist, DR EILIAS YOUNES IT IS! And if you’re ever in this branch please ask for Nurse Maebelle for your assistance. Always with a smile and super nice. Thank you Mediclinic. Your team is amazing ️

Clean well maintained facility. Mobile app could be better with more functionalities like downloading lab report etc. Each clinic should have own phone number instead of having a common contact number.

Visited Mediclinic Deira City Centre few weeks back for eye check up. Must mention optometrist Dr Aijaz who did the routine & the extended eye examinations prescribed meticulously & explained the results in details. Special mention about Dr Umashankar who also performed post dilation retina checks and provided comfort. Not to forget April who co-ordinated the process with the doctors during my 2 visits to the clinic

Became a victim of an untrained staff at call Centre. Wife had an appointment at Mediclinic DHCC branch at 10: 00am for some examination. Was looking for another appointment for GP since we both got fever at night. Since the next GP available appointment was at 4: 00pm on the same branch and I was looking for the immediate one, I was recommended to take GP appointment at mediclinic deira Branch which was available for 11: 40 and 12: 00 noon. So taken as suggested.

After spending 1 hour on the road, I and my wife Reached to hospital at appointment time and was told that Axa insurance card is not accepted here and we have to pay CAsh which I refused.

After lots of argument I was told that I can see the doctor after 3 hours at Gharound branch which was not acceptable, I quit and went to ESH in DHCC.

I told them that my son is already sick and we are on road for last 1 hour for this appointment but they didn’t accommodate us.

It was their error and I found this process ridiculous that they were not able to take necessary action to compensate their own mistake and let us see the doctor on the appointment.

I have raised the issue with DHA. Let’s see how it goes.

My concerns are

1. Lack of training for call Centre staff
2. I told them we both have the fever so let’s proceed with appointment but they cannot allow this until I accept the cash payment option. Which I believe is not correct and requires amendment.

Highly recommended clinic, specially Dr. Hamsa. Very professional and kind doctor. Made my visit comfortable and easy.

I had an Eye consult there, & was especially impressed by the Optometrist, Mr. Aijaz Khan. He was thoroughly professional & dedicated and could guide very properly about my glasses!

Very bad experience, i took my daughter so the doctor requested a test for her, no one called to give us the result, also it’s extremely hard to talk to someone on the phone. Not prefesionnal at all, after that no prescription has been sent. A pure DESASTER even though the doctor was very nice and very thoughtful

I had a very bad experience with Ms. Maria Galves from Mediclinic Deira City Center Branch. She is very aggressive, she is not friendly at all, she interrupts you while you are speaking, she doesn’t listen, very arrogant, and she is unapologetic. She even raised her voice toward me and then called the security guard. She asked for my emirates id and when I refused to give it, she then threaten me and even ridiculed me by saying “Wow, baka kailangan mo mgpatingin a ibang doctor” which means “Wow, I think you should seek help from another Doctor” in which in our culture, in our country this line is about seeking for Mental check-up. Is this the way to speak to the customer? No respect at all.

I've been to different branches of Mediclinic like in Dubai Mall, Garhoud, Healthcare City, and their customer service there was excellent! This is my first time experiencing this kind of treatment from a person who is claiming to be the Patient Administrator Manager

The behavior that portrays by Ms. Maria is unfit to handle the customers at all she is seating in the reception area, frontline to greet customers and welcomes them. This kind of behavior is very unacceptable.

My kid had a consult with Dr Borhan El Eter, apart from not communicating in plain English, he would over complicate his use of dental jargon. After getting a second opinion from an another dentist with similar qualifications, I was told that Boran was over servicing and the proposed treatment was not required. Only 10% of what Boran proposed needed to be done.

I was suffering from acute heal pain, consulted Dr Subbiah Surendran who diagnosed it rightly as Achilles tendonitis, prescribed medications and referred to his Physiotherapy team. I did my physiotherapy sessions with Ms. Regina; she is friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my queries and addressed them well. She is a real star whom I recommend unreservedly. She took genuine interest and tailored exercises (in consultation with Dr. Subbiah Surendran) required to relieve my pain and to strengthen my Achilles tendon. A very dedicated Physiotherapist, her level of practical treatments makes her second to none. Thank you Ms. Regina, keep up your great work.

Dr. Regina has been treating me for severe back pain I had.

It started with severe pain at hip.

After couple of sessions, i started feeling far better.

Especially the kind of exercises She taught, gave me remarkable relief.

This is a very irresponsible hospital, you can't trust them, I did an IGM test at 3pm yesterday and they promised to send me the results within 24 hours, but they still haven't sent me the results until 7pm today, I called three times and each time I was told they would follow up but couldn't resolve my issue and I had to cancel my flight due to the inability to provide an IGM report. Sincerely recommend that you do not choose this hospital, the worst experience!

Im suffering from lower back injury and groin pain for yrs.when I started the physiotherapy it helps a lot in reducing the pain. I'm on my 2nd batch of therapy and really happy with the the results.

**Physiotherapy**
I was having consistent pain on my upper back for a long time. I was trying to endure it but it became too much, pain was always there, and it always feel heavy on the right side. I cannot even sleep due to sharp pain. It affects my focus and being comfortable on daily basis.
I went to Mediclinic for check up, they did xray and found muscle spasm and issues on the neck due to bad posture and consistent office work without exercise.
I had 6 sessions with Dr. Regina Correa. She was the most friendly and approachable doctor I have ever met. I felt really open and comfortable with her even if its my first time to do physiotherapy sessions. Just after the first session, I started to feel better. She did medical massage, dry needling, electrical muscle stimulation which is my favorite, and of course several exercises.
I highly recommend Mediclinic City Center and Dr. Regina as they are very helpful, professional and well experienced. The facility and the rest of the staff are the same.

I keep calling the customer service for schedule of my physical therapy. Its been 2 weeks now. They keep on saying they will call back. But no body calls. So disappointing on your service.

Really happy with my child’s pediatrician, Dr. Romulo Dimarucut — he is experience combined with a sincere concern for his patients and love for his vocation. Would highly recommend him to parents out there. Would also like to commend nurse Grace who brings with her positivity and genuine care for patients. They are both gems in Mediclinic DCC!

Only appointment accepted no walk-Ins. Friday working day sadly deira City center community does not have a doctor.

Dr Abdulrazzak Saiyed is a great listener. He gives you plenty of time and ask all necessary questions and explains treatment plan and preventive methods. Excellent Doctor.

Very bad customer experience, you can’t reach the clinic by phone at all no one answer or follow up and all over promises

Regina Correa was my physiotherapist for a frozen shoulder. She gave me excellent, professional care and was very friendly at the same time. The exercises that she assigned (prescribed?) to me were easy to do, but also extremely easy to do at home. If you need physiotherapy, I highly recommend Regina.

I have been here for tooth extraction and Dr. Archana louis did an amazing job. She made sure i am comfortable and explained everything. Definitely the best health care in city

I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND MEDICLINIC FOR PCR TESTING! I took my PCR test yesterday with DCC clinic, until now i don't have my PCR result. It's been 23hrs.already. Tried calling the customer service twice and they said the people who handles the report doesn't answer the call and I'm flying in 12hrs.

The experience was great so far.

It's clean & parking space are available near the highway.

A coffee shop is available to make your staying more comfortable.

I really enjoy going there with my wife for check-ups.

Dr Chery Lyn at Clinic at the DCC is a wonderful Doctor with lots of experience and amazing with patients. Her knowledge in weight management is top notch. Very practical and the best quality is won’t push you for unnecessary screening which is the most annoying habit I have seen with many Dubai. She is bubbly at all times and never treat you as annoying when you have 101 questions to ask

Dr. Liza gave clear and valued information helping me to understand my health position giving confidence and clarity. Knowledge, experience & care, Dr. Liza will be my only Cardiology doctor.

I got amazing experience from Chinese speaker staff, she gave very nice service and patience, really appreciated from her

Very clean facility and amazing staff. The doctors are very professional and humble. Dr. ALAM is one of the best doctors I have ever come across in Mediclinic, he goes above and beyond his duty to make sure his patients’ are well taken care of and their health is his utmost priority. I highly recommend Mediclinic and especially Dr. Alam as family and internal medicine specialist.

This clinic feels like home to me. I remember coming the first time for my baby check up with Dr Romulo Dimarucut. All the staff are accomodating. They offered me a room to breastfeed my baby. Dr Romulo is very down to earth and open to all my queries. Child friendly and very dedicated to his work. He assured me that my children will receive the best care. Apart from that his nurse assisted us very efficiently. Gave us an option where to go out so that we dont need to walk long in scorching heat. I really recommend this clinic specially Dr Romulo Dimarucut.

The worst service I have experienced ever. I paid up for 2 test but received the report for only 1 test. When I called the number listed on the paid up invoice, the telephone numbers are all incorrect. When I got the phone number from the website, after 35 rings, someone consistently disconnects the phone. So I am left with no other option but to visit the clinic personally. Shameful service. You get a NIL rating from me.

I had a horrible experience related to the medical staff, she was very aggressive, and shouting in a shocking way which is really bad and affecting a great name such as mediclinic.
When we asked her to get us another nurse for the service we need she replied rudely that there is no one but her.
I hope that experience will not be faced to any onther patient in the future

Terrible! No one at pharmacy for long. Call center unhelpful. Customer survey that opens only in Arabic. Zero coordination between departments in house.

One of the best clinics in Dubai. Spacious waiting area, accessible parking spaces right by the main entrance, there’s a pharmacy and Starbucks kiosk in the lobby, the admin staff and nurses are friendly and courteous.

Special thanks to Dr Romulo Dimarucut of Pediatrics. An amazing, caring doctor — he’s great and gentle with kids, always gracious at answering questions and very detailed at explaining matters of concern. Checks in/do follow-ups post consultation and replies to emails promptly. There’s really a genuine concern on the well-being of your child.

Very bad at answering calls! They keep disconnecting calls when I called them on their switchboard 5-6 times, but each was purposely disconnected by them!

Removing 4 teeth with Local anesthesia may sound painful but not with a talented hand and amazing nurse such as

Horrid service. The phones are never answered. The receptionist takes the number and says the concerned department will call back. Refuses to TRANSFER the call.

Didn’t like the way I was treated, took forever to get attended to despite the hospital reception being almost empty when I got there. Went into the assessment room after having waited a while (nurse was nice) and I thought finally the wait is over only to wait for another 55mins by the chair in the corridor so I could see the Dr. Didn’t help that they also refused to take my insurance even after they had said over the phone they would need to confirm it, they didn’t even bother to look at it

First time visit at Mediclinic Deira. I had visited other hospitals and didn't cure for corn on feet and they all suggested for surgery. But here DR. VIMALA VINOD, did an extra ordinary treatment with the feel of feathertouch. Highly recommended and Calm atmosphere too.

MEDICLINIC almost inside the DCC shopping mall. Quite decent faculty of the doctors available from 09: 00 AM to 08: 00 PM and it’s not even tricky to get wishlist appointments. Even if you don’t have appointment that’s the place where you can go and manage to grab a doctor with a decent waiting time. Staff as well as doctors and superb.

Very nice clinic with supporting and courteous staff. Minimal waiting time.peaceful ambiance without noise. All specialities available. Very close to Deira City centre and just next to pullman hotel. Easy parking, you can either use P3 parking of deira city centre or the front RTA parking, very conveniently located right in front of clinic. Highly recommended!

The worst experience ever. I called them to confirm my insuranceis is covered with them and they give the green light. But when i reached from Abu Dhabi to them different stories i received.

Dont take the advantage of UAE locals they will agree on anything we will say no with any one will abusing us.

According to my experience, this is the best place to visit if you have any health issues.
I visited this Clinic several times. The nurses, doctors and the management are very friendly. They take care of the patients and they are always at their disposal for any help or advise.
If you are a walkin patient, they will find you a schedule and make sure that the waiting time is the same as someone with appointment.

Been there with the entire family and wasn't disappointed at all, friendly staff and professional management.
Doctors of high quality especially pediatricians the way they treat kids is exceptional.

I have always had a good experience with Mediclinic and generally speaking would rate them highly, but avoid this one unless you have hours to sit around waiting for insurance approvals. They also don't bother calling back when they say they will. Never had this problem at their other clinics.

Made an appointment but when i showed up they told me that the service cannot be done that day as they need to get an approval from my insurance. If this is their process it is fine but i wished they could have informed me when i made an appointment and arrange to get the approval earlier. My appointment is to get ther service not get the insurance approval.
