Wonderful clinic experience! Minimal wait time, and the staff, especially Farrah, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Farrah, my RN, provided me with exceptional care, warm smile and performed her duties admirably.

Dr Noor Ali- Exceptional Care and Expertise
Extremely happy that I found Dr Noor Ali at MEDICLINIC Dubai Hills Mall. I recently visited Dr Noor, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. The clinic's atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Noor Ali for anyone seeking a family GP.

I am extremely grateful to have found Dr Amber Syed during my pregnancy journey.
Pregnancy can always create uncertainty but Dr Amber has created such a loving and safe environment for me. From the movement you walk into the room you can see her lovely warm smile.

I've been visiting Kelly twice now for physio. She helped me alot with recovery and exercises! She is so sweet and super competent. A bonus having the clinic at the mall because I can get errands done. Overall very smooth experience.

Always fantastic service by dr Amber Syed - extremely knowledgeable and professional, always calm, reassuring, friendly and approachable. Her assistant/nurse is also an absolute gem. The new mediclinic in Dubai Hills mall is also great!

Quite nice and orderly. I had an appointment with Dr. Das at dermatology, excellent physician. And they have a nice pharmacy headed by Shaji, great pharmacist.
Why 4*? Because their call center does not give you the information that THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE CONTRACTS in order yet.
So you should pay and claim. They are simply hiding this information in your appointment call, and you learn about it in the second call from the clinic directly. Not good for business.

Worst experience
The Gynecologist refused to see, even though I told them that I am pregnant and bleeding
They even didn't dare to check my blood pressure or offer me any help
I rang the call center for appointment and they told me go as walk in, I went and wasted my time.
The receptionist was very rude and didn't even offer any other kind of help.
I am surprised that this is new clinic, is this how you start? !
