awful! Scheduled for an X-ray almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them. Quite expensive for an abysmal service.

Dr Firas Al Khoury the pediatrician is amazing.he takes time to explain eveything, talk with the kid and explain what he will do. My daughter has a doctor and hospital phobia since very young due to bad experiences and she dont trust doctor. She said: ´This doctor is the best, is nice, patient and never lies´
The clinics is modern and ultra clean, all the staff is pro and nice.prices are reasonable for Dubai and you get top service, gift bag, free follow up consultation same week ect. Will be my go to place when we are in Dubai.

Absolutely pathetic response on queries. Chasing the IBN Battutta mediclinic for last 2 days to get the blood test report, with no luck. Frustrating to say the least.

Christian was a very good physio. He helped me not just get back to where I was before, but even more flexible, and he also gave me a good understanding of what I was doing so that I would be able to try to work on it myself after sessions as well.

Came here for emergency to check our baby’s burn since it’s the nearest from our place, but the pediatric doctors did not accommodate us or didn’t even want to see the case. Worst clinic to go in emergency cases.

I have been to other branches of Mediclinic. But this one is not up to the mark. They seem to add many hidden costs. Not satisfied. This had happened with me twice. I will avoid this clinic now.

I want to share my experience with Physiotherapy specialist Mrs Helen Boland at Mediclinic Ibn Batota.luckily my Ortho Dr.advised therapy for C4 and C5 cervical issue and I got connected to her.she immediately understood the situation and within 3 sessions and some amazing but basic exercise relief me completely. Alhumdulillah.
She is really talented and experienced.

I had upper shoulder pain when i went for 1st session but with his magic after 5 session i feel stress free and incredible relief along with the recommended exercises and posture correction as i had lot of posture issue. Have been seeing Christain Haj for physiotherapy for knee pain at the Ibn battuta branch. My experience with him has been excellent so far. He's extremely knowledgeable and works individually with each patient to develop a plan that works. I've seen improvement in my knee pain in just one month, which has never happened with any physio before. Would recommend him without any hesitation

My experience with Physio Mr. Christian Hajji -Mediclinic IBN batuta was great he told me exactly the reason for the pain after the elbow surgery he gave me good guidance and exercise to improve my movement of my hand before meeting Mr. Christian hajji I had terrible pain now i am able to use my hand much better than before iam confident continuing the physio will improve a lot in near future

UPDATE: Two days after the visit to the doctor they sent my test results to my husband's phone instead of mine. How did they even get his number? From the insurance? This is a breach of privacy and absolutely horrible. Never visiting that hospital again.

I had to wait 45 minutes after the appointment just to get my meds from the clinic's pharmacy. The doctor doesn't give you the receipt with the names of the meds, you have to get everything from the clinic's pharmacy, so you are stuck there. There was only one counter operational and it took the pharmacist 5 to 10 minutes to deal with each customer. I was in pain and needed the pain relief meds to feel better, so it was pure torture. 45 minutes of torture when I could have bought the meds in 2 minutes in a pharmacy next door. I would rather do that and pay more than wait in agony. My health issue is infection, so I was also worried about staining my clothes.

Update your opening time, they are wrong, otherwise people waste their time and then they change clinic

There is no way to communicate with clinic or pharmacy. I had an issue with pharmacy, they provided me with prescription by entering into system as self pay. I couldn't buy medicine from outside thru insurance. To contact pharmacy and get new prescription was 2 days. When they issued new prescription again they made a mistake by linking it with expired insurance. It took again 2 more days. Finally had to visit clinic and sort this out.
Didnt expect such pethatic Service from big service provider.fee charges doesn't align with service provided.such an inconvenience, not acceptable.

I been visiting clinic since 3 years and over all the registration staff & pharmacy staff are very arrogant.

Overpriced substandard service. Went to do several checkups from different doctors but most of the time I end up getting a second opinion from another doctor from a better hospital/clinic. Also went to the derma recently and they were charging 300% more for the same procedure as compared to another clinic. Plus always getting prescribed more meds than I require.

Reception staff have attitude problem, they don't know what is customer service. Few of nurses don't know politeness. Long waiting time.
We were told that they will call us for lab tests in 24 hours but until 5 days no one called, despite of us calling clinic everyday.
And now we are here, no proper process to start, waiting again for hours.

Mixed emotions with this clinic as we have been coming here for the past 12 years and we’ve built good relationships with some of the doctors. But recently our waiting time has been incredibly long. We had a 1040 appointment and was asked to come at 1020, then the doctor only saw us at 1115. Unfortunately it has been like this for the past few months now and has become the norm. This is apart from the waiting time for the pharmacy. It’s conveniently close to our place so we don’t want to go anywhere else, but if going to the clinic means wasting 2-3 hours each time, then surely its better to travel a bit further and save precious time.

The place is clean and relatively big with good equipment, however there is some problem with personnel at reception, and even medical doctors. Not surprisingly there are no much clients. Everything and everyone is slow and relaxed and a little careless

My surgery process and stay at Parkview Medical Hospital was very smooth and stress free all the way. A very big shout out to my doctor, Dr. Sheila Labrador Illescas for being such a kind-hearted, caring and wonderful doctor. She was so hands on and has taken all the efforts and have made me feel so special amidst her very busy schedule. A special mention to Dr Sheila's assistant, Dennette too for her assistance and care. Hats off to all the staff of Parkview Medical Hospital, where i felt so cared for from the admission up till when i was checking out. Special mention to the nurses: Rose, Vinu and Rheichelle and even to the housekeepers and staff who brought my food to the room. All of them were so friendly and caring! It felt like it was my immediate family who cared for me during recovery. Thanks to the staff at the operating and recovery rooms-they have been nice to me too! Overall, i am giving Parkview Mediclinic Hospital the best and highest scores ever! Thank you very much!

Dr. Sheila Labrador-Illescas (OB-Gyne Specialist) - her medical knowledge is really astounding. She has a unique way to make her patient comfortable. Highly recommended! Her cheerfulness and positive aura is just a giveaway. Shoutout to Nurse Dennet for being so professional and kind too.

Worst experience i ever had with clinic. Unprofessional behaviour from the man on counter, my queue ticket appeared in the screen so i went to the counter but he went to the next ticket and told me you are late! I told him my ticket on screen and he said no i called you now your turn ended!

Dr Laura Horne one of the best family doctors in Dubai! She is so caring, following up by calls herself to provide any additional advices and to update on tests results etc.for me she is going above and beyond even from the first visits! Even she ensued that I have received my medicines.not all doctors in Mediclinic with that level! Mediclinic has to focus on the quality and patient experience concept when hiring not only the medical experience of your staff as recently the overall level was below average!

Worst treat from the woman at the desk service ever. Her manners were horrible, I called the call center of mediclinic before I went ti ask if they did PCR test, and they said it would be possible before 20: 00. After waiting 30 mins at 17: 30 the staff attending patients refused to take our request for PCR saying it was too late. Misleading info from mediclinic call center and horrible treat from thebstaff and the reception desk.

Had my 6 years old son for Vaccination and and PCR test there and the nurse doing the job was not trained how to deal with children at all.
Both times when she entered the room told us to hold his hand, fit and for PCR test his neck, in a way that my son could hear her and tantrum before starting the job!

Slow service. No available nurses to guide you to the doctor if I didn’t approach the staff in the reception to assist me to the doctor, I would just wait for nothing there! Can you also put at least two cashiers and also the pharmacy’s service was so slow. If I only had a choice that time to go to other clinic I would have too.

Very unproffesional, I asked at Ibn Batutta about the special offer package for Men and gave my contact details they told me someone would call me and no one did. Then I chatted with Mediclinic online chatline and gave them my co tact details and the chat employee assured me someone would call me, no one did. I dont think they want business

I will only come here to see Dr Basel. He is the most trusted Internal Medicine I have met in Dubai. He is very experience and always spot on, it will never go wrong with him. His nurse Ms Elizabert is very helpful and caring, one of the most experience and supportive nurse so far. Thank you so much Dr Basel and Ms Elizabert.

Visited for my Son (8 years) old who was having Fever in Oct 2019 and was advised by the Pediatrician to do the Influenza test and I can to know only at the counter that I need to pay Additional AED 299 for the Test. Apparently that is been convered for another colleague in my office who did it from NMC Dxb in a span of few days. The Staff are lethargic and dont bother to check properly with the Insurance team. Disappointed for the high fee they charge.

Wait an hour for my prescription. When you are poorly and in desperate need of rest, the last thing you want to do is waiting for an hour for two sets of tablets. Understand it is busy but none of the other Mediclinic branches I have been to has been this slow. Very disappointing and I will never return.

Mediclinic IBN Battuta is a well-rounded polyclinic.it has everything I need for me and my family.from paediatrics, dental, internal med, family med, physio, and pharmacy.it also has both lab and radiology services.the doctors and nurses are well-knowledgeable and well-trained in caring for their patients.it is likewise accessible for everyone.i simply love this place and for sure i will come back here for all my healthcare needs.

Me and my family always choose to go to Mediclinic Ibn Battuta. The service we get there from everyone is exceptional. Professional front desk staff, Experienced doctors and nurses and a safe place to be in if you have kids.

Doctors are good and nurses are very warm and helpful but the pharmacy staff are extremely slow in their service. Took them half an hour to apply for approvals and another half an hour to have the medicines. Hope that they are trained better to offer better customer service.

I really appreciate the effort from every one in mediclinic Ibn Battuta. I have an issue that was missed by many doctors in the past. Thanks for Dr. Radwa the Gynaecologist who has a wonderful combination between professionalism and caring.

Visited the clinic today for HPV vaccination and they charged me specialist consultation fee. I’m just a walk in patient who voluntarily wants to be vaccinated. It’s disappointing that they still have to arrange appointment in their system (which I think is not really required) and eventually make me pay for the consultation fee. I only told the doctor that I want to be vaccinated and I had to pay 93 AED for that conversation - unbelievable!

I made a visit last week for an ankle injury. The whole visit took an hour from start to finish, which I think is superb service. I was called to be looked at within
15 minutes, xrayed and then saw doctor for diagnosis and advice. Every step of the way staff were pleasant and courteous. Every single one of them introduced themselves, including the nurses and xray staff. All in all, speedy, efficient and courteous service. Thank you very much Mediclinic. Someone gained my Loyalty

The perfect neighborhood place, the doctors here have stabilized themselves as professional caring people, i have known them for years and they have always giving me and my kids the comfort and medical advice i have always looked to.

If the dr is off, they will not able to contact the dr to inform me about a certain thing! Really horrible! The lady said through the phone the hospital doesn’t have the dr contact number! How dare is that!

Lousy. Negligent. Callous. Don’t even go there. A basic test that takes 2 hours at aster etc took 4 days at mediclinic. A test report that takes 2 days is still not available after 5 days. I’ve tried reaching them for >5 times every day over 3-4 days but have had only two conversations and one response (the test report that takes <2 hours, on the fourth day). Btw, this test report suggested urgent action, but had I not followed up, no one at mediclinic would have bothered, whereas I was told - “we will call if any medication is required”. The pain persisted that’s why I figured out that I needed to see my test results. A week after the test, multiple follow ups, two “I am sorry this happened with you and i will do my best to rectify” people at the other end of the line, and I don’t have the reports yet. This is not how a clinic should work.

These actions border on dangerous levels of callousness and negligence.

Worst place for medical care I've ever been to. They have no concern for the appointment and the patient’s time. They are rude. Right from the receptionist to the doctor. I have experienced 2 doctor so far, the dermatologist and the pediatrition and I only went there because I thought expensive meant better service. It doesn't. The reception staff is rude, the doctors are careless and the whole experience is a waste of time and money.

Ibn Battutta Mediclinic have two of the best Pediatricians in Dubai, Shout out to Dr. Maha Rajab, Dr. Azzam and to their very creative nurses. Thanks for always accommodating me and for taking a very good care of my babies, God bless

The pharmacy guys are a bunch of confused souls.rofl.they call out my token number to tell me to wait for "5" more minutes.and then 15 more go by. Never going back for sure! By the way can I give zero stars next time?

Trust the bad reviews and don't come. Very bad service. Sometimes these places forget who is paying for a service. If you offer me an appointment, you cannot afford to be late to serve me without previous notice. And if you ask any clerk to solve it, they will tell "doctor is very busy". Well then don't make so many appointment slots and give more time to each patient. Not recommended. Edit: and they make you pay for coffee.
