Dr Rami is truly one of the best dentists in Dubai. I am always very anxious about visiting dentists and having any procedure done. Dr Rami is always very calm, makes sure all procedures are painless and always takes time to explain what needs to be done and gives advices on dental care. There is no other dentist in Dubai I would go to or recommend.

Anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist, I can highly recommend Tharani Sivaram at Mediclinic Me’aisem City Centre. I had lost faith in the benefits of physiotherapy after not receiving any benefits from it with other physios, and was reluctantly considering surgery to relieve my back pain. However, Tharani seems to instinctively know what points to work on and the right exercises to bring immediate relief.

We have visited Dr. Leonardo Oliveira for eye consultation of our 3 years old daughter. Dr. Leonardo Oliveira is fantastic, he is super friendly and patient with kids and our daughter has immediately felt comfortable with him. The whole process was like a fun experience for her. We all had a pleasant experience and we will definitely come back when needed.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Rami at the Mediclinic Me'asiem Clinic Dentistry department. I had gone there for tooth filling. Dr Rami explained the process thoroughly and the expected outcome. He ensured I was always comfortable throughout the procedure and finished the whole procedure painlessly. The mall is a great place to do some shopping after the doctors appointment. Easy access and parking easily available.

Incredible experience with Dr Rami Elsherbini at Mediclinic Maeism. He has completely changed my perception of dentistry and any fear or negativity towards visiting the dentist.

He explains everything clearly and in an understandable way. He was extremely professional and at the same very personable.

Took his time with working with my teeth and was meticulous with his planning, anaesthesia, treatment and post consultantion followup and paperwork.

3 months before I did dental scaling at mediclinic meisam by Dr Rami. I was so impressed by his explanation for dental procedure n I decided to do composite veeners procedure from Dr. Rami only. Today we had our first visit to the new branch of Mediclinic inside Me'aisem City centre mall. It was a dental appointment with Dr Ramy Al Sherbini.

We were impressed by his attentiveness and caring to explain every single step of the dental treatment. He is competent and have a humble way in treating his patient.

I strongly recommend Dr Ramy.

Getting blood test results after 4 days is impossible
And the staff is rude and refused to send me my results to my registered email
And they kept on referring to other doctors to follow up my results where I made it clear I don’t want other doctor and I will go to my own family doctor but I need a copy of my results where they kept in refusing sending it to me!

Very bad experience. They made my appointment at 9am Saturday saying to reach 20 min earlier for formalities, while it turns out they are closed during weekend! Why no one told me or call me? All the way from Gantoot for nothing. Such a shame Mediclinic Me’aisem very disappointing. I have to return now played. And even when i call the call centar girl was so rude. I will come back to make a complain even in the mall as its a shame to have such clinic without response

Visited this clinic last week and I was so happy and statisfied, from the receptionist, doctors, nurses and especially the cleanliness of the clinic! Highly recommended

Couldn’t even get through the answering machine to make an appointment. Tried calling 3 time, but same message about the new Parkview clinic keeps playing on repeat.

Its was really bad experience with them everytime once the sended my husband's medicine after 48 hours later. And also they forgot to send me the report which i ask for several times

They have only a few specialists here. It This clinic inside the mall
It is a small mall having big Carrefour inside. The shops are limited. Parking is outdoor. It is the best option for shopping for the area.

Well the doctors are good specially the pediatric he is amazing BUT there’s a problem WHEN CALLING to BOOK an appointment we have to LISTEN TO the ANSWER MACHINE to finish and CALL like 100 to GET SOMEONE ANSWERING our calls.this is really BAD

Completely unethical medical system in UAE. We mentioned to the receptionist that we are on a visit, hence no local insurance and our kid is having mild fever and cough. In spite of the same this clinic insisted that we enrol and pay up and advanced consultancy charge of AED 500. At this cost we can even do a surgery by a super specialist in our country India. This is rediculous.

Dr. Khan is very welcoming and has a solution to all medical problems. Service is quick and you dont have to wait to long. Highky recommended!

Had really bad experience. The receptionist is rude and doesn't care about the patients. The doctors are rarely available at the clinic. I went there with a back pain at 2.25 PM on 9th August 2016 and the receptionist said the doctor is there only till 2.30 PM so she won't see me. The clinic is open till 9 PM without any doctor. The receptionist and the other staff is getting paid to sit there till evening. They have opened this clinic as a formality and the services are not available. In case of emergency or even a trivial sickness, don't bother going there.
