Very bad service , poor admin team with no experience on how to deal with patients or people.

I am surprised, i should contact you! I complained and the Admin person who came to see me was not good.

You have my details check your records and speak to your staff who they didn't care when i complianed in person.

There's another good clinic opposite to Medclinic which is much better.

Poor admin team, 3rd time visiting in a month and still asking for my emirates ID when they've taken a copy each time and obviously not uploading it on their system. Put wrong ERX number on my prescription too wasting so much time back and fourth.

Doctors however are great.

Very bad customer service in this branch. Waiting more than a week for test results and dr’s call. Each time have to call the call centre and raise a ticket.

My daughter went thru an allergic reaction no one could help my sons HORRIBLE cough of over a month and they’re just ready to keep taking money it’s a business not a clinic with doctors I used to love this place but now I’ve changed my stance with the previous visits don’t recommend

Usually i would like to give higher rank to the doctors
But today i was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the clinic considering its meant for kids specially the play area

It was sticky dirty and I couldn’t touch the toys on the wall which should be thoroughly sanitized considering kids play there

Check the pics (which cannot show the sticky feeling but can show the dirt)
Also the chairs had kids hand marks and some of the staff had very heavy coughs which i could hear frequently.
I expect better from mediclinic

If I could only give 0 I would gladly give it! Unprofessional stuff, they issued wrong medication to my son and incorrect erx number to another! Called them 20 times, no response and even when they were informed they did not want to help! Terrible, and not the first time wrong erx was issued, save yourself trouble and avoid thic clinic! Not to mention that call centere cannot help you correcting erx, what an unhelpful system of mediclinic!

Dr Shiras is an heaven sent to my daughter. He genuinely cares about her and always make time to see her, ensure she’s okay and gave her the most effective care in the world. I pray for him everyday. He’s a rare gem.

Very bad experience with the staff, cashier doesn’t want to bother himself and call the insurance, no body there to help

Dr. Mesrure Kaplan is gynecologist and obstetrician who I highly recommend. She has been always very nice and kind. Her professional approach and empathy makes me always feel comfortable. She did an amazing job with cesarean I had to have. Me and my husband will always be grateful to Dr. Mesrure for helping to deliver our son in good health.

Our daughter's temperature was 39.6 and registration officer, nurses and doctor behavior was more of a robot, very slow and non caring at all, doctor name was Randa and the prescription we got was not even the same meds doctor advised would prescribe.complete mess

No respect for time. My appointment was at 2. Dr. Suzanne arrived 10 mins late (no previous appt) and spends 10 mins talking to other doctors even though the nurse told me the she is informed I was waiting for her.

I visited the pediatrician because my son had a high temperature and the doctor prescribed for him antibiotic, After a week, his temperature was still high. I called the doctor and he said That is better to check on my son again. I called the clinic and told them, but they told me that I should pay again for a new visit (almost 600 AED)! How is that when my son is still receiving the same treatment as before! They do not care if the child is still sick. The important thing is that they take more money and very bad services.

My girls are seeing Ms. Randa.she is so calm and great with kids. Always good experience with them.

Dr. Shaheena Hameed is one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met, she is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having and she listens, asks the right questions, takes her time and is honest. I'll see her soon for my medication refill.: P

I find the nurses and doctors at this clinic are always very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to take care of patients. Dr Taqi is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. His experience is clearly extensive and he has my utmost trust.

Dr Shiras is an exceptional Doctor who we have been seeing since our son was one-month old. He is not only extremely experienced, he also offers a very personalised and attentive approach with empathy and genuine care. Dr Shiras helped get us admitted to hospital when our baby was only 4 weeks old with a life threatening condition that had not been identified previously, he made a full recovery and we are very grateful.

Dr. Shiras is a very good pediatrician I know in Dubai. He is very kind and friendly to kids. He understands the fears of parents and give professional advices.

Dr. Shiraz is one of the best pediatrician we have seen in Dubai. He is excellent with kids. We have always had a great experience with Dr. Shiras.

They will never revert after taking sample for lab test.you have to call them for days asking for your reports.

This 5 star review would be directly linked to Dr Mohamed Shiras, we have been fortunate enough to have him look after our 3 daughters since he arrived in Dubai and can't recommend him highly enough. It is so important to have a reliable paediatric doctor and thankfully Dr Shiras is always so kind and caring. Would give more than 5 stars if possible

Very bad experience, Dr Shaheena family doctor is not supportive for patient needs and dealing with patient as if lying! No one care for patient, only care to collect consultation fees, delayed sending prescription and wrong prescription with no response to
My several emails and no one even cared to call. Many calls and complications. They just took the consultation and threw the prescription with not a singel respect to patient needs. Don’t recommend at all. Worst experience ever with Mediclinic

Finally we found Dr Taqi. It’s not that easy finding the “gem” in the pool of doctors in Dubai and we’re lucky we met. From the first treatment - which was an emergency - to the regular visits we do for the family, we are never in doubt. Dr Taqi is fabulous with kids and adults, puts himself into his patients shoes and explains extremely clearly. He is not fan to prescribe lots of medicine which works perfectly well with me. 6 starts for Dr Taqi if I could!

We visited Dr. Shiras and would recommend him to all new mothers out there. Always cheerful and so comfortable with babies. In case you are struggling with something or if anything bothering about your baby, give him a try and you will not disappointed.

Dr Shiras at Mediclinic Meadows is fantastic. We have been to a few Paediatricians in Dubai and were never really comfortable with them. Too “adult like”. As soon as we saw Dr Shiras, he took toys out for our 21 month old and sat at her level to make her feel comfortable. Have been back a few times and we have received the same high standard of care.

Amazing, smooth and great service. Dr Taqi Zaidi identified the issue within seconds and gave me the antibiotics to heal me completely. The first 2 days of Antibiotics was crazy but her kept in touch and guided me through.

Dr. Taqi Zaidi is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but it is always a pleasure to speak with him at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient, with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend making him your new GP!

I recently visited Mediclinic Springs for a help with a medical issue and met Dr. Taqi Zaidi. He was very personable, happy and enthusiastic to help. An excellent initial consult was followed by helpful and informative meetings during my treatment. He specializes in Family Medicine, and certainly has the knowledge and demeanor to make one feel calmer during diagnosis. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Randa Azmeh in Mediclinic Springs is our family's favorite pediatrician in town! Dr. Randa is always kind, warm and explain everything we need. Our children love Dr. Randa so much that they never get afraid of going to clinic for any occasion. She's made our life much easier and happier.:)

I took my daughter to see Dr. Shiras on the 3rd of June. It was my first time at the Mediclinic Springs. The facility is excellent for children. It has a separate entrance and it's very well designed for pediatric care. Dr Shiras is a brilliant doctor. In my 25 years in Dubai, I have not seen anyone like him. He was extremely patient/ empathetic with my daughter and listened to all our concerns. Usually, my daughter is extremely nervous but with Dr Shiras she felt relaxed. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I am extremely happy with Meadows Souk, in particularly with my young son's pediatrician Dr. Shiraz. Dr. Shiraz came highly recommended to me by a friend and she was not wrong,: he is so caring, welcoming, understanding and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has a wonderful, natural manner with kids that puts them immediately at ease and no question is ever too much or too silly to ask!

Extremely happy with the care we have received at the springs mediclinic. We have seen paediatric dr mohammed Shiras for both my 3 year old daughter and newborn baby and have received excellent first class care each time. He is an excellent doctor and my eldest daughter who is usually scared of doctors really likes him! The clinic is lovely and clean with a great kids area. Highly recommend.

Meadows Springs souq is fantastic with lovely doctors. It is great to have pediatrics and family medicine together. Highly recommend Dr Taqi Zaidi who is a very experienced doctor, amazing communication with patients. I did not know Family Medicine can cover so much, even autoimmune diseases.

The reception and billing staff is very friendly and had advertise how the new clinic is. The play room is so awesome. The kids enjoyed the stay in the clinic.
