I walked into Welcare's emergency with severe abdominal pain. The hospital proactively sought out quick approvals from my insurance to perform tests and surgery. Everything felt so smooth and quick. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hospital was very accommodating.
The hospital staff were the most compassionate and loving people I've ever met in any medical facility. The nurses, doctors, and support staff were always ready to help and answer any questions.

Had a very good experience with the Labour Room and maternity ward. All the staff (doctors, midwives) were extremely caring and helpful, Especially Dr. Mahalakshmi from first trimester doctor treated my wife like a mother. The care which we received from all Nurses (Ms. Neethu, Ms. Litty, Ms. Joicy, Ms. Farah Ms. Kate and Ms. Sereena) and the In charge Ms. Patricia was speechless. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who is planning to deliver in Dubai.

8001999 call center is waste of time in case of emergency. It’s only advertise about its app and website.

Had a great experience during my blood transfusion here in Mediclinic Welcare hospital. From OPD registration Ms. Edelweiss and Ms Preethi was very accomodating and friendly. Thanks to Dr. Alphy who is very kind and explained to me in details about my case and the procedures that needs to be done. Thanks to her Nurse Mylene, a very supportive, helpful and friendly.

Yesterday I came to Mediclinic Welcare Ed due to fainting. I wanted to say my experience here was amazing. From the beginning Mr. Ahmed Hamdan his loving care and support made me happy and relaxed. All Ed nursing staff & doctors I'm so grateful to have such caring and supporting staff here Dr. Safdar, Dr. Lalit, Dr. Sara, Dr. Ali, Nurse, chinchu, Chithra, Cleo, Beneth, Mykell (I couldn't mention all the names). After which I was admitted to ICU, the admission process was also very good. I want to say special thanks to all of the Icu staff who took care for me Ms. Sharon Shinumol, Reeja, Soumya, Bessy, and the Doctors who care for me especially, Dr, Nouman, Dr Qureshi, Dr Amer, Dr. Misba, Dr Alnims, Dr Ravi and Dr Nouri. I highly recommended this hospital for everyone who needs medical care. The entire team was seamlessly to ensure incredibly impressed with the high level of kindness and support I obtained during my time even from the housekeeping and kitchen staffs at Welcare Hospital.

We rushed to emergency for our daughter & they did a fantastic job looking after her. The nurse, Beneth was truly lovely & managed to give her the IV without too much trouble. Great service & attention.

I recently underwent a hysterectomy at Mediclinic Welcare, and despite the surgical procedure, my hospital experience was exceptionally positive. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including Dr. Janaki, Dr. Alphy, and Dr. Manish, for their expertise and care. The nursing staff also deserves special recognition for their outstanding care, from my OPD Nurse, Mrs. Shiby, to the attentive ICU nurses, Ms. Anu Verghese and Ms. Blessi Samuel, as well as the compassionate ward nurses, Ms. Mariamma John and Simi John and all supporting staff. Throughout my two-night stay, they provided me with exceptional support and comfort.

Have seen dr Arsheena again. Very helpfull dr. Thourought with everything. Remembers the small things as well wich helps a lot if you come back again. And explains everything very clear. Doesn t give you a rush feelling and gives answer to all the questions or doubts I had.

The worst experience at all on my illness history.today 8/11/2021 starting from 8: 50 AM I called the call center to connect me to the costumer relation department to complain and now its 18: 00 and no one called me.during the mentioned time i called more than 8 times & more than 5 emails were sent to the complain department and no one answered too.that’s including 3 times calling the Duty manager that he didn’t answer and by 16: 40 when he answered the call from the call center he refused to take my call till he will know the reason of the complaint through the call center.the hospital ignored my prescription approval and didn’t either follow up with me or the insurance company, and im now in ER because of the consequences of there neglect.a complain in DHA established as well.

Very nice experience in gynecology department I Will recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. I will deliver my 2nd child in here and I'm Very satisfied

Although the hospital has amazing doctors and great nurses but I wouldn't recommend it for inpatient at all. My mother was admitted with hypoxia case, first she was in ICU where she received superior care, the minute she was shifted to inpatient room, the nightmare started, as a start she was shifted 4 times to different rooms in only 2 days and each time they give the excuse of sanitization when we later find out that management keeps changing decisions about room, they shifted her to a room because they changed the room she was at to storage then she was shifted again because the section was changed to pediatric, then we had to change the room because the toilet was too small for an obese patient suffering from lymphedema and we had to make a fight to take her to another room because again the bathroom was small and toilet was a disaster. At last during her night time medication, they have provided additional pill which isn't part of her prescription belonging to another patient or whatever and even another doctor. I'm not sure if this was mediclinic or somewhere else. Noting we are self pay not even covered by insurance.

Had my Covid test here. Friendly, helpful hospital staff and nurses. No stress and probes were minimally invasive.

The newly introduced ticket system made us wait an additional 15 minutes just to see the nurse for the initial checkup. We arrived to the hospital 15 minutes early and we couldn’t check in with the reception due to this silly ticket system.
Changing hospitals for sure.

Dr. Betsy- Dermatologist, was very proficient for my wife and son's skin treatment, the medications provided took care of the long standing issues for my family which has improved over the last few months.

Am visiting as a patient, I recommend for all patients, great training at the pharmacy improved the waiting time very short

My mother was admitted to the welcare hospital her name is Nabila Ali during her 5 days stay they changed the room twice and the second time room wasn't suitable for her at all and we had to change it for rhe third time since shes suffering from back problems and toilet seat was extremely low.

I was trult shocked when I knew that they have changed her room because management decided to make the room shes stayin in for pediatrics.

No one should keep shifting a patient who needs to rest three times because management is changing the function of the room.

Medical care, diagnosis and nursing all are amazing but the arrangementss for the patients stay are so frustrating.

One of the best hospital i have ever go specially the pharmacy staff they were very co-ordinate and very supportive

I like welcare hospital they have good doctors and services, as for the call center they are very professional i think they are well trained and they know how to support, but i wish of they can add the option that caller can choose which preferred language.

Over 2 hours for a routine appmt to see my doctor, have a blood test and collect prescription meds is just ridiculous. And I’m still waiting - the billing time and pharmacy wait are terrible.
A very unsatisfied customer - if my doctor was available at another location I would not come back here.

My wife went through a total laparoscopic hysterotomy for removal of her uterus after diagnosis of intramural multiple fibroid growth, thickness in endometrium and its related symptoms. Surgery was done last Thursday and amazingly she was able to walk on that day itself and is back to her normalcy with some precautions on movements as it is to be observed per advise. It really amazing.

I must say that Dr. Alphy Puthiyadom is so professional in her approach in explaining the whole thing from beginning till end and we changed our mind in doing it at this hospital only, as otherwise, we were thinking to get it done from India. Her diagnosis approach, and explanation of the situation to both me and my wife was really helpful and was of great relief to us. What a satisfaction for both of us and really wonderful Dr. Alphy.

The nurse at Dr. Alphy's OP, Ms. Mariam was also helpful in guiding us through out the appointment stages and follow ups by giving us proper and timely calls and advises. Really amazing. Thankyou very much Ms. Mariam

During the two days in hospitalization, a remarkable experience in the room was of the services of the attending nurse Ms. Neethu, the night shift nurse. From the hour she starts her duty in the evening till morning her duty end, she keeps the energy to full level and attend to patients at regular intervals, really amazing. Overall we are fully satisfied with the service and our special thanks to Ms. Neethu as well.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the amazing assistance offered by Ms. Layali Abdulsalam in your Dubai call center. I have contacted your call center for urgent assistance regarding a broken toe and ring finger. Ms. Layali was very professional in assisting by guiding me to the closest Mediclinic to my location and reserving an appointment with the orthopedic doctor. In spite of her busy time, she has even contacted me later when I reached the hospital to make sure that all went well in the reservation at the registration as well as informing the orthopedic about my arrival to the reception. The orthopedic doctor did a great job in explaining in detail about the procedure to be followed as well as assisting to find the closest orthotic supplier to the hospital who has proper size of Air Walking Boot.

Good doctors but one of the worst hospitals in terms of customer service absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful

One of the worst experience with pharmacy and medicine delivery. We saw a dermo doctor on Tuesday and a medicine was promised to be delivered next day. Since then I have been chasing both call center and pharmacy without success. The response from pharmacy is all lies and arrogancy. Cannot believe such service from Dubai hospital. Dubai is known for best class service. Very disappointed.

Extremely friendly stuff at Mediclinic Dubai Mall and Mediclinic Al Garhoud. I am extremely satisfied with relation doctor - patient before, during and after the surgery I’ve done there. Stuff and nurses are well educated and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I live close by and wanted to do travel test screening in the drive through. It wasn’t drive through since after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to go inside to take a queue and pay.

There was no social distancing in the queue. The nurses gloves were not changed.

Totally not up to the standards I have been expecting. I generally go to Medcare and there is a vast difference in service level.

Worst service in the last 24 hours I called the hospital yesterday to speak to the doctor no one called be back I called them today 1 hour has pasted no one called I called them again they said the complaint department will call back 45 mins has passed.just tell the patient we can't call u back

Great team of Doctors and Nursing staff. Highly recommend each and every doctor and nurse. However God save you if you have to deal with their Medical Records Department.they never respond even after following up 100 times. There is absolutely no guidance and no timeframe is given so that the patient's can prepare themselves. I Think they should completely remove the email support because there is absolutely no response.

One of the worst hospitals I've ever dealt with, I made a CT scan at their Garhoud branch, it has been almost 15 days and I haven't received my report. I called them 7-8 times asking for the same and their only answer is we will follow up on this matter, at this point I gave up on getting my report, therefore, I went for another hospital to make a new CT scan.

I really do not recommend anyone to do any kind of radiology services at this hospital, it is beyond the description of trash service.

Finally, they sent me an empty email with no report lol stupid hospital

Don't ever consider doing pcr test in Welcare. They charge 150 Dhs and take sooooooo long to send you the result! Other places charge less and send the results faster!

I've used emergency here twice, once as tourist with travel insurance and as resident as well.
With both the service was amazing, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors; Better than many famous hospitals in Dubai.
Doesn't matter the problem, they will listen to you and treat you kind.

Money making with no care or followup. Second time have seen consultants, had tests with the promise of call and follow up appointments. First one was almost 6 months and still waiting. Second was few days back and advised that will arrange for next day for follow up and additional scan. Nothing happened.

Great staff very happy with services specially when my son was down with high fever and doctors and nurses took great care

I’m changing my review to 1*, thanks to Dr. Ali from ER and other ER staff.very slow, blaming the lab for delays, waited in the pharmacy until his majesty decided to enter the prescription in the system. The hospital was almost empty, plenty of doctors and nurses, but they chose to be slow. Never Again.

Your hospital takes a lot time only for 1 thing if we have blood test and ultrasound so it will take
2 days only for taking blood 1 day you have consult your dr.then next day the give approval next day we have to go again for giving blood and for ultrasound they take 10 days.u give us 2 things and then u finish them in 20 days until then sick person will get ok without any medicine OMG.drs.is very good but hospital service is very poor

Services have gone down recently. They don’t have technicians in evening. It is a polyclinic not a hospital. Doctors are good though.

I consult for my son pedriatic in day time for cough after 5pm the clinic doctors not available when i called @ 2: 10 am.because my son is coughi nonstop need assistance i called Emergency pedriatic Idiot Doctor available Dr Sajjad his nurse asking me verification questions wat some ERN number Bla Bla.just imagine @ 2 am somebdy asking u verification deatils in hospital & more over sajjad is asking from behind he is not coming on phone.i will ask managemnt when ur charging so much why cant you keep doctors with basic manners.

The pediatrician Dr. Khalil ur Rahman is 1 of the best pediacs we have visited. He listens to the patients patiently and replies to all queries. And does not unnecessarily give medicines to babies

Recently completed three months of dental treatment - kind and professional staff throughout coupled with great facilities, I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend the clinic.

I have just delivered my baby here with doctor Maha and I can't think of a better doctor as she was like a mother all the way untill I delivered. She is amazing and friendly, that you will have a smoothest delivery ever. Thanks a ton.

Rip off. You see a doctor, he does an operation for you. The same day of the procedure, you do an ultrasound test. I have chosen to time them on the same day. 4 days later, you see the same doctor to tell you the results of the ultrasound, they charge you for a visit, even after you explain it. Rip off.

Radiology department is disaster. First there was delay in sending the documents to insurance and then it took 3 days to write the report after X Ray was taken.
There is no responsible person in the hospital to monitor the attitude of the staff. I was in severe pain and begging the report but no clear response.

Appreciate a call back from the management. We are paying high fees and expect good in return.

I went many doctors to do check up. In welcare hospital but no result. I am not happy with 2 doctors are working there only for money. They are not respecting patients. Dr. Kote and Dr. Omar gastrology. First time I went to Dr. Kote he is so proud and not listening to my symptoms and when I was talking to him he is ok ok. It take only 5 minute for consultation. He want to finish for me and take other patient. I pay for consultation for nothing. And I went to Dr. Omar 2 time. I saw him in hospital I want to talk to him regarding medice he is not looking at me and said I am busy doctors are looking only money not carrying patients. I hope my message will reach to management. Please check your doctors. Because of some not professional doctors make 5 star hospital 0 star.

I would like to thank Dr. Alphy Puthiyidom for her great support rendered in my recent laparotomy in Welcare Garhoud hospital. I recovered quite fast after the surgery. I feel very much blessed as doctor Alphy took care of me through out my surgical procedure, hospital stay, all my follow-ups until today & has a lot of patience to answer to every small questions & doubts. She is very confident & well versed in her profession.if anyone is suffering from uterus issues, fibroids, cysts or any gynecology issues, please don't suffer or be afraid. I would highly recommend women to seek Dr. Alphy for your treatment. I would also thank all the nurses & doctors & Welcare hospital who attended me with care during my stay.

Went to emergency couple of months back. Long cues, no female doctor or nurse on duty! Doctors attitude was just awful! I left my review in their system (iPad in the corridor with customer survey), but no one seems to care, no one contacted me after that ‍️
