They are extremely irresponsible. They sell whatever you need but they don’t have in stock. My son needs a medication and after 2 days calling (no answer) I just got one email saying that they don’t have in stock and are trying to get in another city. There is no more reply, no updates from their side. They don’t pick up the calls and don’t answer WhatsApp because they know that you will complaint. When you pay AED 16.00 (what it is extremely expensive consider the delivery prices in dubai) you expect something fast.

Just did PCR test with them. So easy to book and schedule (just message them on whatsapp and pay on their website). They came to my house at my preferred timing. Got my results in less than 24 hours. Hassle free. I would totally recommend.

They need an improvement! I booked an appointment on Thursday they came on Wednesday and the guy wasn’t that professional on the phone, when I asked him why they didn’t come on time!
