THEY EVEN SUGGEST DIFFERENT BRAND EVEN THEY HAVE THE MEDICINE YOU WANT TO PURCHASE.JUST TO HAVE SALE
BUT THEY DONT KNOW THE RISK .
THEY DONT VALUE REGULAR CUSTOMER.

Fey days ago bought items and forget to take it from cashiering table and left. Next day I came back for them but items disappeared and nobody knows about it. They said that will double check and call me during the day but nobody bothers I think. Very unprofessional behavior, bad service.

The best pharmacy in dubai. Always available, the staff is very professional and do great job. They are the only one that have always the medicines than other pharmacies or hospitals even do not have due to out of stock. The delivery service is always made by professional and kind people.

Good pharmacy. So far I asked them to deliver medicine 2 times and both of the times they were very fast.

Real pharmacy that works 24hrs. They deliver and with zero delivery fees. Really happy with their service

Whenever I called them for delivery just on 5 mins walking distance. It is the 3rd time they are sending delivery guys to sports city and JVC. They don’t have anyone to deliver less than 100 meters distance. So frustrating

Very bad pharmacy, i l have visited them for emergency 2 times (1 month between them) to check blood pressure to know which medicine i should take, and the 2 times they don't have battery for the blood pressure machine!
