Last week, I underwent a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Shreya Rajkumar. The entire process was exceptionally well-executed, and the entire team, from the nurses to the doctor, took excellent care of me until my discharge. The atmosphere provided me with comfort and guidance I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Shreya Rajkumar, the nurse, and all the supporting staff for providing me with a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate everything you all have done for me.

Doctor was Shreya Rajkumar. She is a general surgen having lot of experince. She was too good. She helped me a lot. She gave me all instructions that I need. And her assistant nurse Mis. Zahabi also treated me well. All over experince was too good there. I would like to suggest this hospital for every surgery related issues. And you can consult Dr. Shreya Rajkumar without any fear of surgery pain and all. She will guide you well. And the total atmosphere in the hospital was cool and calm. Of all the healthcare facility I've been to so far, this place made me felt most cared for.from arrival til departure. Every employees are very caring, even cleaners. Also, i highly recommend Dr. Rameesa, great doctor.they don't sugar coat, they tell u what is what and they listen well to what you really need. Over all, great management.

Doctor Rajul Matkar is an OB in Medstar- Oud Metha. She is really good, will thoroughly test you and listen to your concerns and advise you the best medication, she believes you need to address your issues with your health. Also her assistant Manju is really accommodating and always smiling

I highly recommend the dentist Dr. Ziad at Medstar clinic, he saved my tooth where other dentists were telling me to remove and put an implant, he treated my root canal very well whereas 2 years ago the other dentist in Abu Dhabi has done mistakes where the tooth started having cavity again deeply near root. This was my first experience with Medstar clinic and I believe it was the right decision to come here. At age 10, my daughter was diagnosed with Alopecia areata, a condition of severe hairfall and spot baldness. For the first 2 years, we tried homeopathy, with batra's clinic who claimed to be the best in treating this condition. Unfortunately Batra's didn't work for my child. As a last resort, we approached Dr. Raji Chandran, a homeopathic practitioner with Medstar who did the right diagnosis and provide the correct treatment. Under his treatment, my child had an awesome recovery within a year.
Dr. Raji is professional, knowledgeable in his field and with my personal experience, I highly recommend him.

Wonderful Experience!

I had been to Medstar Aesthetic & Multi- Speciality Centre for Covid-19 vaccine. The Day Surgery Centre has a wonderful setup and welcoming ambience, making you feel positive in the first stage itself. The whole process of getting the vaccine was smooth and quick; overall, it just took 20 mins to complete the registration process without standing in a long queue. I highly recommend the community to visit the facility to avoid long queues and get your vaccinated. Stay Safe

A couple of days ago had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Firas Othman and I couldn't be more grateful the whole procedure didn't take longer 30 minutes and was painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Firas Othman to anyone planning to extract wisdom teeth. He is also very friendly and doesn't make you feel like you're about to undergo a surgery, and definitely makes you feel at ease

BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH MEDSTAR CLINIC

Feeling Cheated.

This clinic doesn’t even deserve to be rated.
The so called front line sales representatives are purely money oriented and they change their words for their conveniences.
Zero commitment to verbal conversations.
Asking me for voice recorded proofs.
One of the worst ever customer service ever I have experienced.

When I told them I don’t want to take their service anymore.

They were showing it’s your Wish attitude.

Ultimately the front line staff got their target achieved by playing on with the words.

Had to wait more than hour and half to get the procedure.

No value for customers time.

Dr. Rajkumar and the management saved one of my well known person who is working as a security and he is very old. He is having diabetic and heart issue due to diabetic three toe fingers got infected and no hospitals agreed to admit him as he is in critical stage. Dr. Rajkumar sir did operation in Thumbay Fujairah free of cost and finally he saved his life and he arranged charter fight for him to go back to his home town. Now he is in home town safely and he had done a great help and supported him in his critical situation. He is a great person and helpful to the needy peoples. I never met a good hearted person like him in my life time. Once again thank you sir and Medstar management for their wonderful support and help.

Got PRP CGF at medstar with the visiting doctor Vincenzo such a great experience he explained very well what this revolutionary treatment is and what to expect and how good and important it is as an anti-aging, the result was amazing really love it and he made me a customized face cream from my own molecule that is beneficial from my type of skin which I found such a brilliant idea.

First of all, thanks for organizing the free checkup at our building premises (name Gulf tower Oud Metha Dubai). It went well and got a free voucher for Dental check up with todays appointment with Dr Radhika at 1215 pm. I reported there at 1225 pm and did the formalities. Unfortunately after waited for more than 30 min.there was no clue for the next step. I really got very upset and went back. Though I understand it can take 10-15 min which I patientely had. Later I realized that people over here don't respect time and with a great disappointment I came back. It was a worst experience and it didn't expect from my first visit at such big brand.

I would very much want to thank all Medstar staff for that high level of hospitality they offer to their patients. All nurses with charming smiles. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr Yogita Anand - the best Gynecologist i have ever met. The way she smiles at patients gives hope and confidence and even makes you forget the list of questions you had prepared for her. She clears all the worries and doubts and restores hope in someone. OMG. I don't even know where to begin) from the second I entered the door the 2x gentleman assistant me with the valet parking - I was in pains and didn't have the patience to look for parking. Reception desk the Filipino lady was so amazing and greeted with a smile. The place was VERY CLEAN this BLOW ME AWAY A VERY BIG STAR from ME. All the staff members greet you with a smile, they look positive and happy to serve people. The service was amazing they had to register me on the system since it was my first time they checked my weight, height, bp etc they even asked about my allergies for them to log in on the system. I must say I was very impressed. NOW lets GO to my "HERO" Dr. Radhika I received so much good information and felt so well cared for, she listens then she advice. She took me from step A to Z and I understood everything for the first time I visited a Doctor. She had time for me and didn't rush on her work - she gave me all the advice I needed and recommend I do my blood test & X-tray which really did help. After my appointment I was given instruction sheet for self-care "I'm speechless".
Pharmacy staff pleasant people making you feel better even when you are in pains. Great Experience with MEDSTAR HEALTHCARE, I wish all the doctors and clinics work the way MEDSTAR HEALTHCARE do. Then later that day Dr. Rashika picks up something on my scans and contacts me to share information, I met up the next day thinking what an amazing human being. NOT ONLY that Dr. Radhika communicates with me 4days after to check up on me AT THIS POINT I'm thinking Dr. Radhika YOU ARE OWESOME in and out. You are pure soul, I hope you continue this journey with the same treatment you have given me to everyone you meet daily AND NOT forgetting your assistant she's cool.
