I consider it to be a decent company because they uphold UAE law, but the application for visas and other processes are incredibly slow.: (It’s frustrating that you have to wait for more than 3 weeks to get everything done, and until then, you can start working and get paid.:/

Extremally bad customer service/irresponsible/ idle people handing the Insurance company operating in Dubai.

Advise to all to not take their insurance ever, they don't support customers for claims and don't answer calls.
