Melodica music and dance academy has a very friendly staff and always greets its customers with smiles and positivity. Also, one of the teachers there, Mr. Dani, gives all his efforts and energy to his students throughout the lessons, which gives confidence to the students to achieve their results, a true professionalism.

Excellent music school. My daughter takes drumming lessons and really looks forward to going. Highly recommended!

My husband and I love the customer service. They are very responsive and friendly specially at the reception. They are very accommodating too. My child loves her ballet class at Melodica!

Our experience of Melodica with our daughter's singing lessons was very poor, in comparison to other providers we have used. They are very inflexible with any changes to sessions, they frequently change teachers and only care about when you will next sign up for the next set of lessons and making as much money as they can from you. They don’t care about customer happiness at all!

The Front Desk is so accomodating, as well as my daughter's Music Teacher is so friendly and easy to approach.

The atmosphere at Melodica is warm and friendly, and the facilities are top-notch, making it a great place to learn and enjoy music.

I visited the silicon branch in silicon central. I tried to check some guitars. Planning to enrol in the future.

I went to silicon branch to purchase a guitar string and the one who assisted me name Dianne she is jolly and helpful and I like the melodica branch in silicon they are neat and tidy.

Though the teachers are good, management does not care if kids are sick and even request to come online. This was the case when my kid was suffering from Covid. Poor coordination between reception staff who does not bother to inform about class freeze decisions and if package is expired. Try to avoid.

I highly recommend Melodica Silicon Oasis! I started learning piano with Ms Steffi and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her professionalism. Thank you to the whole team of this branch for being so friendly and supportive even though I have irregular schedules.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Melodica since TWO weeks now! Extremely poor management service. No response to THREE emails sent and probably around 25 back and forth watsapp messages with the reception. The Happiness department claims their “ email software is not working “ and that excuse has been in place since exactly 3 days now. I’m not sure which century you think we are in to believe that your email system is not working for 3 days. I wish I could post the messages here so people can see how poorly you are managing a situation which could have been resolved in 24 hours. I informed I will not renew my child’s package unless I get an official email response from you and still there is no action from your side and hence I have withdrawn her.

This place is amazing. People are so accommodating and Teachers are so professional. Must visit!

I am so glad my children joined Melodica, I am very impressed of how they have progressed so far. I would highly recommend Miss Ivona for piano and Mr. Jose for guitar. Both of them are fabulous teachers. My children look forward everyweek for their music lessons.

Excellent music school. Special mention of Ms. Steffi for vocals and Mr. Ashok for drums. Both are very knowledgeable in their field and have the necessary skill, patience and competence to tutor students of different dexterity. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I am trying to get my daughters certificate for the exam she gave in July 2021 at Melodica Silicon Oasis.absolutely poor management there.they r not even bothering to reply me.

My daughter has been learning vocal and piano from Melodica. She started with vocal at age of 6, it's been 2yrs since then and teachers are experienced, well trained and teach kids with love passion and patience. My daughter did lot of concerts as well an has no stage fear. Thanks to Melodica. I must say whole staff is wonderful.

Kid have been learning Music and Dance with this academy from last 3 years. I am really happy with the progress and the attention teacher gives to the student. They also get few opportunities to perform in public concerts which encourages the kids confidence. It's a fully accredited course and recognised worldwide. Happy with the overall teachers attention, academic details and easy of communication with the reception staff for any requests or changes.

Melodica in Silicon Oasis is an interesting school for a lot of things. Staffs and Teachers there are very friendly and approachable.

Our kids go here for their weekly ballet classes. They are having a great time learning new skill. The place is kid friendly and the staff and teachers are kind and accommodating.

I love this music company, the receptions are so attentive and respectful.there are good teachers in every area and the Karate kids. Long live the melodica music and dance institute.

Brooklyn Melodies Music Center is much more flexible than Melodica and all their staff are so friendly, very much unlike Melodica where I've experienced very rude management. The rules are also illogically stringent, lie they're going out ofbtheir way to be awkward. They offer absolutely no concessions even when giving weeks of notice. Very disappointing and just plain horrible to be honest.

Just to keep you updated; so sfter my first review of Melodica, they did reply insisting I message them back with my contact details so they could reach out to me and see how they can help rectify the situation. When I did update them with my contact they did as I suspected they would. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, not even an email.not shocking I suppose judging from how they treat people.

We have enrolled our kids for a ballet class and they loved it! Miss Waad is so sweet and our girls are learning so much from her. The staff also are very accomodating and polite. It's always nice to see them every weekend.

My daughter developed interest for Piano and we decided to go to Melodica Silicon Oasis branch since we are residents of the community. Registration was ok and we chose the trainer and paid for the basic package as a first step and we booked Saturdays as training days. The third session I needed to reschedule my appointment as my daughter fell ill they refused saying that its a basic package (close to 1000 Dhms) and with that we are not allowed to reschedule. I asked to talk to a manger, which was not available cause its a weekend. I asked for a call back no response. The issue happened a week back with no follow up, no call back, and my daughter missed the final session. Very poor coordination, communication, and leadership of the DSO branch.

Disappointed
Requested to cancel a single class and adjust it at a later point due to unavoidable circumstances. But the receptionist had a standard reply, its not possible as we need 24 hrs prior notice. Please note I had informed 8 hrs in advance.
Its not always possible to provide a 24hrs notice when kids are involved.
We really like the teaching staff but the management/front desk need to be a bit flexible/considerate.

Best music school in Uae. I recommend to bring your kids there. They are fully equipped with facilities for learning and they do have exams too. I am happy with Melodica’s services and staff.

I am always coming here for my guitar lessons and everytime i am that much excited to meet my teachers
