Love the team at Melodica DCC! Ms. Sandra has been teaching my 4 year old piano and I'm really in awe of how patiently she teaches but also adapts to the child based on their interest. It's been amazing to watch my child develop this new skill and I'm excited to see her continuing to grow with Ms. Sandra (who is one of my child's favourite people now!). Erica and the entire team at the front desk is amazing too - they're so friendly and helpful, always greet us with a smile and a laugh. She is one of the frontliner in Melodica DCC - fresh staff but really knows well her job.she is very accomodating specially for all our request in regards with the time schedule for my kiddos.she is always smiling and you can see and feel the good vibes from her which i believe very important specially if you are in front. And also special mention to 2 teachers of my kiddos, Tr Sandra for keyboard and Tr Yulia for vocals.kudos to both of you for i know you have lots of students and mostly fully booked but i never seen tiredness in your eyes.truly music are your passion.thank you thank you for all the effors and patience to enhance the talent of our kids! Im a ballet student in Melodica DCC branch I really the lesson I enjoyed a lot teacher Juhi is so amazing and the reception team Richard has very good in customer service and friendly.

Just want to share the experience we had from this institute, I am proud to share that my son really improve his voice with the help of the Teacher and not about teaching skills she has but being treated her student as her friend is a big factor and motivate him to pursue his goal. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
My daughter was enrolled on Hip-Hop dance in Melodica. At first the experience is somehow good thought as a distraction for kids during the summer. Until the teachers go for their summer break as well. Therefore postponing the lessons for more than a month… Which defeats our main purpose for the child during summer break. Not Good at all.
Another problem was the dance studio they have more often HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Imagine your child dancing there without A/C for 45 minutes, my daughter complained she was very uncomfortable and not able to breathe properly and sweating a lot, all of them including the teacher needed to come out of the dance studio for break just to gasp air for around 5 minutes or so. It happened multiple times and I complained to the management, no good feedback and no one contacted for update.
The third problem is that the reception, who are supposed to be the source of all information, are not very knowledgeable. They requested us to refer them to others, so we did and my brother enrolled his daughter there as well. They told us that the referral bonus of 100AED per person can be redeemed as discount for musical instruments, at the end, it’s just discount if you want to renew, are you kidding me? You will then only hear “Sorry’ from this staff member. I have raised this complaint again to their management, requested for call back… but no one bothers.
I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL ON THIS MUSIC SCHOOL/DANCE STUDIO (OR MAYBE THIS BRANCH ALONE) … DO I RECOMMEND IT? MAYBE/MAYBE NOT BUT CONSIDER THE ABOVE EXPLAINED EXPERIENCES.

Worst service ever. I came for help with a guitar and the ladies working in the music store didnt have a clue about guitars, even though they sell them everyday. I bought a tool that i couldnt use for my guitar because they didnt guide me properly and they didn’t refund it to me even though I didn’t leave the store. I will never ever come back again, better buy in noon.

An absolute wonderful place to develop and hone musical skills. The teacher/instructor is always there to guide you throughout the way, and engages in teaching by understanding her students well, additionally, she takes a friendly and interactive approach that will keep the student intrigued and motivated to learn.

Definitely the best music school in UAE. We are very lucky that my kids enrolled for piano lesson. My kids became interested in music after we enrolled them in Melodica. We are looking forward to more classes with them.

My kids are having their piano lessons here with coach Sandra and coach Hazel. I can say that they are excellent teachers, they know how to handle them and incite their interest which helps in the kids' excitement to learn and come back the next week. Keep up the good work!

The team at Melodica Deira City Center is very helpful in finding us the best suitable schedule for my daughter’s (Ania) vocal and piano classes. They’re also very accommodating in our rescheduling request. Also both the piano and vocal teacher, Mr. Benedict and Ms. Yulia, respectively, are very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging to their students which makes Ania very much excited for every class. In few sessions we’ve noticed some improvements in Ania’s singing and playing the piano plus her self confidence which reflects in her good interaction with other people. We recommend you to visit melodica DCC branch and go and have some trial class with them which surely you’ll love and eventually join the melodica dcc family. Thank you Melodica DCC and more power.

I’ve been enrolled at Melodica for the Electric Guitar lessons and it’s been a blast, the staff are very welcoming and it feels like a really warm place to learn and strive towards your passions.

My daughter is currently enrolled at Melodica Ballet School Deira City Center Branch. Teacher Julia is amazing i have witnessed on how she is dedicated and patiently teaching all her students in ballet. My baby is always excited, enjoying and looking forward for her ballet lesson every time. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and approachable. I am so happy that i enrolled my baby at Melodica DCC.

My twins are enrolled in the babu ballet class in DCC branch and they are enjoying it. All staff are very nice and supportive. Its a good thing that they have opened a branch in DCC mall, very accessible and convenient.

Enrolling in Melodica is one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Classes are super flexible and staff and teachers are super helpful and supportive too.

I’ve been learning violin with them for 3 months now while doing my studies.

They have a wide selection of classes from music (guitar, drums, piano, keyboard, violin, vocals, flutes etc) and other classes (hip hop, ballet, karate, belly dancing etc)

You have the option to choose either 30min/ 45 min classes and enroll to a single, 4,12,24 etc class packages and renew from there.
Not to mention, you have the option to change your classes if you feel that you want to enroll in something else i.e enroll for violin at first; but change to vocal classes (1x change only tho until you renew again)

More-so, I'm enjoying the learning experience …
- Sessions are 1-to-1 so you get full attention and support of the teacher.
- They check your skill level on the first class and teach you from there
- You can choose to have formal training on exams or learn casually at your own pace
- You can also choose how many times to take classes in a week

My violin teacher Ms. Sandra is the best!
She’s very friendly, patient and encouraging.
She will teach you the proper form and theory; and will even show you some great techniques with your instrument.
I have been able to make great progress during my lessons with her despite having 0 experience with music.

The staff are also super friendly and hospitable.
They’re great at their job and help you with any questions you have.
They make sure to fix a schedule that works for you. And help you with any changes you might need.
I had to reschedule multiple times and their response time was very quick that we resolve the issues immediately

I definitely recommend Melodica DCC for anyone looking to learn music - adult and kids.

I would like to recommend Melodica Deira City Center, I inquired a lot of times with other branches of Melodica but never pushed thru until I met the staff in this branch. They are very professional, friendly and polite esp. Sir Richard. They explain courses/packages very well to the parents. I would also like to commend Teacher Yuliya who is very good in teaching my son, who progressed so much in such a short time. Kudos to everyone in DCC Melodica branch.
