The worst management ever, they will steel your classes and will ask for money all the time, I don’t recommend at all. Worst cancellation team as well, they don’t make any effort to solve problems and they are very rude.

If there was less than one star I would have given it. The worst customer service I've experienced in Dubai. Cancellation policy is completely unfair even when you cancel well ahead of time! Complete disregard to emergencies that may arise on or before the day of the class, so you lose the class even though you have paid for it and they are not willing to compensate you in any shape or form and the only "deal" they will offer you is to buy a whole new package in order to get the class you cancellled back, which is a total rip off! The classrooms are tiny and smelly, and the pianos are old and dirty and have very bad sound. The outside area is very noisy with other kids talking and playing on display pianos. It's a nightmare to schedule your classes and find suitable time slots because their schedule is already very full! So they are happy to take your money but can't accommodate your schedule or preferred times, and they will not allow you to reschedule classes in an easy and convenient way! The staff is very slow in responding to questions or complaints and you have to follow up many times before finally getting a response which is almost always negative! Don't waste your energy and money there.

I have had an excellent experience with Melodica so far. They are flexible and supportive. Also Paul, who helped me set up my vocal lessons and advised me on which piano I should buy, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also really appreciate Jocelyn Mary’s help when I needed to reschedule a lesson. She took care of everything. Thank you!

My sons are very happy with their music lessons! Their teachers are Maria (piano) and Tiffany (violin) and are just wonderful, loving and patient.

I would like to commend Melodica Music Center, the staff are very approachable and friendly especially Ms. Jocelyn Mary the FD. She really cares about your wants and needs in choosing an instrument. Like when I bought a piano she knows the instrument well and she assisted me all throughout the buying process.

Melodica has helped my son learn drums and especially Aron has been amazing coach & Jocelyn Mary has been excellent support for operation support.

Melodica Motor City has the most dedicated staff and commendable customer service. I once bought a piano with Ms. Jocelyn's assistance, and she is very well-accommodating and kind as I ask questions about the item. I must say that it is one of the most excellent customer services I have ever experienced so far. It feels so comfortable talking to her, and I hope you all can keep up the good work!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating when it comes to
Arranging a makeup class. They charge fully and we pay extra to have a rightful eligibility to book for 2 missed classes yet they never get back to u. I have emailed called went physically for two months yet nothing! Finally i have given up and no longer want a makeup session and for this reason alone we shall not be continuing as this kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
And please do not respond to this and say to contact you on email cuz I have done that multiple times and your management is very unresponsive

No one pickup the phone no one care about the student worst management and customer service ever

Been with this academy for past year. Recently notice that teacher are filming kids in class with my concern as a parents. As kids getting without giving notice when you notify them with short notice I have to provide medical report which cost AED 150. Why not each class charges Aed120.

Given Front desk of my concern. They just ignore me and body gesture is unacceptable with rolling they eyes.

The company is a joke! You can't reach anyone, they take no responsibility for scheduling errors and lately they have adopted a policy to not accept cancelations EVEN if the student is sick. This is related to existing packages as well which is in violation of the customer protection laws of the UAE.
Please, save yourself a headache and find another school for your child!

Had visited the branch for shopping, as noticed that there were many branches across Dubai, inquired about the music classes for my daughter.the agent at the counter Ms Janet Diaz was very helpful in providing the information. Also received information about dance classes. Got all the information along with the brochure.thanks to Ms Janet who was very professional and answered to all my questions and cleared my doubts.

We had a very bad experience here and were especially dissatisfied with their front desk response and lesson schedule.
1) When my daughter had violin trial, the teacher suggested two lessons a week, which we agreed with. However, when we finished our enrollment, they gave my daughter a different violin teacher and had to give my daughter one lesson a week because he was too full and couldn't schedule two lessons a week.
2) When the violin teacher changed to a new book to teach, we were provided by the front desk with few pages soft copy for the first lesson. However, since the second lesson, I have asked the front desk several times to send us the soft copy of the teaching pages, but they never provide. By the end, I have to buy the book from outside in order for my daughter to practice at home.
3) My daughter's primary ballet lesson was changed by them in September. I checked with them two days before the class to see if the primary ballet time had changed and they replied that it had not. However, when my daughter went to the class, she was told that there was only level 1 ballet class. Although the ballet teacher accepted my daughter to attend Level 1, what is the point of being forced to upgrade if my child has not learned the basics of primary ballet, instead just because their curriculum is not fixed?
4) A week ago I asked to enroll my daughter in additional private ballet class, yet no one has given me an answer until now. I guess their business is too busy to have new students.

The worst experience of my life regarding the employment with melodica, they’ve the most arrogant staff in that branch and they never consider the new hired employees as a part of team, tries to push down specially in motor city branch. And there’s no one to listen up.i raised a concern to management but no response. I recently cancelled my visa from other company in order to join melodica but really had a devastating time. I worked for them for few days, spared my time and in return I received a message from HR that we’ll not continue with you. Like wow!
I truly advise all the job seekers to stay away from this firm. They don’t care about your time and struggle you make for them. Good luck.

My daughter really enjoys her piano classes with Instructor Iryna. I highly recommend these classes to parents who wants to develop musical skills of their children:)

I was taking my kid wasl vıta brunch it was her first time we take trial group class for ballet and we just wach other kids because of my kid shy and the teacher didnt give any attention for her she even did not introduce her to other student’s usually everywhere when you start new classes they should need to give more attention for new students so they can feel them self more relax and comfortable ı did not like and will not recomend to anyone you will pay your money only for waching other kid’s and this is so ridiculous!

My son is taking drums lessons from Mr Mark, he is amazing with kids, very intuitive.
He has all the qualities of a great teacher, kindness, politeness yet in depth knowledge.
My son is always looking forward for the class and he loves it. The staff here is also very supportive.

More of a recreational center than a proper music school. If you're looking to just have fun and satisfy curiosity maybe this is the place to be. But if you're looking to study properly, you won't get it with Melodica. Their curriculum provides the progress of a turtle!

Completely unprofessional front desk staff and management who don't care about customer retention.

Undoubtedly, the staff at the front desk seem welcoming. But this is only until they make a mistake in their work and begin to diligently hide it from the management, trying to deceive the client. This is the first conclusion that can be drawn from the situation that happened to me. The second possible option is that the management really knew about the situation and did not take a single step to retain its longtime client, who regularly paid a lot of money for classes.

My daughter attended piano lessons at this branch, but at some point, she decided not to attend these lessons anymore. I informed the receptionist about this so they can cancel our lessons. In response, I received an offer to use the money left on my child's account to transfer them to other classes, if it interests her. My daughter went to a trial ballet lesson and decided to attend these lessons. I informed the reception about this decision and asked how many lessons are covered by the remaining amount on the account and how much we need to pay. They told me that they would find out in the accounting department and inform me. This SIMPLE action took Melodica 1 WEEK! As a result, I was informed of the answer too late, and due to my personal busyness, I did not have time to pay for a new package of classes, using the remaining amount on the account. At the same time, NOBODY informed me that it was necessary to pay for a new package before the old package of lessons expired. I asked the reception staff to contact the management and discuss the situation individually or make an appointment / give me a manager's contact so that I could discuss what happened with their manager. One of the employees completely ignored me, offering to pay the full amount of the package, another employee tried to pretend that he was helping, but in fact, did not help in anything, never fulfilled any of his promises.

As a result, no one contacted me, Melodica lost a longtime client and possibly new clients, since I would not advise anyone to have any business with them.

It is very surprising to face such disrespect in Dubai, where usually companies are very concerned about the comfort of their customers because it is the customers who pay the money to the company.

I feel very disappointed
Beginner children are not recommended to sign up because their piano teachers are too unprofessional and impatient with poor service attitude. At least I've tried two Ukrainian teachers.

I did not know that there are classes also going here. There was a guy in reception. He explained me politely all about dance and music classes. I will be back defenately
