Replies on WhatsApp is too slow. Had to keep asking and no one is bothered to reply. And not helpful when they eventually reply.

This company was great! We ordered all our new company merchandise and there was lots to choose from. Although I had some issues with ordering on the website, I was able to place the order with them via WhatsApp, the order was processed and delivered quickly and the response was fast. The products look great too, I would just say as one tiny bit of improvement, on some of the items our logo could have been printed a little crisper. Thank you again to Merchlist! Items I would love to see in the future: 2024+ diaries, phone cases.

Second time ordering hoodies in a bulk with a company logo for the whole team, it's always a best experience. Without extra questions, super fast and quality is great, Highly Recommended!

I received my - delayed - order only to be disappointed again. Very cheap fabric (even though they charge u for a premium quality), unavailable staff, they won’t be cooperative nor respond to your messages if you need assistance, they just refer you to their website.
Very cheap embroidery and the people doing it don’t even bother to think about the design, I have shared a picture with a copyright signature and they just did it with the signature as it is without realising thats its not part of the design.
They don’t even take the time to confirm or to address their questions to the client before doing it which shows how careless they are.
Customer service shows care and tries to compensate but the work itself is just super cheap and not worth it.

This kind of services can’t be relying just on a website order, the staff should contact the client and take the time to understand what the specific requirements are, the work is supposed to be personalised and unique and not done blindly and carelessly.

I have used Merchlist to get a couple of branded t-shirts and must command the team on delivery beautifully! Their premium t-shirts are very good quality and the logo printing was also top notch.
The process was seamless via their website and the whole process took a couple of days!

So impressed by the quality of the item I received! When I ordered my item, it was just for a small add on gift for a friend, so quality wasn’t really a big deal for me. I was drawn in by the price which was amazing so again, I wasn’t really expecting a high quality item due to the low price. When it arrived I was honestly blown away! I ordered a sweater with personal embroidery on it and it honestly feels like I’ve spent hundreds on it. I don’t usually do reviews but couldn’t not recommend this company to everyone! You better believe everyone I know is getting personalized gifts for Christmas!

Ordered about 40 screenprinted hoodies and was very satisfied. Special shout out to Fred as he assisted me and my team wonderfully.
