They used to have great customer care. I think they may be under new management but they don't seem that interested in maintaining nthsy high standard anymore
Booked the 10 to 2pm slot on Valentine’s Day. Got to 3pm and no flowers so called the landline, WhatsApp, email. No response. Got to 5pm and they called me speaking only Arabic. Managed to work out they will deliver within one hour. They got to the location around six I think and instead of calling me, they called my wife (the recipient) to ask her for directions! Spoiled the surprise of course. What a nightmare

I had gone in to buy white flowers (in the last minute) and was particular about finding flowers with good fragrance. Mr. Mohammed was kind enough to not only help me to select the best flowers, but also did a fantastic bouquet with good white paper and finish, at hardly any extra cost.
He was so passionate in making sure I got the best flowers possible (Even in the last minute) and the packing and over all aesthetics were looking good.
I would highly recommend anyone to go there and be well taken care of, under his level of service.
I had very bad experience with this shop, It's not organized and looks messy, even the first bouquet wasn't nice and then I told them that I don't want anymore, but they insisted to do other bouquet which I was tilling them how to design it (by the way it's their job to design not mine) and while they are doing the new bouquet the manager told them "we will not going to west more flowers on her, this time if she didn't like it let her solve her problem" I don't think this is the proper way to talk about customer and in-front of him
