Never disappointed from Mesho.

The pet groomer aldrin is so patient and gentle to my fur baby. Every inch of the cutting is exactly followed what I have asked.
Perfectly trimmed to the length I prefer and very kind and polite.

The shop itself is very clean with all fully glassed grooming area so you can see how your pet was treated and groomed.

They have a waiting area offers nice coffee and water.
All the staff there are very friendly, polite and responsive.

Always will be my go to grooming salon! They always do exactly what i ask them for my pets hair and everything else

There's nowhere to park, and one of the groomers cut 2 of my cat's nails completely and lied about it, saying that the nails were not there, although there was fresh blood. I had to take her to the vet, and she was given antibiotics and painkiller shots. Avoid this shop.

Feels good to be back every twice a month for my babies grooming good ambiance, staff are all friendly to the owner and to the pets. They always welcome you with their positive energy.

I've been patronising Mesho, Jadaf for over a year now and very satisfied with how they groom our Katie. They are one of the few grooming centres where you can see your furry friend being pampered, unlike others who whisk them away behind a door. Mesho is clean, courteous, professional, and diligent.

Professional team at Mesho! Today Jay transformed my sandy beach pup into a well groomed little guy. His love for animals shone through as he bonded with my dog outside the shop until I returned from a nearby haircut. We will continue to be repeat customers. Highly recommended!

From booking an appointment with Aiza down to Jay who took very good care of my pet dog, I will say they deserve a star reviews for a job well done.

Salon is clean, price is reasonable as well.

We love this place. They always do a fantastic job with our medium dog and have highly experienced staff and great facilities.

Went to Mesho for cat grooming and it was a nice experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The pet salon looks elegant, smells nice and very clean. Our cat was so relax while being groomed. We are definitely going back to this pet salon. Plus, we’re able to meet Sami and Julien. (Mesho’s adorable dogs)

Must say the best Pet grooming Salon. Was surprised by the hygiene level maintained. The place smells like a hooman Spa. Right from the time of booking till the service was done, their customer care was amazing. Adrian did a great job. Will definitely recommend and come back again. Got my fur baby groomed here at mesho the first time today. Berry is an 18m old shih tzu. We opted for a full grooming session. Had a very pleasant experience right from booking for the slot, to being gently reminded the previous evng, warm welcome by the reception personal and a great great service by Mr. Ricky!

Berry is not really a big fan of being groomed, but Mr. Ricky handled him so gently and was very quick, crisp and great with his work. He patiently listened to our needs and did a wonderful job!

We r very happy with this place and looking forward for more services for our little one!

This place deserves 10 Stars.
I was really concern and worried to see my timid cat who is afraid of the blower to dry after shower. My cat will pee on herself once she heard the blower because she was too afraid. I tried so many grooming places in Dubai and Sharjah all have the same effect on her. After meeting Jay and told him my concern he have a solution and it worked. I was really impressed as my cat was relax throughout the process. Thumbs up too for another groomer John as he handled another cat of mine with gentle strokes that my cat just let him shave off the fur without hissing (John has a magic touch). Not to forget getting an appointment schedule was a breeze with the reception lady named Lovely. Highly recommended to try.

I always find Mesho reliable for grooming my dog, very professional and accommodating, my dog loves the team since he greets them every time he goes for grooming, a bit pricey, hopefully they would lower down the price.

Think twice before bringing your pet here! They got my cats ears infested with ear mites, and it got in horrible very bad shape in no more that two days! When i spoke to them to inform them what happened they just arrogantly argued and sent me this long list of how they claim they "maintain hygiene" well whatever theyre claiming my cat did get ear mites after visiting this place and they did NOTHING TO FIX IT

Mesho is a big disappointment for me. At the beginning everything had looked great, but the impression changed quickly. The groomer cut my cat's nail into bleeding. When it happened, we didn't even got an apology from him. We let it go as we did not expect the issue to escalate, however it got infected few days later. I have brought the issue into the attention of the team, and they have promised me to investigate and get back to me, but I haven't heared from them since (one week had passed). Also the whole grooming process was a terrible experience for my cats, they were terrified of the dryer as it was too loud and cold. I have never had this issue before at other places. At the end we got two infected nail beds and poor grooming quality; the groomer didn't do the style we asked for. We didn't push for it, as we wanted to get out from that place as quickly as it was possible. Another thing I didn't like, that they put cats and dogs together which pushed my cats into more fear and stress.

It may be cheap place, but don't expect great quality for the low price you pay. I understand that everyone can make a mistake, and that's not the issue here. The problem is that they didn't take the responsibility, they didn't provide the "satisfaction guaranteed" service policy that they promise on their website. I will not recommend the place to anyone, it's better to pay more money for better service.

Shout out to jay for doing a great job with our dog, we usually have him bald and our dog doesn't like it coz after the cut he's grumpy, but he suggested for a new look for the holiday season and our dog loved his look, he keeps on hopping and smiling.sad to say the prices have increased, hopefully they would lower down the price.keep up the good work Mesho.

I am a regular customer, I am happy and satisfied with their service. The groomer of my pets did cut their hairs and clean them carefully. They are very professional and handful. I am also thankful to their receptionist who always assist me in my pets appointment weather I’m here in the country or not, she’s approachable and helpful.

As a first time customer at Mesho, I am very impressed with the service offered by the team at Mesho.

From the very first time I stepped in, i was impressed with the lobby, and the groomer asked me specificaly what i wanted and things to take note of my cat.

Mr Jay then took very good care of my cat throughout the grooming session.
I could see from the outside how my cat was taken care of.

My cat is timid and very aggressive towards strangers, but with mr Jay, it was not the case.
The whole grooming session was carried out very calmly and my cat did not show any aggressiveness which made very comfortable.

I am a satisfied customer.

5 minutes after the grooming started my dog (maltese) was bleeding from his stomach due to wrong use of the machine and from ear due to too strong vax removal.
My wife took the dog away after they admitted they don't know how to clean around the eyes and not taking responsibility for the cuts.
Never going back. NOT RECOMMENDING. INCOMPETENT GROOMERS

It was the first time i sent our 2 furry babies for full grooming. They exceeded my expectation. Took my golden retriever for the ‘full grooming’ service today. They did such an amazing job! They were very professional and handled him very gently. He was nervous when he got there but warmed up to them quickly. They trimmed and cleaned him really well. He came home looking and smelling great! I would highly recommend them.

Its first time blue ivy taking grooming, she is kitten 2,5 month, the staff was friendly and cooperative. Lovely the receptionist giving all details and approachable, Jay was following my instructions for my kitten grooming with help from Bay. Thanks guys!

You should not mix dogs and cats at the same time in the same room, specially when the dogs are aggressive and keep on barking all the time. This was completely unacceptable and really unprofessional from your side, especially when you are supposed to be a specialized pet grooming salon. Also, one of your staff members (not from the Philippines) was not treating the pets with care, he was completely out of the place all the time and not wearing his face-mask at all.

I took my 2 persian cats in for grooming. I was super impressed with the facilities and staff and how professional and friendly they were. My cats came home smelling amazing and they managed to get rid of the matts (there were a few!) without removing much hair. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.
