Rude staff and bad customer service and after sales. The staff do not know how to deal with regular customers and dont know how such business should run. I would rather visit other branches but difinerly not dubai mall branch.

As a regular customer to miska brand along with the rest family I returned to miska dubai mall branch to purchase from the new collection.but due to The un Profesional attuid of the salesman called Hamid who handled my my needs tha time with refused to give me the essad program discount until i called the program and confirmed that to him a he replied with high temperd voice was not proper in front of my childern where i replaid to him you shouldn't deal with comusterms in this
And I couldn't proceed with my purchase
And with the obsorvasion of his other colleges in the shop I had to leave with out buying goods worth of 150 k.
My word to management don't lose your loyal coustemrs with the bad attitude of your unperfsinonal seals man
كعميل منتظم للعلامة التجارية ميسكا مع بقية أفراد الأسرة ، عدت للشراء من المجموعة الجديدة بفرع دبي مول. ولكن بسبب عدم الاحترافية من البائع حميد الذي تعامل بأسلوب معالي و بنبرة صوت حادة معي و رفض إعطائي خصم برنامج إسعاد حتى اتصلت بالبرنامج وأكدت له وجود نسبة خصم خاص بالعملاء بذلك أجاب بصوت عالٍ لم يكن لائقًا بالتعامل أمام اطفالي حيث رددت له أنه لا يجب التعامل مع العملاء بهذا الاسلوب المتعالي و نبرة صوته العاليه. و أوقفت عملية للمجوهرات و ٥ادرت المتجر ، دون شراء سلع بقيمة 150 ألفًا درعم امام نظرا زملاءه الاخرين في المتجر الذين لم يتدخلوا لمعالجة المشكلة
و قمت بشراء المجوهرات من ماركة اخرى
كلمتي لإدارة مجوهرات ميسكا لا تفقدوا ولاء عملائكم بسولكيات البائعين الغير احترافية

Terrible customer service. I entered the store and wasn't even acknowledged by the sales staff. I have a purchase history with Messika brand and this is one of the worst stores I've been in. Definitely won't be back to this branch.

Very bad customer service, staff isn’t responding to phone calls, my earrings have stayed more than a month with them with no repair! Disappointed!

من افضل البوتيكات الي تعاملت معاها فرع دبي مول وجميعهم متساعدين ويحاولون يجيبون القطع الي احتاجها في اقرب وقت. كل الشكر لهم وبالاخص احمد على خدمته الطيبه

I love Messica, but this is a bad branch with very road staff the foreign one, we pay from a high end brand and deserve some respect.
