Trying to make amendments is so slow and not clear with Meyden Free Zone. They keep coming back with extra document requests just to issue visa. Plus asking for documents that are completely unnecessary.

Looks modern on the outside but process are old fashioned and outdated on the inside.

It was a great experience and thanks. Ms. Mona was very helpful & professional in her dealings in getting our new Ttafe license.

Very good question about my feedback about establishing a company with Meydan Freezone.

Really and honestly speaking at the beginning when starting the online application process I was not sure what was going to happen and how long it will take that relevant documents such as entry Visa, Emirates ID card, business license, medical tests, finger printing, biometric.so on and so fourth to be processed.before completing the application processes really had also some concerns re the advance payments for visa, business license and so on and so forth.

When I had practically received my entry viad and came to Dubai and started to go ahead step by step forward with all relevant docs then practically found out, realized and saw whatever the Meydan Freezone planned and told me everythings on time limit which were fixed by Meydan Freezone beyond my expectations all sets works performed on time with a very high administrative levels.

So sincerely from the bottom of my heart I would like to express my Thanks and Gratitudes to Meydan Freezone all colleagues who were involved from start to the end of this process.

As an partner I strongly recommend the other businessmen who are looking to establish a company in Dubai then available themselves from the excellent services of reliable and trustworthy Meydan Freezone company.

The whole experience of dealing with the Freezone was quite easy and comfortable. A special mention to Mouna Zaari for her help, support and great customer service.

Setup procedure was simple and efficient and Nicky Peng answered all our questions promptly and even on the weekends.

A quickly responsive company that offers the right solutions for you and tries to find the right thing for your needs.

Meydan Freezone is not really considered as a freezone in Dubai Customs.

On importing goods under Meydan freezone license, you will end up paying duty and VAT.

It is not ideal for someone that wants to bring goods to export outside UAE.

You surely can import in the country on import to re-export basis by keeping duty deposit and get it reclaim later but then be ready to pay Airfreight charges and not normal courier even if the parts weight 1 Kg.

VAT will still be applicable.

Be informed and chose well. All the best.

Look for designated gated freezones like JAFZA or DAFZA etc. There is a list of such freezones online.

Worst experience with customer care support!
Once the trade license payment is done, nobody would care to help you to complete the process, the customer care contact is also useless, nobody answers and or responds.
For each process its better to visit the meydan office and wait for someone to help you! Worst service experience from Meydan! Disappointed

I contacted Meydan Free Zone for my business step and they gave me all the information that I need in one day so I can make my decision.

All staff is very supportive specially Mr. Ahmad with exceptional services. All services provided within time and support all the way.

I have to say Meydan has to be the worst Freezone that we have dealt with as an English company, took ages to process our trade license, took ages to process our visas, don't trust any of the timelines they advertise as they are simply not true. Also they have a terrible channel partner service so don't use a channel partner as if you go through a channel partner you wont be able to deal with them direct even though you are registered with them and they work for you. They also don't seem to have good relationships and facilities with the banks so to open a bank account will be difficult, Pay slightly more and use an established Freezone you will not regret it.

I think the best way to summarise my relationship with Meydan FZ is "impossible does not exist". The entire team here have exceeded my expectations with record time delivery on all our documentation, which as a result cemented a business opportunity for us here in Dubai.

I don’t know what else could be better than this type of service relationship where persons actually prioritise your startup success and are devoted to adding to your growth.

Meydan free zone is the best free zone to new company formation, leasing and visa processing. They are providing rapid services, Cheaper rate of Licensing/visa and best services.
