An authentic Sri Lankan food factory located in Satwa, Dubai. As an expat in Dubai this place and food will give you more memories about friends and family. A quality customer service, delicious food, reasonable price. Highly recommended Sri Lankan Restaurant in Dubai. I occasionally visit here whenever I miss my friends and family. I personally suggest their Roast Paan with beef/chicken curry. That’s such a taste of Paradise.

I ordered delivery, and since I'm very close, literally 300 meters away from the place, they charged for delivery. Even though, in Dubai, food delivery is mostly free, especially if you're nearby. I specifically mentioned in the order that I had no change and asked the delivery person to bring change. Not only did he not bring change, but he also started acting as if I were at fault. Even for a home delivery, basic things like napkins and at least plastic cutlery should be included. Overall, I don't want to order from them again. It's disappointing how they handle things.

The customer service goes down. The service is very poor. Specially the food quality is poor and they serve to the customer what they need, not the choice of Customer. Do not try to order online as they mentioned it available and once you ordered they called back and saying the choices are not available. Hence, they trying to replace with some other food option what they want. I’m a Sri Lankan and this is how most of Sri Lankan losing their dignity and business because of their attitude and service once they become popular. I took step up to write this review as in one of their regular customer and they treat me very disappointed with orders. Not recommended anymore this place.

Great food and excellent service. The place was very busy when I was there but the staff looked after everyone equally well. I had lumprice with lamb and it was delicious. There is a takeaway counter as well where you can buy any Sri Lankan food. Excellent experience overall.

Not so great bad experience with this restaurant. Noon Delivery shows restaurant opens at 11: 30AM. Time of this writing review is 2: 50PM unfortunately still not accepting orders though the app.: (

If you don't want to sell trough 3rd party apps please don't list your restaurant in these apps/services. This is a waste of time.

Food really good especially Samosa and Authentic Sri Lankan tastes for a good price but customer service is not enough.

Smell of raw beef was left on the noodles. Left the entire plate I couldnt eat more than 2 bites. Not a clean place. Choose something else.

All of their food is good except fried chicken. I have been there couple of times but the fried chicken is not that good it’s not washed properly. The chicken smell is still there. Their staff service is good.

Attitude towards the customer is worst. The guy at the cashier light blue shirt should be having some anger management issue. As he was behaving the worse with the employees and also towards customer. I was treated harsh for no reason and my friends were like what did u do when we went to collect the Eid Lunch. We know as customers that you guys are bz during Eid at the same time i had no clue till the time this guy shouted at me that the food is ready. Where else we could wait when we have paid for the food at your restaurant. Your dad seems to be so welcoming at least learn from him.

I have been eating this Restaurant for about 5 years now, as I am from Sri Lanka. To taste our country's flavours, I always have a outlook on this restaurant. I ordered Yesterday for dinner, 2 Achchu Bread, 2 Sugar Bun, 2 Beef Roti. Eventually, I ordered in Noon. The Restaurant called me and told "We don't have Achchu Bread, Instead, I'll send it with Theti Bread". So I said ok, and they delivered really quick. My most favourite thing in Miamix is Beef Roti. Whenever I go, my fixed option is Beef Roti. It consists of Seeni Sambol and Beef Fry. They also have a side where it's for Crackers, Sweet Snacks, Cakes, etc. I grab myself up with Cream Bun, it tastes good. I also met a famous person in this Restaurant.

Attention! I placed an order and after few minutes I gave them a call just to follow up on that. The guy who picked up the phone was very rude and said that they have more than 150 orders yet to be delivered. And they can't deliver only my order. I politely told him not to talk to me in that way cause that was very rude. Suddenly he stated abusing me with very bad sinhalese word. I felt very bad. Being Sri Lankan I am ashamed to write this kind of review for a sri lankan retaurant. I am begging every please do not order anything from this restaurant and show your support. They are mannerless people who don't even know how to treat their customers. Disappointed!

Guy be aware. There is person called Irshad. Stay away from him. Person born to to spoil others life. He gave me a wrong item when question him why did u deliver the wrong item. He started screaming by abusing words.

The food was really good. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended Sri Lankan Biriyani, Prawn wada and Kottu with extra vegetables. 4 stars due to delivery coverage. Consider to use Zomato, Delivaroo and Talabat. Please improve hygiene!

I had lunch in miamix a few times when i was in dubai.the staff mr. Fawzan wonderful, friendly manner and excellent customer service.once i got srilankan kottu it was delicious served by mr Fawzan he served our meal quikly and it was very tasty i love miamix restaurant i am not able to go again i need the same restaurant in Abudhabi still that tastes in my tough

Definitely deserves a review. Highly recommended.service / food / hygiene all in all 5 very good. Ordering almost everyday. Staff is amazing speciality the one who handles WhatsApp and calls. Keep it up team. If you are looking for Sri Lankan foods this is the perfect place.

Great place to dine in.separate section for families to dine in. Delicious food served. The staff named Fouzan, is a very energetic staff and always try his best to give great customer service with a happy and smiling face which makes me and my husband to visit this restaurant in satwa, Dubai without a second thought. Truly recommend this place.

This was our first time to try Sri Lankan food and it was amazing, very tasty, the place is very neat and most of all the customer service is superb, shout out to the waiter who assisted us and give recomendations especially it was out first time. You should go and visit the place.

Superb food within budget, freshly baked breads and pastry are also available. Their sausage devils and egg fried rice are must try menu.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s really good or bad - but this is completely another level! Food is so good. And so so cheap! The pastries are incredible - a little gem in Satwa!

Provide so delicious Asian Cuisines but Mostly Sri Lankan.

Super tasty Sri Lankan food with reasonable prices.

Server Azur was taking good care of us as it was first time visiting the restaurant.

Vegetable roti, chicken buns were good to start with, string hopper set menu was so nice.

We also tried kothu and nasi goreng which were tasty.

Shortly would come back again for more menu options like pol roti and pitu, etc.

Oh the ginger beer soda was also good!

Thank you again for a good meal.

Authentic Sri Lanka Cuisine more from
The Easter region of Sri Lanka. Thursday, Fridays and Saturday’s they have special lunch, such as Kidu rice, Lumprice and Ghee rice. I personally like the Ghee Rice served on Saturdays.
Only improvement is that the person who takes the orders must improve is customer service skill

This was our Eid lunch today. Burnt rice from the bottom of the pot, no chicken and no dessert. We paid in full 19 AED for this.and we got such a horrible lunch specially on eid!
We live in Al qouz and my husband got it delivered to his friend's room in satwa and then drove from Al qouz to satwa to collect it. So much for all the effort we put in to have a good sri Lankan eid lunch!
When my husband called to complain they were least bothered to accept their mistake and we ended up eating our eid ul adha lunch with boiled eggs.
This is not the first time. Last eid ul fitr too we were left with no dessert. We have been so regular in buying food from miamix both sharjah and satwa branches.but never again!
If you had the slightest intention of serving your customer right, you would have made sure that we had a proper eid lunch. But no one from miamix took the responsibility for spoiling our eid lunch or had the least idea of at least delivering another parcel!

Bad service. 1and last no one to assist for customer I feel all are want to be boss around. Make better service

I can say definitely one of the best restuarants in Satwa (Dubai) where we can get good quality food for a reasonable price. There is almost every Sri Lankan food we need. Dining in or take away is good but they don't have their own delivery system so there is a great delay when it comes to delivery. I live 2.5 km from the shop and both the deliveries i had took more than 1 and half hour waiting time.
