Honestly wasted my time with this site for 2 years applying for jobs matching my 18+ experience in Quality i never got a single call.they never assisted me in my job search and never once i felt this is a reliable source for job seeking.as for the account dashboard, there is no progress of application.there is nothing to indicate if my application was viewed. Also i can still see the same jobs i applied for in 2022 still accepting new applications.

I had previous experience with another recruitment agency where they met me first to know me and my competencies and contacted me for suitable jobs that matched my experience. I thought Michael Page will match that but i discovered the site is only for collecting and posting jobs with nothing more to offer.

Anyways i unsubscribed to them today after realizing i stopped reading their emails and checking their jobs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zeina Karrit who completely exceeded my expectations. When they see in you a potential candidate for a client, of course they are interested in the success fee, so they start chasing you down like crazy, they call you non-stop even at the most inconvenient times.
But soon after they realize that the potential might not materialize, they vanish.
Nicole is the name of the recruiter in my case.

A completely unprofessional team in terms of relations with potential candidates! Zero feedback.
The recruiter may not answer you even if he started the conversation. Politely apologize and refuse? Not in this company. Were you promised to call back? Forget it.

The most unprofessional, incompetent and dismissal recruitment I have ever encountered in my professional years in the industry.
I was chased down by one of the recruiters for a position and after arranging for time to speak, I was frank enough to tell him the position wasn't suitable. He then suggested another role which I agreed was more suitable and asked me to send him my my email address so he can forward the job description.
It is from this point onwards, he has ignored my LinkedIn messages, ignored my phone calls and been ignoring all my Whatsapp messages. I don't understand? He's not even acknowledging that he received my email, let alone even providing me the job description?
He is clearly reading all my messages, been looking at my profile and very active, can't he take 1 second to say "received" or another 1 second to say "sorry I won't sending the JD" even though he was the one chasing me and suggested all this?

I worked with recruiters for 15 years, even with this same company, but never had I been treated worse than cattle!

As this person is a representative of this company, I do NOT recommend this company to any person who is reached out by them.
I would only recommend them if you enjoy being disrespected and treated worse than cattle.

I have recently worked with Abbie Higginbotham and i must say her work ethics are amazing! She was always clear, prompt and followed up all through the process. As a professional, i highly recommend Abbie as a senior consultant within the Michael Group.

Extremely poor to non-existent communication or feedback, even when the job advertised is a perfect fit. Emails never replied to, phone calls never returned & the Talent Specialist goes out of her way to ignore you. She is inept & utterly crude & this for finance & investment.

I am from India I have mailed my CV I have tried to contact them neither they response to the mail nor they do give proper response, on dated 08/11/2022 I have personally visited their office at DIFC, but the person sitting at reception tells you are not allowed to visit their office without prior appointments. I personally feel it's not worth trusting them.

I have a great experience with Michael Page. I applied for an automation opportunity published by Michael page via linked and was contacted by Ruwise. He is really a helpful person and was giving the timely updates when he hear from the client. He was so understanding and made all the interview procedures in a smooth way. I am so thankful to Ruwise for finding me the right opportunity in UAE. Even though I was not having the UAE work experience, I was guided by him in all the interview rounds and was able to perform well.

I would never choose to apply on Micheal Page vacancies even if they would have openings since the priority is for westerners mainly or only for executive level candidates. The recruiting consultants do contact other candidates but just for filling their database purpose as every follow up with them is 'we will get back' or 'we have your details in our system we will consider you for other roles'. As a candidate if you feel your resume fits the vacancy advertised on Micheal Page then realise you are mistaken and that you are not a westerner to be considered dor the role️

Me and a friend of mine were looking for a job consultation and had heard of this name, so we decided to personally visit the office and proceed ahead with what we understand, firstly they never entertained us at the office as we were denied entry, although we were professional in the approach, then we called the office sitting in the reception itself where the person who picked it cut the call initially then she responded and gave us 2 more contact details and numbers which she said we're relevant to our job hunt, then we sent our CVS via email and waited for a while, as nobody responded for a few days we tried reaching out via call, the person replied saying that she wasn't the relevant person to deal with it and she doesn't know why the contact details were shared and said was unsure when she can connect us to someone who can actually look into our case. That pretty much answered all our questions and since then we haven't gone back!

Its sad. For a company of such high caliber, they never respond. You cannot get in touch with the job poster. I have applied to several job vacancies posted on their website as well as jobs posted by them on other job portals. There is never a response. When i called and requested to speak with the concerned job poster, i was asked to send an email instead. And even the email was not replied to. They are a professional recruiting company, lets say a candidates experience etc doesn't match the requirements; the least they can do is revert. Well anyways.

Applied for a couple of opportunities advertised by Michael Page but was never contacted. Seems like I’m bot the only one based on the reviews here

I have been applying here since May-2016, I applied for at least a couple of hundred positions in past four years, I followed up over the call for applied position but unfortunately till Sep-2020 there isn't even a single positive response I get from them.
It seems they are nice and professional but actually not.

I have been in touch with quite a few recruiters in my career, but I was impressed by the way Michael Page conducts their candidate screenings

Page has some of the best recruiters I have seen… they take the time to patiently explain the potential opportunity and also understand the candidate's career profile. I appreciate how they prep candidates right before the interview, going through some of the potential questions and even check how the interview went.

Communicated multiple times with the agency, however, unfortunately, doesn't seem like anyone works there because I dont receive any updates or feedback. I understand that they receive high volumes of incoming calls or emails but atleast have some kind of system in place to accommodate EVERYONE! Very disappointing and I know nothing will be done in the future to avoid such terrible service.

Don't work for this company in Dubai. Especially if you are a fresh graduate and a candidate for their "Researcher" role. They will pay you only 500dhs/month for a full-time role and work you like dogs. It is criminal how they take advantage of kids. Moreover, for a multinational company like Michael Page should be ashamed at how they are getting away with paying human beings this much when the standard pay in the market is at least 5000dhs/month for an internship. SHAMEFUL!
