Just sharing! their printer cartriges are not reliable! i ask the customer support about the product and explain everything about the issue, and they will say only again and again about the 14days policy. how can u judge the product in just two weeks? used or not used.

I do not advise anyone to contact this store. They wanted to send a more expensive product with different characteristics. Clarified the details 3 times before ordering, waited 4 days. On the day of the order decided to check the status and convinced that the laptop was replaced by a more expensive with other characteristics. When I wrote to support, they said that all sold out, but this one is also good, take it and do not resent.

Correction

I ordered a candy bar from them in January, order number 369103. In July, the screen turned pink, I wrote to them, they said send it to us in Dubai from Moscow and we’ll see how the result was brought to them in August, they fixed it and sent it back, the candy bar was on the way broken. As a result, they deal with the mail, but refuse to return the money (at first I asked to send a new all-in-one or money, since the computer was broken due to the fault of those who packed or transported it, in the end it was already the month of November and I had to buy a new computer for work, I asked for a refund for mine, which was broken, there was zero reaction!). Each time only unsubscribes, we correspond with the mail and will keep you up to date. Warranty service is not of adequate quality! Money for goods is not returned!

The shipping was pretty fast I ordered on July 7th and I received it Thursday 20th. It arrived in my country like 7 days ago but they were doing some technical stuff. But overall it was fast and I received the item I ordered and I’m definitely going to purchase here again. Would recommend for sure. Thank you Arsenio for the assistance

I visited the shop yesterday around 4pm and made a follow up call today around 11: 30am. Two stars for the nice communication by the staff but minus three stars as the result is ZERO despite my visit and follow up call without any response even if it was sorry we can’t help you. My request was for Lenovo laptop where during the visit the sale staff advised me that he will be sending me a WhatsApp message around 5: 30 pm but nothing was received! Then decided to call next day in morning and left my phone number and name but also no response at all. There are so many computer shops out there and if the company doesn’t care about their customers during the sales stage then what could be expected after sales period.

Very good shop with excellent support. Support responds very quickly and helps to resolve issues with payment. I ordered a laptop with delivery to Russia. The goods were sent the next day after payment was received and arrived without damage. The film on the original packaging was slightly torn, but the product itself is new and perfect condition.

Had bought a laptop whose hardware specs on the website were mentioned wrong so had to file a return but didn't a response from them which made me go to their outlet directly where they resolved the issue. Their online response rate is pretty unresponsive but once you go to their outlet they're all what a customer can expect out of a professional team. Hospitality and responsiveness was on point.

I have bought a DELL XPS computer in the 3rd August deliver on the 5th of August and unfortunatly have a big issue just 4 days after. Impossible to restart.
I have contacted the support team and the nightmare have start. Lack of answer, telling that they will see with DELL and give me a feedback.
They propose me to repair it, but you don't excpect that when its a new computer with a value at more than 10kaed.to change the computer it take me 2 monthes!
They propose me no compensation, no refund, just waiting.
I had to buy a new one since it was for my work.
After more than 2 months of waiting and a lot of mails, calls whatsapp i finally received a new one.we recognize the value of a company in the way it manages problems, and it was one of the worst experience i had to live.
I will not recommand this company

One of the worst experiences ever, every one is standing randomly in the middle of the warehouse. Empty boxes scattered around everywhere. And when I asked the employee for the item I need he simply opened microless website and told me "we don't have it". Horrible service, do not recommend.

Mistakenly purchased wrong item (Mini Displayport to HDMI Cable) and I called their line to ask if possible to return and exchange but the attending staff said that it is not allowed. So I went straight to their store in First Al Khail Road, and from there, their staff which I think the name is Sebi (if I got it right) is very accommodating and agreed to have it exchanged with a different Item (USB-C to Displayport Adapter) which works good. Thanks Sebi.

One of my best experience in online shopping,
Good price, great product variety, friendly website (well organized and easy to used)

My perfect experience begins when Mr. Arce called for asking if I need the PC component to be assembled or not, (it was a free of charge so I sad yes please)

After receiving the PC it was amazing how there technician did it very will, by taking all small details in consideration (wire management was great)

There ware one issue, of a lost antenna of a motherboard, could not find it in the box, but unfortunately I destroyed all the boxes and throw it out, and regard to maicroless police I cannot prove anything without the serial number of the item, I contact Mr. Arce, and explained my situation, a very professional with a perfect costumer service skills, fast response, rarely to find this fast response service in most companies, maicroless are lucky to have him in the team, at the end he solve my problems and send me a replacement of that item.

I am really, happy for Mr. Arce support he was trying to help as possible, I will be a loyal costumer to maicroless, did not regret at all dealing with them.

Message to the owner. I’ve been a customer of your store ever since the first branch opened up in JLT (cluster D back then if I’m not mistaken). Just wanted to commend you for a great service, especially when building gaming rigs.

Also, the on ground team you have is nothing but amazing. Have dealt with Shafee, Asi, Marvin and another individual (forgot his name) for my last two builds and they made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Delivery time was also great with one rig finishing in the same day and the other being delivered within 24 hours.

Highly recommended to go down and have a chat with the customer service team if you’re in the market for a build.

One note - love the new warehouse but you can do a bit better with the reception area.

Very bad communication no nobody replies at all through all channels, I don't know if also their items are really exists! They just post items asking for cheap money to be send for unknown identity which cannot replay or contact you! Becarfull ppl. (zero stars for probability of fake items)

I have been a customer for some years, this time Microless really disappointed me. I bought a high end gaming mouse from them that only worked for 10 days. After returning they stated the serial number did not match and that the mouse isn’t the one I bought from them. I asked them to keep the mouse for themselves

Really unprofessional experience, the customer being called untruthful
Very disgraceful for a business to do that! Shame on you Microless you lost me as a customer!

UPDATE:

I got a call from microless, they apologised for sending me a wrong mouse a refurbished older model by mistake and would send me the correct mouse today.

I’m happy that they were big enough to admit their mistake and make amends. Apology accepted

Terrible experience. Delivery time estimates are off by at least a week. Still waiting on an order 9 days after it was supposed to be delivered. No one to answer a phone call or website chat. Customer service in non-existent. Never again.

Honestly, the best computer parts shop I've ever been to (and I've visited a number of them).

I've ordered a pre-built computer with a monitor and I am more than satissfied. The delivery from UAE took only 2 days! I live in the Netherlands for the reference. They have managed to put together the whole thing in less than a day! I placed an order in the morning and in the late afternoon I already recieved pictures and videos of the completely finished custom build. All-and-all for a very decent price, this is a great option.

I wished I lived in Dubai, so I could visit the store myself. Thank you!

The experience with them have been very disappointing.

I shopped for PC parts with them and the prices & availability of products are not the same as listed on the website.

Delivery time is very delay and following up with orders takes even longer.

Customer service is the worst that I had ever experienced - someone accepts your call but leaves you hanging for 15 minutes with not saying anything or whatsoever.

Will no longer consider them in the future.

One of the worst website to deal with, they sold me a 6 years old broken PSU as new and I returned it Immediately, took them over a month and a half to refund me after calling them 15 times and they did a partial refund, id pay extra to buy from Amazon or Newegg rather than this website.

Well, 4stars it is, i have been ordering items from them since 2017 and for the first time I have received a wrong item but they have fixed the issue very fast.the support was amazing. Those 2 guys James and Arce really helped me and were quick to send the correct item back.

I cancelled something and asked for the refund.but they deducted and refunded back 3 RIALS. WTH.from 4 stars to 2 stars now

Nothing in Stock / False Delivery Date / Refund after 14 days
I ordered a motherboard online on uae.microless.com on 17th Jul which clearly stated delivery next day i.e. 18th Jul 2021 as per the website. After clicking on add to cart the delivery date was changed to 19th Jul, and after making the payment the delivery date again was changed - Estimated Delivery Date: Tuesday, Jul 20 - Wednesday, Jul 21.

I then contacted the customer service on telephone and also sent an email to the customer support with the screen shot and I only receive automated response as below
Your request (xxxxx) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.
I again called the customer service and they called me back to inform they will deliver the product on 19th Jul. On 19th morning I called again to reconfirm and was assured that the delivery is already arranged for evening.
Then in the afternoon we called to check what time the courier would be delivered and was again informed by late evening.
At around 5 pm I realized the office may close and then the next few days are Eid holidays so I called back again and at this time was informed that the delivery is not possible because the product is not received as it is out of stock. I asked if I cancel and want a refund they informed after 14 days. Even now if I place an order the website says delivery on 22nd Jul (today is 20 jul) 1 day increase as today is holiday.
What is surprising is online shows in stock whereas once you place the order its out of stock. The customer service Mr Kamal told me on 19 Jul that they can only confirm the delivery date on 24th Jul as its not in stock.
Please stay away from this website as they are not bothered to deliver on time or call or email the customer to apologize for the delay. They expect the customer to keep following up with them.

Bought a couple items, keyboard, monitor and gaming desk from the microless website. Still waiting for delivery, when it supposed to be 5 days ago. "Amazing" experience. Customers support is simply useless told me order will be shipped tomorrow and leaved a chat silently. Highly not recommend. Awful.

I bought 60.000 AED of mining rig with 4 card 3090, one card has thermal pad issue and the same card has different firmware from the other three. They told me if I want I can send back and they will do their best (in the meantime I lose money because I cannot mine)
No fan installed at all on this rig and they told me they didn’t install because the fan of the card are good enough to dissipate the heat.this is not a good excuses to leave the rig without fans. I will never buy again from them.

Updated: I received a call from the customer service, very good guy and available to solve my issues.

I've bought small items from Microless without problems but recently had a poor experience. Ordered an expensive laptop through their website. After Microless missed the delivery date, had to contact their customer service only to find out the product is not available. Not sure how a company can charge a customer, sit on the order for several days, miss the delivery date, and then realise they dont have it. Got a full refund but unnecessary headache.

Finally I find a great destination for gaming accessories in Dubai.
Actually its not my first time I deal with them,
But this time I respected the quik action they took when I asked to refund my money. Without any trouble they directly start there refund process, I decided to cancel my order due to urgent travel.
But I highly recommend them for future purchase.

Bought a brand new gaming monitor, found a dead pixel, brought back to microless the next weekend and told to wait between 2 and 4 weeks to be assessed, and furthermore was also told that 1 dead spot may not be covered by warranty. It's a defective straight out of the box which cost us 1600aed and microless did not even consider to replace it, they just passed it on to the supplier. One of the guy (not the person I dealt with) was so rude when I asked for hand sanitizer.

Edit: at the end I got the monitor back after 1 week (Marvin was very helpful and able to push the supplier), but still disappointed that no direct replacement for defect that happened straight out the box.
The boss was quite apologetic at the end and admitted their error for not replacing the defective monitor straightaway (no need to contact the supplier).

Unresponsive support. If something will be broken and under warrenty, or you want to apply for return/replacement (that advertised on website) — they will do nothing for you.

I had tried to contract customer support over month to replace sealed unopened product and no success.
Hovever the products itself are fine. But there is other merchants, who're more responsive and who care about reputation.

I've bought a HyperX Headset it was all good and working. The delivery was on time as well.

But right now, i am planning to buy a new mid-range PC build of AED 6k+ and after seeing the reviews, I'll have to find another store. I fear that the customer service will be like most of what is written in the reviews. Such a shock to know. Thank god i i checked here first.

Disappointed with how erroneous their site us. They're posting laptops with incorrect specs. And the refund process is very slow. They even told me to cancel my order even though it was solely their fault for advertising incorrectly. Finally, after 5 days of knowing their ad is incorrect and instructing them to refund my payment.i received a text that they’ve initiated the refund.

Several times purchased some IT related goods from Microless.the staff found very helpful in matter of explaining the difference between the various models, proposed the valuable suggestions in way of how to get required item in most economical price. Just recently got a new type and powerful Wi-Fi modem with very attractive price. Thanks to Microless and good luck!

Today, the easiest product to buy is the PC or any IT equipment.
You can find locally or internationally many options from resellers, distributors or online marketplaces with all the brands buying options, but what you really care about is the customer support and mainly service after sale, where these can be hardly retrieved with majority of the resellers.
Being their clients from many years, I can simply say as follows:
-Prices are identically same with any international authorized retailer
-Product knowledge of the staff is high and they even advice you the product that fits your needs best.
Finally, after having a technical issue in 10 months regarding with my purchase from a reseller, they took a professional action and they provide support immediately, unlike any other IT resellers I encountered in my life.
(Note: The issue happened during the recent lockdown, where they managed to send a driver 48 hours to my flat to pick the device in order not to let me carry a 25kg desktop)
To sum it all, I can say that Microless is one of best supplier than can provide real pricing and best support.
