Miele is an amazing brand and we have been dedicated users for years but unfortunately the customer service has been really horrible and disappointing we have made an online order for a vacuum cleaner and its been more than 20 days now with no response from the store no replies to emails and no answer to phone calls. The purchase said it will take upto 7 days I understand that sometimes the days aren't as precise but I dont understand the complete difficuly of communication with customer service or the slightest right to keep track of our order that we have paid for! I would appreciate it if I get any advise on how to reach someone for help here.

There is no proper after sale service. My warranty was expired and they didn’t communicate back to ask if I would like to renew it and I contacted them since 22 Oct till today am still waiting for their team to come and assess

In March, I made a purchase of a coffee machine at Miele Dubai Sheikh Zayed Branch. I had high expectations due to the brand's promised functionality. Unfortunately, I've encountered technical issues with the coffee machine recently, despite it being brand new. Initially, there were some technical assistance exchanges that resolved some problems without needing to remove the unit.

However, a few days ago, I faced another technical problem, and I had to contact customer service. They sent a technician who determined that the machine needed to be taken to their service center for a proper check. As this is my only machine, I requested a standby unit.

It's been nearly a week, and I'm still waiting for a standby unit. Every time I follow up, the response is, "Sorry, we do not have an available standby unit, but we will arrange it as soon as possible. " This is perplexing for a brand like Miele. Where is the exceptional customer service that's expected? The staff at the Eiffel branch also seemed unprepared, especially in their phone greetings. Furthermore, there was a lack of responsibility taken for the issue, with it being passed around to different departments. It seems the staff is only accommodating when they expect a purchase. I am truly disappointed with the experiences I've had with both Miele's Eiffel branch and their customer service department. It's been quite frustrating.

I have regrets now. Do you think my experience will be better if I had gone to a different, more reliable coffee machine brand?

Miele experience center in Dubai is an amazing way to see how appliances work. I had a chance to spend a morning with Chef Francesca who showed me how to cook on tepaniaki and wok. What a great way to work with clients. Highly recommended. Thank you, chef Francesca, I enjoyed every minute of our cooking. Tepaniaki, wok and steam oven are not available anywhere else in Dubai but Miele!

We bought a Miele washing machine in 2019, we were under the impression that it Carries 10 yrs warranty as per what was told to us, but we got to know today that it carries only 2 yrs std warranty we were never told to buy the package with extra cost, the technician who came was well trained and thorough professional, he could identify the fault quite fast and resolved it, so service wise no issues but at the sales end the sales people on the floor should have enough knowledge of the product and warranty side and should make the customers aware of it, so over all quite disappointing experience with Miele

Worst customer service ever! They promise to deliver a washing machine only to call on the day of delivery and say it didn't clear customs and it is in the port!

My experience of Meile Dubai showroom and Miele Dubai service and repair has been terrible! During the showroom experience the sales people never returned any of my calls or emails in spite of many promises. Now dealing with service in Dubai for my months old products they don't answer their phones, there is one number for everything and it just rings and rings. Update, after 45 minutes of waiting on hold the operator answered and was able to offer a service call the next day, that’s good service, the engineer was excellent and hopefully will come again today for the final fix. So, Meile boss man, hire more people for your call center and teach your sales staff to value sales enquires, and return calls, we ended up spending circa 100k AED.

Miele products are extremely good no doubt about but i advise you to buy the products if available from other shops than miele shop because they customer service is very very very bad
I purchased a vacuum and a washing machine they called one day before to tell me the delivery will be at 12 pm and the technician will come between 5 pm and 6 pm i made it clear to them that i have work and i cant sit waiting in an empty house for more than 4 hours so i postpone to the next day between 11 and 12 pm
Early that morning i called to reconfirm but they told me that they are unable to send me the technician because it's not available after i complained the came back and told me ok we will send the technician at the same time but surprisingly they only delivered the Washing machine without installation
I called and called and called they kept telling me he is coming in 15 mn then 20 minutes and later 30 minutes
Now it is 12: 45 and no technician showed up. I left my work and responsibilities and sitting in the car hoping that maybe they will show up but nothing.
To think that miele brand with its notoriety has such a poor service is not acceptable
They give a bad name to the brand and i will never ever buy from them again because they are extremely unprofessional and have no regards for their clients.

I brought my Vaccum Cleaner to their workshop 4 days ago and until today I didn't receive any call. I called myself and they told me that no one checked it yet because they have only one technician and he is not feeling well. I can't understand why such a big organisation is relying only on one technician and also why not advising the customer of the situation? The product is good but the service is not acceptable by Dubai standards!

The engine of our 4 year old vacuum cleaner had gone. With excellent customer care and support working as new and as Q-expert I would call it customer bonding which maintain a long term relationship, a win win for manufacturer and consumer. When a product needs repair contact them and explain the situation / always keep your receipts when you buy it. Thx MH.

Miele is supposedly a premium product but their customer experience center provides an EXTREMELY poor service. I've been trying to get a fridge repaired for more than 2 months. 1 month of follow up to receive a quote and now more than 1 month to get information on when the repair and the parts will be done. I have called at least 6 times and except for once every time they say they will call back they NEVER do!

Good day. I do like Miele Products. Got a canister vacuum very recently. But the customer service is not great.when called their ''experience center", it was not satisfactory to say the least. They dont know the stock of models if they have any, supposed to revert to me with a price and stock details and no one has called me till now. Branded as a top end and being pricey, one would expect way more from them.

I needed a plug replacement for my Miele vacuum. Took it to the service center and was quoted 130 aed for the plug to be replaced and 2/3 days for the repair.
5 days later after chasing Miele, I was told the vacuum is ready. When I picked it up, my plug was replace with a 10 dirham white plastic plug (cable is black), not even a Miele provided plug. Not to mention the cable and the plug are not secured properly.
When I asked what is this, the first person just walked away, the 2nd person told me they don’t have original plugs and it takes 2 weeks to order one and it could cost 1000 dirhams (on a 700 dirhams vacuum) for the cable and plug.

Bottom line, not when I drop off my vacuum or the 5 days my vacuum was with Miele, no one from Miele bothered to call me to tell me that they don’t have the plug, I have to wait 2 week for original plug, how much it will actually cost or if I want a white cheap plug put on my vacuum.
Inaccurate information from the start and zero communication. I honestly expected way more from Miele.

So I pay around 2500 AED for a Vacuum cleaner to get a the best quality and something reliable that would last for a long time. After 3 years the Vacuum motor is not working properly, sent the Vacuum to Miele's service center, I contacted them after 10 days (Since they didn't even bother to call) and they tell me I need to pay 1200 for a new motor.

How come you can't just fix that motor? You just want to do it the easy way, so the technician doesn't work as he should, and the customer to pay the most! Oh and that is plus 130 AED to check the Vacuum.

The customer care doesn't seem to care at all.she is like a robot repeating the same information and refusing to escalate to the management.

After posting this review I was contacted by customer service manager and he dealt with the matter very professionally. My problem got resolved, thanks to his quick action.

The showroom is quite nice and the appliances are perfect as it is well known about Miele, nevertheless I didn’t feel a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom. I had to actually ask the lady to show me around after that she stood up and gave me 7 min tour.i felt that she just want my visit to finish quickly, knowing there was no customers inside the showroom!

I attended a training workshop by Chef Francesca Busso, an in-house chef of Miele Experience Centre.

The training session was very good. I thought it would only be a bread making session as mentioned in the agenda. However, Chef Francesca went way beyond it and taught us 3 Italian dishes - Cantuccini, Focaccia, Tomato Tart. Later the recipes were also shared with us via email.

At Miele, we were greeted with yummy mini savory croissants and were also given a Miele Apron and a kit. After we made the food, all of us had a lovely meal with a chef Francesca.

The whole session was only for AED 100 and it lasted for 3 hours. We also got to take the food with us. It was a lovely experience to be trained under her. She explained us about Miele’s oven and dishwashers as well.
