We used Milestone to renovate our garden and we are very pleased with the outcome. Sejal was key to spearhead us towards the right direction and with the design that reflected our vision. The site team, lead superbly by Alam, is atentive to details and accommodate changes as the project progresses, allowing us to fully complete our vision. We loved working with Milestone and surely we will use them on our next projects

Do not get fooled by the sweet talk of the owner or their social media feeds. Their quality is quite horrendous. They did our gardens and interiors. Their quality of implementation is on the low thought process. The lighting in the garden did not have any protective cover on the wiring. The irrigation system implemented is of poor quality. The planting they proposed greatly over priced and implemented in very poor format. The interiors very poorly thought through. Simple things like bathroom renovation - showers not flooding and drains not accessible showed lack of understanding to practicality. Very slow in implementation and extremely delayed indelievry. Use them if you want to overpay for inferior quality implementation. The owner has no respect for colleagues and yells at everyone in front of clients. Very unprofessional. Overall very poor experience with them and extremely overpriced for the inferior quality delivered.

We have used Milestone for three separate projects, which demonstrates the trust we have in Sejal and her wonderful team. The quality of work is excellent and the process always collaborative. We are extremely happy with the most recent project (a full kitchen re-modelling) with the end result looking exactly as promised in the drawings, and the functionality even better than expected. We fully recommend Milestone and will not hesitate to engage them again in any future projects.

Sejal and her team are absolutely amazing. I have recently moved back to Dubai after a number of years abroad. Over the last few months, Sejal and her team have done an incredible job of taking our requirements, coming up with designs, providing us with options for materials, colours and then building/delivering on a common vision - most of it done while we were still abroad.

I found a number of things super special about Sejal and her team - they take immense pride in their work. I have observed every single person ensure that every little aspect of their work is perfect. As they started delivering their work, we would often request additions or changes - so far, I have not heard the team say NO! They are always willing to discuss changes, new requirements - always willing to understand any constraints and then proactively deliver solutions. Lastly, every single person in the team always has a smile and genuinely seem happy with what they are doing. It is great to see!

Kudos to Sejal on building an engaged, motivated team focused on client happiness. This will not be the last time I will work with Sejal and her team. Happy to recommend them.

Sejal Nagjee is not only very professional but also thoroughly skilled and creative at her job! She and her team took care of each detail from the interiors to the landscaping, all done so well.
