Treatment is effective, and the doctor is cooperative. However, they keep calling before your appointment to postpone. They keep postponing over and over again until God knows when.
I don't recommend this clinic.

Dr Masuma is very good with her diagnosis and guides correctly and very smooth in the procedures and make sure you are at ease while doing it. Have been going to her for years and would highly recommend her and the staff is also so super warm and friendly and supportive.

Dr Minal’s clinic has the finest of doctors. My experience has always been superb. From their politeness to their efficiency. I highly recommend it

Yet to see how good is the solution I have undertaken. Not my first time trying hair Mesotherapy at Minal clinic. I have received always good results hoping for the same this time.
Prices though need to be relooked at. It’s pricy for a therapy compared to other clinics offering the same

I don’t want to give a single star but that’s the only option as min. Pls don’t go for laser; not having good experience. If you are consulting Doctors, you need to come again and again as they are not competitive enough in a first place. Dr Manal is acting like a prime minister having min time for each patient and even if you want to discuss as a follow up, they’ll not able to call you back. Seems to be a business scam in Jumeirah

Very bad experience at the clinic. Booked appointment at 6.00 pm and there was no confirmation from the clinic. When we reached there.waited for 30 mins.after which we were informed that all rooms are occupied.and we have to wait for more time, The staff did not have any clue whatsoever about the appointment or the treatment room. The clinic seriously needs to be organized and has to work on the Customer Service level.
After reading the previous reviews regarding the poor service.it seems the clinic has not done much to improve them.

Pathetic reception staff, lack of knowledge and unable to stick to their commitments, we booked an appointment for Jumeirah br just because our insurance is approved there, and consultant fees were lower, when we arrived, Luisa informed the consultation fees are higher because it's Jumeirah location, when infact at the time of booking an appointment, this lady herself informed us and a 180deg flip when we arrived, complete and blatant disregard for the fact that we drove all the way from Sharjah, completely unprofessional, I hope Dr Minal sees this review and does take concrete action against her staff.

Highly unprofessional. I had appointment at 11.30 and at 11.34 I informed them that I will reach in 2 mins. Luisa at the reception informed me that Dr couldn’t wait for even 4 mins and has already started with another patient! When I entered clinic at 11.36 I asked Luisa that will Dr see me before 12 and she said of course very confidently. At 11.57 she informed me that I won’t be attended by the Dr!

Great doctor!

I have been going to Minal for years however after they moved to their new location the service has changed. You call and there’s no answer and they say they’ll call you back. The parking is too stressful that I have finally decided it’s not worth the place. Especially when I was trying to park and their “boss” kept beeping and asked me to leave the inside parking. He should be aware that’s customers are coming and paying money and deserve a better treatment. Couldn’t even get to my appointment.

I have been treated by Dr. Akreti Sobti and everything has been perfect. Clear, efficient and professional!

My physician is Dr. Akreti and shes the best dermatologist I have consulted so far. Very efficient and gentle.

I’ve never dealt with a more professional approach to cosmetology before. I have tried laser at another Center before but did not like the results. At Minal Medical Centre, Dr Akreti Sobti did my consultation and procedure for acne laser. She explained the process and possible results to me and was guiding me throughout the procedure sittings. This made me feel at ease. She also suggested and prescribed appropriate products for post procedure care. I’m extremely happy with the results but more than that I was amazed at the way I was taken care of professionally yet with emotional support that is a must in doing any cosmetic procedures.
